1.Status quo of international mental health financing and its implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(5):27-32
Insufficient financial investments and insufficient raised funds are a common dilemma in mental health service worldwide .The primary sources of mental health financing worldwide are taxes , social insurance , and out-of-pocket expenditure by the patient or family .Government plays the primary role in fund raising .China has a low level of mental health service and poor equity in mental health financing as well as irrational allocation of funds . Mental health financing system in China should be improved by adding the financing system into mental health law and the outline of the central mental health work while making it clear that government , especially central govern-ment, is the main subject of mental health financing .Community mental health should also have the priority over fund allocation in order to increase the efficiency of raising funds .

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To establish a Beagle dog model for the study of the mechanism of implant-bone interface remodeling following the restoration of submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. Methods: 8 adult purebred beagle dogs were used to build the animal model. Fixed metal full crown was used to carry out submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture in the dogs to mimic the normal chewing status in animal models. Results: The submerged and nonsubmerged implant dentures were made successfully. After the implant denture restoration, all experimental dogs were fed with granular horniness forage to guarantee enough biting stimulation. The chewing fashion of experimental dogs was not changed obviously during the experiment process. Although the horniness forage may result in fairly bigger bite force, no visble biting hurt was found 12 weeks after loading and the fixed implant dentures were all preserved. Conclusion: The beagle dog model can preferably mimic the normal chewing fashion and the models are both availability and credibility.

Objective: To study the implant-bone interface remodelin g after loading of submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. Methods: 8 adult beagle dogs were used to build the animal model. Submerged and nons ubmerged implants were implanted into the bilateral mandible. Fixed metal full c rown was used to carry out the submerged and nonsubmerged implant denture. The b eagle dogs were sacrificed by steps after loading of the dentures. HE staining t echnique was used to observe the dynamic remodeling process of implant-bone int erface.Results:2 weeks after loading of implant denture, a major ity of the implant surface attached to bone tissue directly, however, at the int erface, especially at the top of the screw thread, bone tissues were absorbed an d substituted by fibrous tissues. 4 weeks after loading, fine attachment was fou nd at the implant-bone interface and the previouly observed fibrous tissue at t he interface was gradually remodeled to form new bone. 8 weeks after loading, i mplant directly attached to bone tissues by osteo-interface, and the cellular c omponents and capillaries were decreased at the interface.12 weeks after loading , all implants attached to bone tissues by osteo-interface with high combinatio n level, typical Havers system was observed at the interface. No obvious differen ce in the interface remodeling was observed between the submerged and nonsubmerg ed implant denture. Conclusion:There is no distinct difference i n the implant-bone interface remodeling after the loading of submerged and nons ubmerged implant denture.

A sensitive and reliable liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) method was established to simultaneously quantitate four categories of compounds (isoflavonoids, flavonoids, alkaloids and saponins) in Gegen-Qinlian decoction (GQD). These compounds were separated by a Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 column with a linear gradient consisting of 0.1% (v/v) formic acid in water (A) and 0.1% (v/v) formic acid in acetonitrile (B), and delivered at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. All the analytes were determined by electrospray positive ionization tandem mass spectrometry in a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Linearity, accuracy, precision, recovery and stability of the method were evaluated with the validation over the range of 4.0-538 5 ng/mL. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a Chinese herbal preparation GQD successfully.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis and explore its clinical effects with anti-TB drugs alone.
METHODSFrom January 2008 to July 2010, the data of 36 patients with spinal tuberculosis underwent conservative treatment of anti-TB drugs alone were analyzed. There were 19 males and 17 females with an average age of 73.5 years (ranged, 60 to 85). All patients were in the active phase with high ESR and CRP levels and were treated with 3HRZE/6-9HRE (course from 9 to 12 months). According to clinical symptoms, chemical examination, radiological image to adjust drug and depending on VAS score to evaluate pain.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up from 8 to 24 months with an average of 15 months. Tuberculose of 31 patients healed after chemotherapy from 9 to 12 months and ESR and CRP recovered normally. Levofloxacin and para-amino salicylic acid were used in 4 cases because of 4 cases occurred drug fast for RFP or INH, after 15 months, their obtained healing. Symptom of 1 case got worse during chemotherapy, and surgical treatment were performed, after 3 months, ESR and CRP recovered normally, X-ray and CT showed spinal osteosclerosis and fusion without significant kyphosis and internal fixation loosening. Cobb angle was respectively(17.6+/-2.3) degrees, (18.1+/-2.7) degrees before treatment and last follow-up (P>0.05). MRI showed abscess was absorbed and spinal inflammation subsidised. VAS score was respectively 6.5+/-1.7, 1.4+/-0.5 before treatment and last follow-up (P<0.05). Seven patients had complications relating with drug adverse reaction, after discontinuation and treated with clinical symptom, the patients recovered normally.
CONCLUSIONAnti-TB drugs alone can obtain satisfactory effects in treating early senile spinal tuberculosis, but strict supervision and individual administration should not be disregardful.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granule (YQG) on the expression of CD11b in CA1 region of hippocampus of vascular dementia rats, and to explore its regulation on microglias.
METHODSTotally 144 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham-operation group, the vascular dementia model group (model), and the YQG treated group (treated). The vascular dementia rat model was prepared by modified Pulsinelli's four-vessel occlusion. Rats in the sham-operation group and the model group were administered with normal saline -(at the daily dose of 10 mL/kg) by gastrogavage, while those in the treated group were administered with YQG (0.32 g/mL, at the daily dose of 10 mL/kg) by gastrogavage. All administration was performed once per day for 8 successive weeks. The expression of CD11b in CA1 region of hippocampus of vascular dementia rats was detected at week 1, 2, 4, and 8, respectively.
RESULTSCompared with the sham-operation group, the expression of CD11b in CA1 region of hippocampus of vascular dementia rats were significantly enhanced in the model group at each time point (P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of CD11b in CA1 region of hippocampus of vascular dementia rats significantly decreased in the treated group at each time point (P < 0.01), especially at week 2.
CONCLUSIONObvious activation and proliferation of microglias could be seen in CA1 region of hippocampus of vascular dementia rats, and YQG could inhibit activation and proliferation of microglias.

Dengzhan Shengmai capsule, as a compound Chinese patent medicine, consists of four herbs: Herba Erigerontis, Ginseng, Ophiopogon, and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, and contains significant components of flavonoids, lignans, saponins, and organic acids. It is widely used clinically to treat cerebrovascular diseases such as chronic cerebral hypoperfusion and dementia with remarkable efficacy. This study proposes a research strategy for multi-component traditional Chinese medicine metabolites based on prediction databases and unfolds the analysis using Dengzhan Shengmai capsule as an example. Using the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS method, the analytical method was established and detected biological samples such as urine, feces, and bile of rats before and after administration based on the prediction of theoretical metabolites of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule. The possible secondary fragment ion information of metabolites was identified by comparing the detected results with prediction databases. The metabolites were identified based on the archetypal component mass spectrometric cleavage law and multistage mass spectrometric data. 51 metabolites, mainly flavonoid, organic acid, and lignan constituents, were finally identified from rat biosamples based on 306 theoretical metabolites of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule. This study provides a new strategy for the identification of metabolites

Objective To Discuss the impacts of different dosage of atorvastatirs on serum hsCRP,IL-10 and MCP-1 levels on post-intervention patients with coronary stenting. Methods 93 post-intervention patients with coronary stenting were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group took different dosage of oral atorvastatins after the operation for more than one week. The dosage for each group was 10 mg,20 mg and 40 mg,respectively. Each patient was phlebotomized for three times, which are 24 hours before the operation,24 hours after the operation and one week after the operation.Serum MCP-1,IL-10 and hs-CRP levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunoturbidimetry(ITM). Results Serum hs-CRP and MCP-1 levels of post-intervention patients were significantly higher than those of pre-intervention.This illustrated that the serum hsCRP and MCP-1 levels were closely related to PCI.Serum hs-CRP and MCP-1 levels decreased in those patients one week after operation which proves they are negatively correlated with the dosage of atorvastatins. There was no statistic evidence to prove the correlation between different dosage of atorvastatins and the level of serum IL-10.The ratio of MCP-1/IL-10 at 24h post-intervention patient was significantly higher than pre-intervention,which proves the ratio was negatively correlated with the dosage of atorvastatins. Conclusion Atorvastatins decreases serum MCP-1 and hs-CRP levels after PCI.Serum MCP-1 and hs-CRP levels were negatively correlated with the dosage of atorvastatins.
