Objective To evaluate the effect of SYNTAX score in the emergency revascularization strategy selection in ST‐segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with multi‐vessel disease(MVD) and to analyze the patient′s prognosis and influen‐cing factors .Methods A total of 144 patients with STEMI complicating MVD verified by coronary arterial angiography in the Xin‐qiao Hospital of Third Military Medical University from August 2010 to March 2012 were collected and divided into the once com‐plete revascularization group (CR group) ,staged complete revascularization group (SR group) and incomplete revascularization group (IR group) according to different emergency PCI strategies .The basic clinical conditions and coronary arterial SYNTAX score were recorded .The occurrence rate of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACCE) during 12 months follow up period was performed the statistics .The results of coronary arterial angiography were collected .The effect of different strategy on prognosis and the risk factors affecting prognosis were analyzed .Results There was no statistically significant difference in the all‐cause mor‐tality between the IR group with the CR and SR groups (P>0 .05) ,while the cerebrovascular event ,repeat revascularization during hospitalization ,AMI and total MACCE occurrence rate had statistical difference between the IR group with the CR and SR groups (P<0 .05) .The main influence factors of MACCE were complicating diabetes mellitus ,type C lesions ,SYNTAX score ,D‐B time , myocardial infarction area ,TIMI score in PCI ,no reflow existence and cardiac shock (P<0 .05) .According to the SYNTAX score , the occurrence rate of MACCE in mild or severe lesions had no statistical difference among 3 groups(P> 0 .05) ,while which in moderate lesion had statistical difference among 3 groups(P<0 .05) ,the CR group had the highest occurrence rate of MACCE . Conclusion For the patients with STEMI complicating MVD ,the SYNTAX score can be used as the evidence for selecting reperfu‐sion strategies and applied in emergency PCI .

OBJECTIVE: To implement scientific drug control in inpatient dispensary by means of “Army No.1” system and to establish digitalized drug quality control system. METHODS: The “Army No.1” network system was put into wide operation in our hospital to establish interconnection among doctor workstation, nurse workstation and pharmacy workstation. Hence, the central dispensing mode was established. RESULTS: The operation of Army No.1 system not only relieved the workload of both clinic and pharmacy, increased whose working efficiency and transparency but also reduced overstock and run-off of drugs and enforced drug monitoring; meanwhile it facilitate the carrying out of pharmaceutical care and evaluation of drug utilization. CONCLUSIONS: Central dispensing mode in inpatient dispensary drug control by means of “Army No.1” system is advisable and which deserves generalization.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the evaluation of comprehensive benefit of hospital pharmacy department with comprehensive index method. METHODS: Suitable evaluation indexes on social effects and economic returns were respectively selected to be assigned with weight numbers by analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive benefits of pharmacy department in our hospital during the period from 2002 to 2004 were evaluated. RESULTS: The index values of social effects, economic returns and comprehensive benefits increased year by year, which was in line with the objective actuality. CONCLUSION: It is feasible to evaluate comprehensive benefit of hospital pharmacy department with comprehensive index method.

Objective To determine the utility of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values as an objective method of early detection of traumatic brain injury of the mice models in hippocampus injury. Methods A total of 18 healthy male adult C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into three groups according to the degree of injury:the mild group, severe group and control group.Conventional images,diffusion-weighted images,ADC were studied. The hippocampal were selected as the interesting area.ADC values were calculated and compared with those in control subjects after 6 h,12 h and 24 h.Student t test was performed for each region to compare the injury groups and the control. Results In control group both sides hippocampal ADC values had no differences(8.65±0.26 and 8.77±0.12) × 10-4 mm2/s,P>0.05.Abnormalities were detected on ADC values, compared with conventional images in the injury groups.ADC values in mild group and severe group were significantly different from those of control group(6 h ADC values were (8.70±0.50) × 10-4 mm2/s,(6.13± 0.11) × 10-4 mm2/s,and (3.16±0.78) × 10-4 mm2/s in control, mild and severe group respectively),(12 h ADC values (8.23±0.61)× 10-4 mm2/s,(5.92 ± 0.27) × 10-4 mm2/s and (2.64±0.65) × 10-4 mm2/s) and (24 h ADC values (9.01±0.14) × 10-4 mm2/s,(5.99± 0.13)×10-4 mm2/s and (2.58±0.42)×10-4 mm2/s),P<0.05.Conclusion There are differences among the ADC values on differcnt types of hippocampal brain injury mouse-model.ADC values can identify the degree of damage on brain injury and can detect early craniocerebral injury.

Objective To explore weaning dependent patients off mechanical ventilation through rehabilitative treatment. Methods Eighty-four patients dependent on mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into a rehabilitation group (n =44) and a control group (n =40). All were treated with routine medication, but in addition patients in the rehabilitation program followed a rehabilitation program. Three weeks later, the success rates and the time of weaning off mechanical ventilation were observed in the two groups. Results In the rehabilitation group,88.6% of the patients were successfully weaned off mechanical ventilation, versus 60% of the control group. The respective average weaning times were 6.8 ± 3.8 days and 14.3 ± 5.2 days. Both differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Rehabilitative treatment improves the weaning success rate and reduces the time needed for weaning mechanical ventilation-dependent patients.
