It is discussed in this paper the origins and pathogenesis of treating senile disease from spleen in TCM,and the relationship between various methods of invigorating the spleen and senile deficiency syndromes.It has been proposed that the therapy principles of invigorating qi and spleen,stimulating the appetite to awake the splee,primering blood to go back to the spleen,dehumidification to activate spleen-energy,warming the kidney and spleen,dispersing the depressed liver-energy to belifit the spleen,going on dieting to belifit the spleen and clearing away heart-fire to support spleen etc.are used to prevent and cure senile diseases.It also listed the corresponding treatment prescriptions for the elderly patients.It provides a theoretical basis for treatment of senile diseases from the governance of spleen.And it provided a realistic basis and the implementation of the method for the prevention and treatment of elderly patient's deficiency aging.

Objective To evaluate the quality of immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis. Methods The national reference IgG serum of schistosomiasis was applied for evaluating eight immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis. Results All eight diagnosis kits had no National Production Certificate issued by State Food and Drug Administration. Six kits had good quality with high precision. After the physical examination, two kits did not meet the quality standards. Conclusions The good and bad quality of immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis used in market is intermingled. The quality of these kits should be monitored.

Objective To evaluate the value of CYRTA21-1,CEA and SPECT in diagnosis of bone metastasis in lung cancer.Methods 216 patients with lung cancer were examined by radionuclide bone imaging and serum CYFRA21-1,CEA.20 patients with benign lung disease were also studied.Results 121 of the 216 lung cancer patients were confirmed bone metastasis including 101 multi-metastasis and 20 singu- lar-metastasis. Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor endostatin on the growth of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Recombinant mouse endostatin expressed by E. coli was purified with Ni NTA affinity chromatography and was administrated into mice bearing T739 bladder transitional cell carcinoma via subcutaneous injection at the dose of 20 mg?kg -1 ?d -1 . Objective:To investigate the expressions of peripheral lymph node addressin(PNAd)andGlcNAc-6-sulfotransferase(GlcNAc6ST)in endometrium and their impacts on implantation.Methods:PNAd expression in endometrium was examined by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot from 75women(12 from healthy women,in proliferative phase;63 from sterile women,of whom,27 were inearly-secretory and 36 in mid-secretory phase).GlcNAc6ST mRNA was examined by real-time PCR in41 sterile women.The 63 sterile women had underwent ⅣF-ET and were consequently divided into clini-cal pregnant(29 cases)and nonpregnant(34 cases)groups.Results:(1)PNAd localized to the mem-brane and cytoplasm of luminal and glandular epithelia.Staining was patchy and much less intense duringthe proliferative phase than during the secretory phase.In Western Blot of PNAd,four bands appeared,which were Sgp200,CD34,MAdCAM-1,GlyCAM-1 respectively,and each was positively correlatedwith the others significantly.The former three molecular levels were significantly higher during the secre-tory phase as compared with the proliferative phase.Message RNA of GlcNAe6ST was positive in all ca-ses and showed no correlation with any component of PNAd.(2)The expressions of CD34 and GlyCAM-1,but not Sgp200 and MAdCAM-1,were significantly higher in pregnant women than in nonpregnantones.However,the GlcNAc6ST mRNA level did not differ between groups.(3)No significant differ-ence was found in female age,methods of fertilization,thickness of endometrium on day hCG,cumulativeembryo score(CES)and mean score of transferred embryo(MSTE)between the groups.Conclusion:PNAd expression in the human endometrium fluctuates with the menstrual cycle.Elevated CD34 and Gly-CAM-1 during the secretory phase might be stimulative factors for embryo implantation.Defect in PNAdexpression may account for a portion of unexplained infertility.

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of network live broadcast of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)video streaming.Methods DSA video streaming was captured by an advanced image capture board.MPEG-4 and Directshow framework were used for data compression and transmission.Data of DSA video streaming could be transmitted easily from server sender filter to client receiver filter according to TCP and UDP protocols.Images of 24 cases were captured,which were compared with images of DSA workstation by experienced doctors.The subiective evaluation criteria included the manifestition of normal and pathological blood vessels,and sharpness,contrast degree and real time efficiency of images.Results The delay time of live broadcast was less than one second in 100 M LAN.Among 24 cases,excellent imaging quality was got in 17 cases,good in 5 cases and midst in 2 cases.Conclusion Excellent images and synchronism of DSA video are achieved in this system.which can meet clinical requirements of diagnosis and synchronism.

Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XN‐9000 automated hematology analyzer .Methods According to international and domestic standards ,performance of analyzer was evaluated .Results The within‐batch and between‐batch preci‐sion ,carryover pollution rate ,linearity range and the accuracy of Sysmex XN‐9000 analyzer were all conform to related require‐ments .Leukocyte classification results compared with manual classification ,the correlation of neutrophil ,lymphocyte ,monocyte and eosinophil were fine ,but correlation of basophil was not very ideal .Conclusion The performance of Sysmex XN‐9000 analyzer could be satisfying ,could meet the needs of clinical inspection and diagnosis and treatment .
