Immunoglobulins ( Ig ) , also called antibodies, are important components in humoral -mediated immunity. Ig can bind with their receptors, called immunoglobulin receptors ( IgR ) , trigger biologic activities respectively. Different sub-types of Igs show different function. And IgRs have been treated as therapeutic targets in inflammation and immunity related dis-eases for many years. This article reviewed the recent progresses in the study of IgR function and its therapeutic role in inflamma-tion and immunity related diseases.

CDKs proteins are a kind of cell cycle protein-dependent kinases, which serve as important roles in controlling cell division and transcriptional stages. Among them, CDK9, as a key regulator responsible for the transcriptional elongation of cells, drives the development of various malignant cells and is considered as an important target in the field of anti-tumor drug development. However, the CDK family proteins feature high conservativeness and similarity in structure, leading to the poor selectivity and severe side effects for traditional small-molecular CDK9 inhibitors, which has limited their clinical applications. In view of this, there is an urgent need to investigate CDK9 targets through a novel strategy. The PROTAC is an emerging drug discovery strategy that the degrader could specifically recognize the target protein through indirect linkage with ubiquitin ligases and ultimately eliminate the target protein through the ubiquitination degradation system. This paper provides a brief overview of the structure and function of CDK9 protein, its relationship with the poor prognosis of clinical diseases, as well as the currently reported small molecular inhibitors. The latest research progress on the targeted degradation of CDK9 protein based on PROTAC technology is highlighted. Finally, the development prospects of this target protein in this novel technology field are summarized and prospected, aiming to provide a reference for the development of antitumor drugs in this direction.

In order to established a method for simultaneous determination of isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol in Lysimachia clethroides, the ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([HMIM]PF6) methanol was used as the ultrasound-assisted extraction solvent combing with RP-HPLC. A Purospher star RP-C1 column was used with the mobile phase of aceto- nitrile, methanol and 0. 4% phosphate acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 360 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL x min(-1), and the column temperature was the room temperature. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges were 2.54 x 10(-2)-2. 54, 2.50 x 10(-2)- 2.50, 1.54 x 10(-3)-0.154, 1.49 x 10(-3)-0.149 microg for isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol, respectively. The average recoveries of the four constituents were 101.1%, 98.90%, 101.0%, 101.6%, respectively. The method was green, simple, rapid and accurate, and provided a valid method for analysis of isoquercitrin, astragaline, quercetin and kaempferol in L. clethroides.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(4):246-248
Access of safe, effective, convenient and affordable medical and health care services to the people is set as the goal of public hospitals health services as stated in the "Guidelines for Public Hospitals Pilot Reform". Such a goal, however, can hardly be achieved by mechanism changes within the public hospitals. The input and output of public hospitals rely critically on such factors as the input mechanism, regional pattern of healthcare system, the economic and industrial conditions of the region, payment quota and payment approval procedures of medical insurance. This paper set off from the input compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China and analyzed the input and output characteristics of the hospitals. Furthermore, the paper proposed to establish an input compensation mechanism based on public welfare performance for such hospitals. This provided further reference for improving the management of public hospitals and building a public welfare-oriented operation mechanism of public hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(10):1635-1639
BACKGROUND:None of the current treatment strategies has been focused on relieving or reversing the disk degeneration process after degenerative disc diseases. In recent years, more and more scientists try to treat degenerative disc diseases using stem cel therapy. OBJECTIVE:To explore the research status and prospects of stem cel therapy for degenerative disc diseases. METHODS: A computer-based online search of PubMed database between January 2004 and December 2014was performed to search related articles with the key words of “stem cel, intervertebral disk” in English. Literatures related to stem cel therapy for degenerative disc diseases were selected; in the same field, the articles published lately in authoritative journals were preferred. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 342 articles were primarily selected, and 43 articles were involved in result analysis according to inclusion criteria. Stem cel therapy is a newly treatment for degenerative disc diseases. Cels appropriate for stem cel therapy include embryonic stem cels, induced pluripotent stem cels, mesenchymal stem cels, human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cels and chondrocytes or nucleus pulposus cels. Although cel leakage, intervertebral disc infection and tumorigenesis are the main chalenges, stem cel therapy for degenerative disc diseases is promising in the future.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objective: To investigate the effects of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (BMC) transplantation for the therapy of myocardial infarction (MI) in rabbits. Methods: 20 rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. MI was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending artery. In transplantation group(T,n=10), BMC transplantation was performed on 5-7 days after MI . Bone marrow (3-5 ml) was obtained from iliac crest and labeled with bromodeoxyuridine (Brdu) for 24-48 hours, BMC were transplanted into infracted myocardium through intramyocardial injection. Control animals (C,n=10) didn′t receive any treatment after MI. Echocardiography was performed for evaluating the cardiac function in 1 week and 5 weeks after MI. Hemodynamic and histological studies were performed in the 5 th weeks after MI. Results: LV ejection fraction of group T had no change, but group C decreased in the 1st week and 5th weeks after MI. The results of Group T having higher LV max +dP/dt and max-dp/dt, lower LV end-diastolic pressure showed comparing with that of group C in the 5th weeks after MI. Histological studies revealed that there were Brdu positive cells in the infarcted area in group T, and the vascular density of group T in the infarcted area was significantly greater in comparision with group C. No regeneration of smooth muscle cell and cardiomyocyte were found in the infarcted area. Conclusion: Transplantation of BMC may avoid the deterioration of cardiac function through vasculogenesis in the infarcted area, but the efficacy in amelioration of cardiac function is limited.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2006;10(6):182-184
BACKGROUND: Ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy has better pain-relieving effect, whether it involves enkephalin and the like neurotransmitter is still not very clear, it is necessary to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the pain response in rats received ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pain-relieving effect of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy and its influence on the enkephalin content in rats, aiming to probe its underlying mechanism and relationship with neurotransmitter enkephalin.DESIGN: Randomly controlled study taking experimental animals as subjects.SETTING: Department of Physiotherapy, First Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University, Institute of Basic Medicine, Peking Union Medical CollegeMATERIALS: This experiment was carried out at the Institute of Basic Medicine, Peking Union Medical College between June 2002 and March 2003. Forty healthy male Wistar rats were adopted and randomized into four groups, namely methionine enkephalin detection experimental group and control group,as well as leucine enkephalin detection experimental group and control group with 10 rats in each group ,amongst which methionine enkephalin experimental group and leucine enkephalin experimental group were generally designed as experimental group ,with the other two group as control group.METHODS: ①Rats ín the experímental group were subjected to ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy with frequency of 0.8 MHz in manner of geminal pulse, the modulatìng frequency was 100 Hz and ultrasound intensity of 0.9 W/cm2;the carrier frequency of medium frequency electricity was 4 kHz with modulating frequency of 100 Hz in manner of continuous wave, the electric current of medium frequency was 2 mA and acting time of 10 min. rats in control group received the same dealing, but the higher voltage of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotheprauetic instrument was not used, thereby no energy output was available. tail flick test(TFr) was used to test rat algesthesia, and stopwatch was used to record the time for tail flick(s) that was taken as the value of pain threshold. ②The threshold of pain was tested at 10 minutes instantly after ultrasoundmedium frequency electric stimulation, and then pituitary (removing the posterior pituitary lobe) and hypothalamus were obtained to detect the content of methionine enkephalin and leucine enkephalin by using radioimmuno assay.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The changes of the pain threshold after treatment, the content of methionine enkephalin and leucine enkephalin.RESULTS: Totally 40 rats were enrolled in the experiment and entered in the results analysis. ① The changing rate of pain threshold in two experimental group were 265.79% and 272.90% respectively, the difference was of no statistical significance (P > 0.05). ②After ultrasoundmedium frequency electrotherapy, the content of methionine enkephalin and leucine enkephalin in pituitary and hypothalamus were obviously higher than before treatment [ The changing rate of methionine enkephalin and leucine enkephalin in adenohypophysis was 300.48 ±36.21)% and(204.61±68.65)% , respectively, compared to (239.80±59.98)%and(205.53±51.62)% in hypothalamus, P < 0.05]. ③Linear regression analysis revealed that the variance of the pain threshold was positively correlated with the content of methionine enkephalin in adenohypophysis(r=0.91 ,P < 0.01), suggesting the increment of methionine enkephalin in adenohypophysis was closely connected with the increment of pain threshold, and the level of methionine enkephalin in adenohypophysis would be higher than that in control group by 117.02% when the value of pain threshold increased by100%.CONCLUSION: One of the important mechanisms for the pain-relieving effect of ultrasound-medium frequency electrotherapy might be the increase of methionine enkephalin in adenohypophysis.
