Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To establish a Beagle dog model for the study of the mechanism of implant-bone interface remodeling following the restoration of submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. Methods: 8 adult purebred beagle dogs were used to build the animal model. Fixed metal full crown was used to carry out submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture in the dogs to mimic the normal chewing status in animal models. Results: The submerged and nonsubmerged implant dentures were made successfully. After the implant denture restoration, all experimental dogs were fed with granular horniness forage to guarantee enough biting stimulation. The chewing fashion of experimental dogs was not changed obviously during the experiment process. Although the horniness forage may result in fairly bigger bite force, no visble biting hurt was found 12 weeks after loading and the fixed implant dentures were all preserved. Conclusion: The beagle dog model can preferably mimic the normal chewing fashion and the models are both availability and credibility.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective: To establish an optimized culture condition f or the growth of dermal fibroblasts. Methods: Human, Yorks hire pig or SD rat fibroblasts were cultured in DMEM with fetal boven serum(P BS) at the concentrations(ml/L) of 100 (A), 50 (B), 20 (C) or 20 supplemente d with 0.025 g/L boven pituitary extract (BPE)(D). The proliferation of the cell s were examined by microscopic observation,MTT assay and BrdU analysis. Results: Human dermal fibroblasts grew better in the medium with FBS at 100 ml/L, 50 ml/L and 20 ml/L supplemented with BPE, Yorkshire pig dermal fibroblasts did in medium with FBS at 50 ml/L and 20 ml/L supplemented with BPE . SD rat dermal fibroblasts did in the medium with 20 ml/L FBS supplemented wi th BPE. Conclusion:The favarable serum concentration in me dium for human, Yorkshire pigs and SD rats dermal fibroblasts was different, but the medium with 20 ml/L FBS supplement with BPE is suitable for all 3 kinds of f ibroblasts.

Objective: To study the implant-bone interface remodelin g after loading of submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. Methods: 8 adult beagle dogs were used to build the animal model. Submerged and nons ubmerged implants were implanted into the bilateral mandible. Fixed metal full c rown was used to carry out the submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. The b eagle dogs were sacrificed by steps after loading of the dentures. HE staining t echnique was used to observe the dynamic remodeling process of implant-bone int erface.Results:2 weeks after loading of implant denture, a major ity of the implant surface attached to bone tissue directly, however, at the int erface, especially at the top of the screw thread, bone tissues were absorbed an d substituted by fibrous tissues. 4 weeks after loading, fine attachment was fou nd at the implant-bone interface and the previouly observed fibrous tissue at t he interface was gradually remodeled to form new bone. 8 weeks after loading, i mplant directly attached to bone tissues by osteo-interface, and the cellular c omponents and capillaries were decreased at the interface.12 weeks after loading , all implants attached to bone tissues by osteo-interface with high combinatio n level, typical Havers system was observed at the interface. No obvious differen ce in the interface remodeling was observed between the submerged and nonsubmerg ed implant denture. Conclusion:There is no distinct difference i n the implant-bone interface remodeling after the loading of submerged and nons ubmerged implant denture.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To observe the ultrastructure of biological living skin equivalent in vitro. Methods:Keratinocytes and fibroblasts were sourced from the back skin of legally aborted human foetus.Fibroblasts were seeded into bovine type I collagen gel and cultured for 3 days.Keratinocytes were seeded on the surface of collagen gel and cultured for another 2 days, then the equivalent skin was exposed to air-liquid interface to form a protective cornified layer.Histological structure and ultrastructure of the equivalent skin were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results:The morphogy of equivalent skin of full thickness consisted of epithlium and dermis.Epithelium was made up of stratum basale, stratum spinosum, stratum granulosum and stratum corneum.lntercellular bridge existed within the cells of different layers. Some ultrastructures in epithelium such as desmosome,Lamelle, tonofibrils and lipid droplet were found in the equivalent skin.Conclusion:Tissue-engineered skin may have the features of natural skin.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(8):710-711
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of occupational therapy (OT) on activities of daily living (ADL) of the children with cerebral palsy (CP).MethodsSixty-two CP children were treated with OT. The ADL scores of all children were assessed within one week after admission and training goal and plan were made according to evaluated result. The therapeutic effect was assessed before discharge.ResultsAfter OT treatment, the ADL scores of the children increased significantly ( P<0.01) and disable grades decreased (χ2=10.48, P< 0.01). The total effect rate was 87.1%.ConclusionOT training can improve ADL of the children with CP significantly.

Through the investigation of Phellodendron Cortex on the market, and 28 batches of samples were collected. By using spectrophotometer the color values of outer surface, inner surface and cross - section of these samples were measured. These measured color data was translated into 3D structure diagram by using the Lab color space tool. The level difference value, the mean value and the threshold value were calculated based the measured color data of these different batches of samples. All 28 groups measured data was analyzed using the methods of Ward linkage and average Euclidean distance. At the same time, we invited Professor Jin Shiyuan, the "Chinese medicine master", to identify, quality-evaluate and grade these 28 batches of Phellodendron Cortex samples base on the traditional experience, then compared the traditional empirical results with the spectrophotometer measurement results. The result showed that, the Phellodendron Cortex could be divided into Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex by color numerical clustering, and classified according to quality. The classification result has a high degree of consistency with the traditional experience.

Objective: To investigate the influence of 981208 agent on cell proliferaton of hepatocarcinoma induced by diethyl nitrosamine(DEN). Methods: Rat hepatocarcinogenesis model induced by DEN was established and 981208 agent was used during the stage. Influence of 981208 agent on hepatocytes positive expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), H ras and bromodeoxyuridine labeling index (Brd U LI) during DEN induced rat hepatocarcinogenesis was examined by immunohistochemical method and analyzed by computerized image technique. Results: Positive expression of H ras, PCNA increased gradually and worked synergically. Overexpression of 2 proteins was inhibited significantly during DEN induced hepatcacinogenesis and Brd U LI was reduced strikingly in later stage of model by 981208 agent. Conclusion: 981208 agent can inhibit proliferating character of hepatocytes and slow down the process of hepatocarcinogenesis induced by DEN in rats.

Objective To develop an instrument to measure the quality of life (QOL) suitable for Chinese adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and evaluate it. Methods A list of 72 items potentially related to QOL of patients with OSAHS was constructed via discussion with OSAHS related people, as well as referring to some foreign QOL instruments. Twenty patients were asked to identify the most significant items. Then, frequency, importance and impact score, which is the product of frequency and importance, of the items were calculated. Those items with an impact score equal to or greater than 1.5 were retained in the instrument. Fifty-two OSAHS patients were divided into two groups based on their apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) (AHI
