Clinical studies show that the factors that impact the quality of life (QOL) in patients with lung cancer are comprehensive.Physiological factors include breathing difficulties,cancer-related fatigue.Depression,anxiety and other psychological factors also play a major role.Social and family support is also crucial to improve the QOL in patients with lung cancer.

Objective:To explore influence of dexmedetomidine on Riker sedation -agitation scale (SAS) score and Ramsay sedation score in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage . Methods :A total of 96 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage treated in our hospital were selected . According to analgesic drugs taken after operation ,they were divided into dexmedetomidine group (n=48) and mid‐azolam group (n= 48) .Riker SAS score ,Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions after operation were com‐pared between two groups . Results:Compared with midazolam group ,there were significant rise in Ramsay seda‐tion score [6h :(1.59 ± 0.52) scores vs .(2.13 ± 0.15) scores] and significant reduction in Riker SAS score [6h :(4.09 ± 0.82) scores vs .(3.73 ± 0.76) scores] on 6h ,12h and 24h after operation ,P<0.05 or <0.01 ;and signifi‐cant reduction in incidence rate of adverse reactions (37.5% vs .10.4% , P< 0.05 ) in dexmedetomidine group . Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine possesses definite analgesic and sedative effects on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage ,it's safe andreliable ,which is worth extending .

285 cases of maternal deaths in Xian area from1980～1990 were reported. The average maternalmortality in urban and rural areas were 16. 3/100000 and 73. 8/100000 respectively, a differenceof 4. 5 times. The main cause of maternal deathwas obstetrical hemorrhage (49. 8%), the nextwere pregnacy indced hypertension and cardiac dis-eases. Of the 285 cases,36. 8% had no antenatalcare. In urban areas maternal death occarred all inhospitals, but in the rural areas 39. 2% happenedat home or on the way to hospitals. Positive. sug-gestions were given according to the major influ-ence factors on safe motherhood.

Objective To observe the change of the protein and gene expression of hypoxia inducing factor-1α(HIF-1a) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the nude mouse tumor,which has been treated by HIFU combined with nanoscale ultrasound molecular probes with HSV1-TK gene microvascular density.Methods Sixty nude mice were implanted with HepG2 Cells to establish subcutaneous transplanted tumor.Divided this mice into six groups at random after treated by HIFU:MB+ HSV-TK+ GPC3 (group A),MB + HSV-TK (group B),HSV-TK +GPC3 (group C),HSV-TK (group D),MB + GPC3 (group E),PBS (group F).They were injected into the tail vein every after 3 days.Mice in group A,B,D and E were exposed to ultrasound by 2 W/cm2,1 MHz,5 mintues and 0.2 mL ganciclovi(GCV) was intraperitoneally injected at the first 48 hours after injection.After the treatment,immunohistoche were used to detect the microvascular density(MVD),Western blot and immunohistoche was employed to test the protein change of the VEGF and HIF-1α,Q-PCR was used to test the mRNA gene transcription of VEGF and HIF-1α in the tumor tissues.Results After 14 days,the protein expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,C,D,E and F (P＜0.05),the MVD level in the tumor is also like this,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Anoscale ultrasound molecular probes with HSV1-TK can reduce the the level of VEGF,MVD and HIF-1α in the tumor which has been treated by HIFU,so it can inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic efficacy after HIFU treatment.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Liuweidihuang Pills in relieving cellphone electromagnetic radiation-induced histomorphological abnormality, oxidative injury, and cell apoptosis in the rat testis.

METHODSThirty adult male SD rats were equally randomized into a normal, a radiated, and a Liuweidihuang group, the animals in the latter two groups exposed to electromagnetic radiation of 900 MHz cellphone frequency 4 hours a day for 18 days. Meanwhile, the rats in the Liuweidihuang group were treated with the suspension of Liuweidihuang Pills at 1 ml/100 g body weight and the other rats intragastrically with the equal volume of purified water. Then all the rats were killed for observation of testicular histomorphology by routine HE staining, measurement of testicular malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) levels by colorimetry, and determination of the expressions of bax and bcl-2 proteins in the testis tissue by immunohistochemistry.

RESULTSCompared with the normal controls, the radiated rats showed obviously loose structure, reduced layers of spermatocytes, and cavitation in the seminiferous tubules. Significant increases were observed in the MDA level (P < 0.01) and bax expression (P < 0.01) but decreases in the GSH level (P < 0.01) and bcl-2 expression (P < 0.01) in the testis issue of the radiated rats. In comparison with the radiated rats, those of the Liuweidihuang group exhibited nearly normal testicular structure, significantly lower MDA level (P < 0.05), bax expression (P < 0.01), and bcl-2 expression (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONLiuweidihuang Pills can improve cellphone electromagnetic radiation-induced histomorphological abnormality of the testis tissue and reduce its oxidative damage and cell apoptosis.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of infliximab (IFX) combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of Crohn's disease (CD) with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods From 2007 to 2013,22 cases of CD with incomplete intestinal obstruction were enrolled and were divided into IFX treatment group and conventional therapy group,each 11 cases.In conventional therapy group,patients were fasting or liquid food intake,received conventional therapy such as anti-infection and fluid supplement therapy to maintain water and electrolyte balance,long-term oral mesalazine,metacortandracin and imuran.In IFX treatment group,on the basis of conventional therapy patients received intravenous IFX 5 mg/kg at the 2nd,6th,14th,22nd and 30th week after admission.Regular blood test,liver function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C reaction protein (CRP) and CD active index (CDAI) of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Patients underwent endoscopy examination on admission day and the 30th week after treatment to evaluate the efficacy.The side effects were recorded during the period of treatment.The t test and Chi squaretest were used for comparison between groups.Results Compared with conventional therapy group,the average intestinal obstruction remission time of IFX treatment group shortened ((10.53±1.28) day vs (16.82±1.97) day) and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.985,P＜0.05).At the end of 30th week after treatment,clinical total effective rate of IFX treatment group and conventional therapy group was 9/11 and 7/11 (x2 ＝22.35,P＜0.05).Under endoscopy,total effective rate of these two groups was 7/11 and 5/11 (x2＝21.93,P＜0.05).At the end of 30th week after treatment,ESR,CRP and CDAI of IFX treatment group ((11.4±7.5) mm/1 h,(13.2±6.6) mg/L and 125.4±26.9) were all significantly lower than those on admission day ((31.3±5.7) mm/1 h,(45.3±7.6) mg/L and 240.5±35.2) (t=2.650,3.022,2.719,all P＜0.05).No serious side effects were observed in IFX treatment group and conventional therapy group during the treatment period.Conclusion For CD patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction,on the basis of conventional therapy,the addition of IFX could achieved better efficacy than conventional therapy alone.
