Objective:To explore the effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function in lymphoma patients with chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment.Methods:From January to December 2019, 39 hospitalized patients in lymphoma department were selected as the research object, and divided into intervention group (19 cases) and control group (20 cases) by the order of admission. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given Brain HQ visual training. The two groups of patients used the auditory learning test to evaluate the memory function effect at the time of enrollment, after 2 cycles and 4 cycles.Results:After 2 cycles intervention, there were no statistically significant indicators for immediate recall, short-term delayed recall, long-term delayed recall, re-recognition, and correct recall ( t values were 0.575-1.248, P> 0.05); After 4 cycles of chemotherapy, the three indicators of long-term delayed recall, recognition and correct recall of the intervention group were (6.00±1.59), (9.05±1.81), (36.00±4.27) points, while (4.75±1.55), (8.05±1.73), (32.85±3.59) points of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference in ( t values were 3.384, 2.373, 3.010, P < 0.05); repeated measures analysis of variance showed The total indicators of immediate recall, short-term delayed recall, long-term delayed recall, recognition and correct recall were not statistically significant in both groups ( F values were 0.329-1.462, P>0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function are not clear, but with the change of intervention time, memory indicators are constantly improving, Brain HQ visual training has certain practicability.

The definition of esophagogastric junction (EGJ) adenocarcinoma and progress in multidisciplinary treatment for the tumor were revised in this review. Siewert classification is especially useful for the surgical approach of EGJ adenocarcinoma. Siewert I should be treated as esophageal cancer, and Ivor-Lewis esophagogastrectomy (right thoracotomy and laparotomy) is recommended as an extended two-field lymphadenectomy. For Siewert II or III tumors, left thoracophreno-laparotomy is preferred, especially in case of positive thoracic lymph nodes or positive resection margin. If there is any contraindication against thoracotomy, or a high operating risk, a transhiatal esophagectomy with lower mediastinal lymphadenectomy is an alternative. Preoperative chemoradiotherapy or perioperative chemotherapy improves overall survival and the rate of complete resection for patients with large tumor or lymph node metastasis. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is associated with high but acceptable postoperative complications. Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy remains a rational standard therapy for curatively resected EGJ cancer with T3 or greater lesion or positive nodes.

Objective To evaluate if the enteral nutrition have effect on the immune function and in- flammatory reaction after operating about gastric carcinoma.Methods 58 postoperative patients suffering from stomach cancer and colon cancer were randomly divided into the EN group and the TPN group.On the first postoperative day,nutrition fibre were given via nasal intestinal tube,increasing the capacity and drop- ping speed day by day until patients can eat liquid diet.While patients in the TPN group didn't eat anything until enterokinesia completely recovered.Observing on preoperative day 1 and on postoperative day 3 and day 8 respectively to check IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CRP,LYM,LYM%,TP,ALB,PA.Results The results showed that on the postoperative day 8,the target ascension extent was higher than that in the PN group.The statistical significance was very obvious(P

Objective:To investigate the expressions of peripheral lymph node addressin(PNAd)andGlcNAc-6-sulfotransferase(GlcNAc6ST)in endometrium and their impacts on implantation.Methods:PNAd expression in endometrium was examined by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot from 75women(12 from healthy women,in proliferative phase;63 from sterile women,of whom,27 were inearly-secretory and 36 in mid-secretory phase).GlcNAc6ST mRNA was examined by real-time PCR in41 sterile women.The 63 sterile women had underwent ⅣF-ET and were consequently divided into clini-cal pregnant(29 cases)and nonpregnant(34 cases)groups.Results:(1)PNAd localized to the mem-brane and cytoplasm of luminal and glandular epithelia.Staining was patchy and much less intense duringthe proliferative phase than during the secretory phase.In Western Blot of PNAd,four bands appeared,which were Sgp200,CD34,MAdCAM-1,GlyCAM-1 respectively,and each was positively correlatedwith the others significantly.The former three molecular levels were significantly higher during the secre-tory phase as compared with the proliferative phase.Message RNA of GlcNAe6ST was positive in all ca-ses and showed no correlation with any component of PNAd.(2)The expressions of CD34 and GlyCAM-1,but not Sgp200 and MAdCAM-1,were significantly higher in pregnant women than in nonpregnantones.However,the GlcNAc6ST mRNA level did not differ between groups.(3)No significant differ-ence was found in female age,methods of fertilization,thickness of endometrium on day hCG,cumulativeembryo score(CES)and mean score of transferred embryo(MSTE)between the groups.Conclusion:PNAd expression in the human endometrium fluctuates with the menstrual cycle.Elevated CD34 and Gly-CAM-1 during the secretory phase might be stimulative factors for embryo implantation.Defect in PNAdexpression may account for a portion of unexplained infertility.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum microRNA-222(miR-222) and metabolism of glucose and lipid in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 100 patients with PCOS (PCOS group) were enrolled from July 2018 to July 2020 in Puren Hospital Affiliated of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and another 85 sterility patients were selected as control group. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), fasting insulin (FINS), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) as well as serum miR-222 were compared between two groups, and the correlation between serum miR-222 and metabolism of glucose and lipid was analyzed.Results:The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR, miR-222 in PCOS group were higher than those in the control group: (1.30 ± 0.25) mmol/L vs. (1.04 ± 0.21) mmol/L, (4.36 ± 0.91) mmol/L vs. (3.67 ± 0.61) mmol/L, (2.51 ± 0.89) mmol/L vs. (2.13 ± 0.42) mmol/L, (5.34 ± 1.56) mmol/L vs. (4.91 ± 0.84) mmol/L, (11.08 ± 3.83) mU/L vs. (7.49 ± 2.53) mU/L; the level of HDL-C in PCOS group was lower than that in the control group: (1.08 ± 0.47) mmol/L vs. (1.53 ± 0.50) mmol/L, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The results from Logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FINS, HOMA-IR, miR-222 were independent risk factors for abnormal of metabolism of glucose and lipid of polycystic ovary syndrome patients ( P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that miR-222 expression had positive correlation with TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, HOMA-IR ( r = 0.760, 0.737, 0.769, 0.749, 0.825, P<0.05), and had negative correlation with HDL-C( r = -0.743, P<0.05). Conclusions:The serum miR-222 shows abnormal increase in the PCOS patients, and is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism. It can be used as a biomarker of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.

The imbalance of lipid metabolism is an important factor causing a series of metabolic diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and hyperlipidemia.Liver X receptors is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, which maintains cholesterol homeostasis by regulating cholesterol absorption, transport, reverse cholesterol transport, biosynthesis and other functions.It plays an important role in maintaining lipid homeostasis by regulating de novo fat synthesis to maintain the balance of fatty acids in the body.

Objective To induce mice bone marrow(BM) mono-nuclear cells into dendritic cells(DC) in vitro,and then produce function vaccine of anti-myeloma by bone marrow derived dendritic cells(BM-DC).Methods Mono-nuclear cells separated from mice bone marrow were cultured in tissue culture plastics which supplemented granulocyte-macrophage clonystimulating factor(GM-CSF),IL-4.During the 8 days,there were numerous of mature DCs outgrown,and then fused with SP 2/0 myeloma cells in logarithmic growth phase cultured with 8-azaguaine by polyethylene(PEG).The resulting purified DC/myeloma hybrids were generated by selecting with hypoxanthine-aminopterin-thymidine(HAT).The specific anti-tumor activity was examined in vitro.Results Mono-nuclear cells derived from BM cultured by supplement propriate cytokines milieu in tissue culture plastics,and then exposed to lipopolysaccharide(LPS).There were plenty of mature DCs appear as early as day 8,and exhibit dramatic veils of cytoplasm and extensive dendrites in their surfaces,high express CD11c(83.19%),major histocompatibility complex(MHC)-Ⅱ(95.25%),CD86(89.24%),their capacity to stimulate primary T cell responses in mixed leukocyte reaction(MLR) would be shown strongly.Hybrids could grow well through PEG fusion and HAT selection.These hybrids could stimulate naive T cells into cytotoxic T-lymphocyte(CTLs) directed against SP 2/0 myeloma,and exhibit strong specific killed ability.Conclusions BM-DCs is fused with tumor cells ensure the tumor associated antigens could be processed and presented effectively,and stimulate specific anti-tumor immunity so that prevent or cure this kind of tumor.So it's feasible in practice to produce anti-tumor vaccine by BM-DCs.

Objective To improve the accuracy of detection through analyzing the phenotypes of P.pneumotropica isolates in laboratory animals in Beijing area .Methods 306 suspicious P.pneumotropica strains were identified by biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequencing.Then, to obtain the phylogenetic relationships combined with colony characteristics on blood agar plates and biochemical characteristics of 53 biotypes .Results BD Phoenix 100 automated bacterial identification system and 16S rDNA sequencing identified P.pneumotropica positive rate of 306 isolates were 164/306 and 227/306, respectively.There were 140 phenotypes in 227 true-positive strains, of which 106 were biotype Heyl and 23 were biotype Jawetz .Conclusions In the samples of laboratory animals in Beijing area , P.pneumotropica infection mainly are of biotype Heyl , and less is of biotype Jawetz .The phenotypes are diverse and widely distributed .

Objective To develop a TaqMan MGB probe-based,sensitive and specific real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay for rapid detection of Helicobacter hepaticus.Methods Primers and probes specific toflaB gene of Helicobacter hepaticus were designed.A TaqMan MGB probe-based,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was established.The specificity,sensitivity and stability of the assay were assassed.Then,the established TaqMan MGB probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay was applied to detect Helicobacter hepaticus in 1081 clinical specimens during 2008-2011,compared with bacterial isolation and culture method and conventional PCR assay.Results The specificity of this established TaqMan MGB probe-based real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was high and there were no cross-reactivity with Helicobacter pylori,Campylobacter jejuni,Clostridium piliforme,Pasteurella pneumotropica,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The detection limits was 8.3 copies.The correlation coefficient and slope value of standard curve were 0.999 and -3.227,respectively and the efficiency of TaqMan MGB-based probe realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR assay was 100％.The TaqMan MGB-based probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and conventional PCR were preformed to detect Helicobacter hepaticus in 1081 clinical specimens,a total of 86 specimens were positive for Helicobacter hepaticus.However,there was only 4 specimens were positive by bacteria isolation and culture method.The results showed that TaqMan MGB -based probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR for Helicobacter hepaticas was more sensitive than bacteria isolation and culture method,and it could detect Helicobacter hepaticus DNA from clinical specimens directly,and detection time is only 2 hours.Conclusion The TaqMan MGB-based probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay was a reliable,specific,sensitive and useful tool for rapid detection of Helicobacter hepaticus.
