This paper is to explore the feasibility of molecular sieve oxygen generator in the supply of oxygen in hospital. By introducing the different principles of oxygenation technology of pressure swing adsorption and oxygenation technology of heavy cooling, this article compared the merits of two ways in national regulations, safety, convenience, and economical efficiency. Oxygenation technology of pressure swing adsorption was more advanced, more automated and life-longer compared with cylinder oxygen supply and central oxygen supply. Molecular sieve oxygen generator is a new generation of oxygen generating equipment with a good application prospect, and can provide a better choice for hospital oxygen supply.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To observe the neuroprotective effect of Gangliosides on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Rat models were established through middle cerebral artery occlusion and divided into sham-operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group and Gangliosides group. The volume of infarotion and changes of NAA and Lactate at different time point were evaluated by DWI and MRS examinations. Results The mean infarcted volume measured by DWI at 1 h, 3 h and 6 h after ischemia-reperfusion in Gangliosides group was (30.32?8.18) mm3, (35.17?12.45) mm3 and (31.4?8.56) mm3, respectively, versus (204.6?37.77) mm3, (218.9?67.33) mm3 and (213.4?99. 95) mm3 in ischemia-reperfusion group. There were significant differences between the two groups (allP

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(10):905-907
This paper briefly introduced the characteristics, some kinds of equipment, and the advantages of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation, especially in upper limb function rehabilitation, and its mechanism of motor function recovery after stroke. Some assessment tools commonly used for motor function were summarized.

Objective To apply the virtual reality training in clinical education of rehabilitation therapy. Methods 26 undergraduate students majored in rehabilitation therapy were randomly divided into 2 groups during clinical education of physiotherapy. The experimental group (n=14) received virtual reality training first, and then with routine teaching, while the control group (n=12) learnt with routine teaching only. Self-assessment and physiotherapy test were conducted after training. Results The experimental group reported more interested, initiative and positive in training than those of the control group. The experimental group achieved higher scores in practical tests than the control group (P<0.05), while no significant difference in the theoretical examination between the groups. Conclusion Application of virtual reality training may improve the teaching of physiotherapy.

G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) are transmembrane receptor proteins, which allow signals to transfer across membrane. GPCRs include a large number of receptors, different receptors mediated different signaling pathways of GPCRs- adenylyl cyclase (AC)- cyclic adenosine 3' ,5'-monophosphate (cAMP), including β2 adrenergic receptors (β2- ARs)- AC- cAMP signaling pathways, E-prostanoid2/4 (EP2/4)-AC-cAMP signaling pathways. Regulatory proteins, such as G protein coupled receptor kinases (GRKs) and β-arrestins, play important modulatory roles in GPCRs signaling pathway. GPCRs signaling pathway and regulatory proteins implicate the pathogenesis process of inflammatory and immune response. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovitis and accompanied with inflammatory and abnormal immune response. This article review the advances on GPCRs signaling pathway implicating in the inflammatory and immune response of RA.

Objective Retrospective analysis of clinical features, treatment results and prognostic factors in 19 patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). Methods Diagnostic and treatment data of 19 patients with ALCL from Jan 2003 to Feb 2007 were analyzed. Results Among the sample group, 18 patients (94.74 %) shows B-symptoms, extranodal involvement is present in 14 patients (73.7 %), clinical misdiagnosis rate reaches 84.2 %. The overall response rate to chemotherapy is 100 %, complete remission rate after 6 courses chemotherapy were 95 %, the probabilities of event free survival at 1 and 2 years were both 88.2 %, relapse occurred in one case. Conclusion In the studied group, majority of ALCL patients have B-symptom. Extranodal involvement is present earlier, and clinical misdiagnosis rate is high. While it' s found that ALCL is sensitive to chemotherapy and tend to get good prognosis.
