Objective To analyze the prevalence of human papilloma virus(HPV) and the relationship between HPV and vaginal environment in puerperium women.Methods One thousand and twenty-nine cases puerperium women were detected for HPV subtype by using nucleic acid flow-through hybridization.Patients with HPV positive had been considered as observe group and the rest as control.The prenatal infection of HPV of HPV-DNA positive and negative postpartum puerperium women, and the vaginal cleanliness of prenatal and postpartum were analyzed.Results In 1 029 cases puerperium women, the total HPV-DNA positive rate was 10.30％(106/1029) ,and high risk infection rate was 95.65％ (110/115).The rate of HPV positive before pregnant in HPV positive group (46.51％, 40/86) was higher than that in HPV negative group (9.09％, 10/110).There was significant difference of vaginal environment in the two groups (x2 =36.567, P＜0.05).In HPV-DNA positive and negative women during the puerperium vaginal cleaning degree of Ⅰ , Ⅱ ratio prenatal respectively were 56.98％ (49/86) and 76.36％ (84/110), and the difference was significant (x2 =8.317, P ＜0.05).Postpartum to 45.35％ (39/86) and 60.00 (66/110), and the difference was significant (x2 =3.941, P＜0.05).Conclusion The HPV infection of pregnant women are easy to getagain.There is relevance between HPV infection and vaginal environment.

Objective To study the effect of clopidogrel on different CYP2C19 genotypes and platelet reactivity in acute cerebral infarction patients with antiplatelet aggregation.Methods Four hundred and seventy-four cases of cerebral infarction patients in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April 2015 to April 2016 were collected.CYP2C19 genotype was determined,and the genotype was divided into the wild type group,the heterozygous type group and the mutant homozygous group.Platelet aggregation inhibition rate(ADP%) and platelet reactivity index induced by ADP were detected.Patients were divided into clopidogrel resistance group(group CR) and non resistant group according to whether ADP% was less than 30.SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,the comparison between groups using independent samples t test,chi square test and multivariate analysis using Logistic regression analysis,when P<0.05 difference was statistically significant.Results Among the 474 patients,204 cases(43.04%) were divided into wild-type group,and 204(43.04%) and 66(13.92%) were divided into the mutant heterozygous group and mutant homozygous group.In Chi square test analysis,clopidogrel resistance group and non resistance group CYP2C19 genotype distribution was significantly different(χ2=6.658,P=0.036).CR group angle(α) values((68.87±5.47)°) and MA((66.77±6.25) mm) were higher than that of CS group ((66.55±6.05)° and (63.30±5.66) mm,t=2.199,3.387,P=0.029,0.001).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that OR of angle level was 1.028,95%CI was 0.929-1.137 (P=0.595);OR of Ma level was 1.561,95%CI was 0.785-0.970 (P=0.012).Conclusion The effect of clopidogrel on platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction is decreased by CYP2C19 gene mutation.CYP2C19 mutant allele is a risk factor for clopidogrel resistance.Angle (α) value and MA value are the risk factors for the diagnosis of CR in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the risk of clopidogrel resistance increased when the patients′ Angle (α) value and the value of MA increased.MA value as a predictor of CR and the screening tool has a certain value.

BACKGROUND:Several studies have shown that Hero642 is a rotary nickel-titanium file with high safe performance, and its ability of root canal shaping is good.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of single-visit root canal treatment using Hero642 nickel-titanium rotary instrument on teeth with chronic pulpitis and apical periodontitis.
METHODS:Total y 400 teeth with chronic pulpitis and apical periodontitis were operated by Hero642 nickel-titanium rotary instrument and nickel-titanium hand file, respectively. The efficiency of root canal preparation was taken. Pain reactions were recorded 1 week after operation and curative effects were evaluated 2 years after root canal treatment. Rates of pain and success were calculated at 1 week and 2 years after treatment, respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The average time for root canal preparation was (3.57±0.76) minutes in the Hero642 group and (7.62±0.25) minutes in the hand file group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). After 1 week of treatment, the pain rates were 3.5%and 22.8%in the two groups, respectively, showing a significant difference (P<0.01). Two-year fol ow-up was performed, and ratios of success were 94.4%in the Hero642 group and 92.4%in the hand file group, but there was no difference between the two groups. Hero642 nickel-titanium rotary instrument for single-visit root canal treatment showed excellent efficiency on clinical treatment, reduced treatment period and had less postoperative reactions.

Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of primary splenic tumor. Methods The clinical data of 43 cases of primary splenic tumor patients treated in our hospital between January 1990 to January 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detectable rate of B-US was 95.3% and that of CT was 96.6%. All the 43 patients included 28 with benign tumors and 15 with malignant ones. The median follow-up period was 6.8 years(2 months-15 years). The 5-year overall survival of benign tumor was 100% and The 1-,3-and 5-year overall survival rates of malignant tumor were 80%, 53.3 % and 26.7%, respectively. Conclusion The image methods such as B-US and CT are the main diagnostic methods for primary splenic tumor. Early diagnosis, radical operation and combined therapy are important for improving the prognosis of the tumor.

Objective To study the long-term outcome of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in drug refractory heart failure patients through retrospective analysis and to ivestigate the underline reasons of unsuccessful cases in the study. Methods The study comprised a total of 48 patients (mean age 70?18.5 years; 83% male) with New York Heart Association class Ⅲ (86%) or class Ⅳ (14%) heart failure and LVEF≤35%. All patients fulfilled the standard CRT indications with the QRS duration ≥130 and LVEDd≥60 mm. Only one of the 48 patients was implanted with a combination of automatic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator and CRT device. The outcome of CRT was evaluated in terms of QRS duration, LVEF through echocardiography, 6 minute hall walk and tissue doppler echocardiography. Results Within a mean clinical follow-up of 29.0?7.5 month, the QRS duration was significantly shortened by biventricular pacing compared with right ventricular or left ventricular pacing. Objective:To evaluate the performance for the Sysmex XN20 A1 automation blood cell analyzer.Methods: The precision, contaminative rate, linear range, blank, accuracy and various sample models were verified, and low values of blood platelet were compared with the methods of microscopy and dye.Results:The contaminative rate was lower than 0.4%. The linear arrange and precision were well for the analyzer. The values of RBC, HGB and PLT were within the range of 1±0.05 and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.975. The bias of average and constant values by the accuracy verification samples test met the demands of accuracy. And the relative differences of various sample models meet the requirements of the comparability. Objective:To explore effect of relevant training on understanding of theory of naive biology for plant reproduction in 5- and 6-years old,and to attempt to provide demonstration for a debate of different views between domain universality and domain specificity cognitive development.Methods:48 preschoolers who did not comprehend concept of plant reproduction screened from 64 preschoolers ages 5 to 6 were surveyed by clinical method.Half of the 48 children were assigned to intervention group,the other to control group.The effects of intervention were compared by the experimental before-after design.Results:Relevant biological knowledge might widely accelerate 5- and 6-year-olds' understandings for plant reproduction,and 6-year-olds had more enhancement than 5-year-olds.Pass rates of intervention group were more 29.2% than control group in 5 year olds,and more 54.1% in 6 year olds.Conclusion:Acquiring specific knowledge will generally improve preschoolers' cognition on plant reproduction.Children' cognitive development is influenced jointly by both domain-specific and domain-general thinking.

Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent hypoxia on neuronal apoptosis and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression in rat hippocampus,in order to explore the potential mechanism of hippocampal neuronal apoptosis induced by intermittent hypoxia.Methods Twenty-four Wistar male rats (280-350 g) were randomly divided into three groups:the normal control,intermittent normoxia and intermittent hypoxia group (n=8 each).The animal model of intermittent hypoxia was established by an automated nitrogen/oxygen profile system.The three groups were respectively exposed to continuous normoxia (21 ％O2),cyclical normoxia (21 ％O2),and cyclical hypoxia [alternating between normoxia (21 ％ O2) and hypoxia (5 ％ O2),every 120 seconds] throughout the eight hours of light time(8:00-16:00).The rats were dissected and the hippocampus was removed at the end of the designated duration of exposures for six weeks.TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) was used to detect the apoptotic rate of the hippocampus region in each group.Reverse transcription-PCR,immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western blotting were used to examine mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS in the hippocampus tissue.Results The apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons was higher in intermittent hypoxia group than in intermittent normoxia group [(28.236±0.081) ％ vs.(9.341±0.026)％,P＜0.05].The mRNA and protein expressions of iNOS were higher in intermittent hypoxia group than in intermittent normoxia group (3.394± 1.344 vs.0.125±0.040,7.793±0.052 vs.1.356±0.039,both P＜0.05].Conclusions Intermittent hypoxia can induce hippocampal neuronal apoptosis in rats,accompanied by the upregulation of iNOS gene transcription and protein expression,which indicates that iNOS may involve in the process of hippocampal neuronal apoptosis induced by intermittent hypoxia.
