Objective To study the current situation of diagnosis and treatment of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy through 4-cases report. Methods We made a clinical study of 4 cases of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy admitted to our hospital between 1995 and 2005. Results Three patients had been undergone artificial abortion before they were admitted to our hospital. All the patients were asymptomatic. Ultrasonography was made in 3 cases. Two cases were diagnosed as rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy. Three patients were cured with surgery. Conclusions Rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy is rare and with atypical clinical manifestation in the first trimester. Although diagnosis before surgery is difficult, ultrasonography and MRI make a great role. Surgery is the most important therapeutic method.

OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the detected rate,distribution of fungal species and drug resistance of 137 strains of infecting urinary system epiphytes in local area over the last three years to provide foundation for the reasonable clinical use of anti-epiphyte medicines.METHODS The epiphytes isolated from epiphyte culture of midstream urine were tested with API 20C AUX and their drug sensitivity was tested with Rosco disk diffusion method.RESULTS Of 137 strains isolated in the experiment,57 were Candida albicans,accounted for 41.6%;48 were C.tropicalis,accounted for 35.0%;and 19 were C.glabrata,accounted for 13.9%.And their drug resistances to fluconazole were 5.2%,8.3% and 36.8%,respectively.All tested epiphytes were sensitive to amphotericin B.CONCLUSIONS The results indicated that the isolation rate of epiphytes in local area is high.The majority of tested epiphytes are C.albicans and C.tropicalis,which are comparatively sensitive to zole medicines.C.glabrata is comparatively resistant to zole medicines.Amphotericin B is the most effective medicine to cure epiphytic infections of urine system.

Objective To investigate the level of serum homocysteine(Hcy)in common chronic diseases(diabetes,hypertension, hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease)and its clinical application value in the community elderly residents.Methods A retrospec-tive study was conducted on the common chronic disease of 1 605 patients who detected Hcy in our center from January 2015 to Oc-tober 2015.Another 117 healthy subjects served as normal control group.Hcy was detected by cyclic enzymatic method.Results The average level of Hcy in serum of patients with diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia was higher than that in the health examination group,and the level of Hcy was positively correlated with age(P <0.05).Conclusion The high level of serum Hcy is an important risk factor in common chronic diseases in the community elderly residents,and it should strengthen the examination of Hcy and active intervention to slow down the development of the disease.

Objective　To investigate the activation of human T cells with superantigen SEA. Methods　T cells proliferation, IL-2 production, DNA synthesis, cell phenotype and apoptosis induced by the SEA in the first or restimulation were detected. Results　 It was shown that 100 ng/mL was the optimal activation concentration, IL-2 production arrived at top level in the third day, SEA activated CD4+ and CD8+T with the same degree, T cells start apoptosis in response to SEA restimulation within 24 hours and apoptosis disappeared through addition of rhIL-2. Conclusions　 There were correlation between activation and SEA concentration or stimulation period； SEA activated both CD4+ and CD8+T cells without change the cell phenotype.

Objective To evaluate the system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel so as to establish a consummate talented personnel introduction mechanism and to further standardize the introduction work. Methods On the basis of referring to document papers and soliciting management as well as human resource experts iteratively,the research method of expert consultation was adopted.(Results)The index system of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel in school of medicine was preliminary established,and the objective index and subjective evaluation were scientifically combined to form the method of academic assessment and evaluation on introduced talented personnel. Conclusion Through simulative assessment and evaluation as well as probational demonstration,there exits definite scientificality and applicability on this academic assessment and evaluation index system,and it can provide a properly objective evaluation and essential reference foundation in the aspect of introducing more advanced talented personnel in the near future.

Objectives To explore the relationship of orthostatic hypotension in elderly hypertensive patients with left ventricular structure and function.Methods 101 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected from July 2013 to June 2015.After blood pressure measurement in vertical and decubitus position,all patients were divided into non-orthostatic hypotension and orthostatic hypotension groups,received the echocardiography and the accurate calculation of left ventricular mass index.Results Compared with non-orthostatic hypotension,orthostatic hypotension in patients with left ventricular diastolic diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thinckness and interventricular septum thickness.Left ventricular mass index significantly increased(48.13±5.54)mm vs.(52.45 ± 1.48)mm in left ventricular diastolic diameter,(10.08± 1.87)mm vs.(11.29± 1.98)mm in left ventricular posterior wall thickness,(10.18± 1.88)mm vs.(11.61±1.66) mm in interventricular septum thickness,and (114.59 ± 22.72) g/m2 vs.(131.98 ± 23.43)g/m2 [t=4.386、2.985、4.397、8.672,in left ventricular mass index(BMI),all P＜0.05].Left heart ventricular ejection fraction and mitral peak early/late diastolic blood flow decreased [(60.81 ± 4.73)vs.(53.60±2.58)and(0.93±0.23)vs(0.76±0.26)t=4.298、3.654,all P＜0.05].Conclusions There is relationship of orthostatic hypotension with left ventricular structure and function in elderly hypertension patients,and it is essential not only to control blood pressure effectively,but also to focus on controlling orthostatic hypotension.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of gastrointestinal bleeding(GB) in secondary prevention patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 616 patients were divided into bleeding group and control group according to the status (yes,no) of suffering GB during the 2years follow-up.Single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of GB in CIS patients.Results The proportion of age≥65,a history of GB,gastric disease,renal insufficiency,sudden onset,NIHSS ≥12 and CIS ≥2 in the bleeding group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; The proportion of combined with statins,proton pump inhibitors and gastric mucosal protective agent in the bleeding group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05) ; The Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥65,a history of GB,gastric disease,renal insufficiency,sudden onset,NIHSS≥12 and the times of CIS≥2 were risk factors of GB; however,combined with statins,proton pump inhibitors were protective factors.Conclusions Aging,a history of GB,gastric disease,sudden onset,higher NIHSS score and the times of CIS ≥ 2 were the risk factors of GB,combined with statins and proton pump inhibitors could reduce the risk of GB.

Objective　To investigate the expression of LPS receptor-CD14(CD14) on the membrane of Kupffer′s cells (KCs) induced by Lipopolysaccharide (LPS )and its role in activation of KCs and production of cytokines. Methods　KCs were isolated by collagenase perfused Wistar rats and routinely cultured in 24-well dishes for 12 h. Cells were harvested and adjusted to a concentration of 1×106/ml/well and were devided into two groups. Group of LPS: KCs were induced with different concentration of LPS (0, 100 ng/ml, 1 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml). Group of PI-PLC: KCs were pre-incubated for 30 min with one unit of phophatidy linositol specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC) before different concentrations of LPS were added. KCs were cultured for 30 and 60 min respectively. Supernatants were then collected for measuring the level of TNFα and IL-6. Cells were stained by indirect immunofluorescent method ( rabbit anti-CD14 antibody and goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated with FITC ) and analyzed with flow cytometer (FCM). The percentage and mean fluorescence intensity (FI) of CD14-positive cells were taken as the indexes. Results　In LPS group, after incubation of cells with increasing concentration of LPS, a significant increase in the percentage of CD14 positive KCs were found and the mean FI was stronger when compared with the control points or the group of PI-PLC. The levels of TNFα and IL-6 in supernatant also increased (P<0.01). In group of PI-PLC, decreased percentage of CD14 positive KCs and weakened mean FI were found when compared with group of LPS. The increasing production of TNFα and IL-6 slowed down in the group of PI-PLC. Conclusion　CD14 expression of KCs might be up-regulated by LPS with increase of some cytokines. The production of cytokines in KCs induced by LPS is partially inhibited by PI-PLC.
