The time that industrial microbiology alone took the course is short,so it requires a discussion about reform on teaching content and method. The thesis first discusses the reforms on teaching content from basic theory knowledge combining to scientific research, experiment and producing practice. Then reforms the teaching method, such as adopting the computer-assisted instruction(CAI) pattern, combining the problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based studying(CBS) each other, and leading into partly bilingual education method.By all above investigation and discussion practice in two aspects, the students produces deep interest to industrial microbiology, and reached the purpose of teaching reform.
2.Status quo and prospect of clinical molecular imaging.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2009;31(2):121-123
Medical molecular imaging not only promotes the development of medical imaging, but also pushes research progress of life science and benefits the amalgamation of multi-subjects in medical imaging. This editorial overviews the history and development trends of medical molecular imaging.

Chinese Medical Sciences Journal 2008;23(3):129-132
Cancer has become the leading cause of mortality in the urban area of China. Whole body diffusion weighted imaging (WB-DWI), also known as virtual positron emission tomography, has gradually become accepted as an image tool in tumor localization, characterization, staging and monitoring response to therapy or tumor recurrence. Our article aimed to summarize the limited initial clinical use of WB-DWI in the referred area, and to analyze the most potential advantage of WB-DWI in therapeutic monitoring and tumor staging. WB-DWI as a highly sensitive, completely non-invasive, well-tolerated and low price technique has a promising furture in tumor assessment. Profound clinical study is necessary for its further application improvement.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
AIM:To investigate the apoptotic pathway of MCF-7 breast cancer induced by the grub extract in vitro.METHODS:MTT assay was used to determine the effect of the grub extract on proliferation of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line and cell toxicity.Morphological changes of the apoptosis in cancer cells were observed by HE staining through invert microscope, light microscope,AO/EB double fluorescent staining under fluorescent microscope.FCM was used to assay the change of apoptotic rate. The expression of Bcl-2,Fas,caspase-9,caspase-3 in apoptotic pathway was detected with immunocytochemical method before and after exposure to the grub extract, and the effect of that on apoptotic pathway was explored.RESULTS:(1)The MTT test showed that the growth of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was significantly inhibited by the grub extract in dose and time dependent manners. The inhibitory rate in exposure group was significantly different from that in control group(P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the different effects between intermittent eliminating white blood cells and immunosuppressive agents pulse therapy in children′s anaphylatoid purpura nephritis on the base of hormone′s treatment. Methods Twelve cases of anaphylatoid purpura nephritis were enrolled in the study and divided into 2 groups. After failure in the hormone′s treatment, the observation group was applied with intermittent eliminating white blood cells(5 mL/kg,1-2 times/week),and the control group was treated with immunosuppressive agents[cyclophosphamide(CTX) 0.8-1.0 g/m~2,or methotrexate(MTX) 8-10 g/m~2].Results There were no significant differences between the 2 groups. The observation group had no obvious side effects, but the control group all had different side effects. Conclusion The treatment of intermittent eliminating white blood cells can have better effects without the side effect resulting from immunosuppressive agents.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the influence of coxsackie B virus (CVB) and mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) superinfection on immunological manifestation of recurrent respiratory tract inflammations(RRI) in children. Methods One hundred and thirty-two hospitalized children with RRI between Jan.to Dec.2005 were divided into negative control group,MP infection group,CVB infection group and superintection group by determining anti-MP IgM and anti-CVB IgM.Blood sedimentation,C-reactive protein,IgG,IgA,IgM and T lymphocyte subpopulation etc.were determined in four groups. The anti-MP IgM was determined by specificity immune agglutination test.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect anti-CVB IgM.The IgG,IgA,IgM were determined by simple agar diffusion method.T lymphocyte subpopulation was tested by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CVB infection was 32.1%,mainly expressed in the 1-3 years old children;the percentage of MP infection was 22.7%,mainly expressed in children over 3 years old.In both CVB and MP infection group, the ten-dency of IgG increased and that of IgA decreased.IgM in the CVB and MP superinfection group was obviously higher than that in negative control group and MP infection group (Pa

We describe two cases in which a forceps imprintdeveloped in the AcrySof ReSTOR IOL optic whileinserting these IOLs into the cartridge with straightclamping forceps. In case 1 ,the AcrySof ReSTOR IOL wasexplanted and observed under scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM). The SEM showed that the stepdesign of ReSTOR Multifocal IOL was well maintained. Incase 2, visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and wavefrontmeasurements were performed and no specific changeswere found. Strong evidence does not exist that suggeststhe on-axis forceps imprint can significantly compromisevisual acuity.
