Journal of Chinese Physician 2011;13(7):917-918,922
Objective To compare fentanyl and sufentanil in total intravenous anesthesia for liver resection. Methods 100 patients undergoing liver resection were randomly received either sufentanil (group S, n = 50) anesthesia or fentanyl (group C, n = 50). Hemodynamic variables, time to spontaneous eye opening and extubation were recorded. VAS-scale was used to assess postoperative pain. The incidence of nausea & vomiting, agitation and respiratory depression was recorded and compared. Results Patients in group S had a more stable hemodynamic variables, and the incidence of postoperative pain (VAS: group S 4. 2± 1.1, group C 6. 1 ± 1.2), agitation (group S 2 cases, group C 11 cases) and respiratory depression (group S 1 case, group C 5 cases)was lower. Conclusions Both sufentanil and fentanyl were safe and efficacious in total intravenous anesthesia for liver resection. Compared with fentanyl, Sufentanil had higher hemodynamic stability, and lower incidence of postoperative pain, respiratory depression and agitation.
5.Postoperative radiotherapy and prognostic factors of soft tissue sarcoma
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(04):-
Objective To study the effectiveness of postoperative radiotherapy and prognostic factors of soft tissue sarcoma. Methods Sixty-four soft tissue sarcoma patients admitted from June 1987 to May 1997 were treated by complete, partial or extended resection and postoperative external beam radiotherapy. Fourty-eight patients received 1.8~2.0?Gy/fraction,5 f/w, to a dose of 40~72?Gy (median 60?Gy). Sixteen patients received 1.2~1.5?Gy/f, bid, 6 hr interval to a dose of 64.8~85.0?Gy (median 66.5?Gy). The 5-year survival and locoregional control rates were estimated by Kaplan-Meier method. Logrank test and Cox regression were used to study the significance of predictive factors. Results The overall 5-year survival and locoregional control rates were 60.2%, 57.9% respectively. Those of the conventional group and hyperfractionated group were 54.3% and 61.9% vs 64.3% and 42.9% ,respectively. Cox regression analysis showed that histologic grade, size and site of the primary tumor, fractionation of radiotherapy were independent prognostic factors for survival. Conclusions Complete or extended resection followed by radiotherapy are satisfactory for soft tissue sarcoma. Histologic grade , size, site of the primary tumor and method of fractionation were prognostic factors.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2013;(1):53-56
Objective To compare curative effect of tibiofibular fractures treated by external fixation device and interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods A total of 121 patients with tibiofibular fractures were included in the study and were divided into external fixator group (56 patients) and interlocking intramedullary nail group (65 patients),according to diverse surgical approaches. The two groups were compared in indices of postoperative good-excellent rate, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, subsided time of postoperative swelling, hospital stay, fracture healing time, time of fixation removal and incidence of postoperative complications. Results The postoperative excellence rate in external fixator group and interlocking intramedullary nail group was 88% and 89%,respectively (P > 0.05).Compared with interlocking intramedullary nail group, the intraoperative blood loss was reduced more in external fixator group, with more evidently shortened operation time, subsided time of postoperative swelling and hospital stay (P < 0.01).Fracture healing time and time of fixation removal, however, were significantly shorter in the interlocking intramedullary nail group than those in the external fixator group (P < 0.01).Incidence of postoperative complications was 11% in the external fixator group and 28% in the interlocking intramedullary nail group (P <0.05).Conclusions External fixation device and interlocking intramedullary nail are both effective in treatment of tibial and fibular fractures.External fixation device with less damage to tissue is relatively more helpful to postoperative recovery. On the contrary, the interlocking intramedullary nail is relatively more conducive to fracture healing.
7.The discussion of the methods on troubleshooting of networking malfunction for mindray iPM-9800 central monitoring system
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(6):113-114,115
Objective:Common troubleshooting methods of networking malfunction for central monitoring system were discussed in order to realize its safe application of networking central monitoring system. Methods: Time calibration server and necessary conditions of network for central monitoring system were discussed and analyzed. In addition, practical troubleshooting and maintenance methods were proposed to solve the networking malfunction between a bedside monitor of Mindray iPM-9800 and its central workstation. Results: Smooth operation of networking central monitoring system could simultaneously obtain physiological parameters of several patients, thus largely improving the efficiency of medical staffs. Conclusion: Safe operation of networking central monitoring system could ensure the accuracy of real-time monitoring information of patients and improve hospital’s management level of network and informatization.
8.Treatment of Infective Ulcer Patients with Yang Syndrome by External Use of Shengji Ointment: a Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(12):1455-1458
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Shengji Ointment (SO) (by external use) in treating infective ulcer patients with yang syndrome (YS).
METHODSA multicenter, stratified, randomized controlled clinical study was used in this study. A random digit table was formed in the ratio of 3:1,440 infective ulcer patients of YS from 5 centers were recruited, 330 in the treatment group (external use of SO, exchange once every 24 h) and 110 in the control group (external use of Votalin, exchange once every 24 h). The therapeutic course consisted of 21 days. The ulcer area, wound depth, pain degree were observed before treatment at day 3, 7, 14, and 21, and safety indices monitored at the same time.
RESULTSThe ulcer area was significantly reduced in the treatment group after 21-day medication, obviously superior to that of the control group (P = 0.002). Ulcer areas at different time points were analyzed. From the 7th day of medication the reduced area was obviously less in the treatment than in the control group (P = 0.002). Besides, the longer the more obvious difference. Compared with the control group, the healing rate of ulcer area, the pain disappearance rate, and the healing rate of ulcer depth were all obviously improved in the treatment group (all P < 0.01). No adverse event occurred in the two groups.
CONCLUSIONSExternal use of SO was safe and effective in treating infective ulcer patients with YS. It could accelerate wound healing with better analgesic effect.
