2.Diagnosis and treatment of primery breast lymphoma

Objective:To explore the clinic and pathologic characteristics of primary breast lymphoma(PBL) for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Five cases of PBL that has been diagnosed during 1998-2005 were analyzed.Results: One patient died 1 month after her final diagnosis.Tow patients have survived 4 and 3 years,respectively,after radical operation plus chemotherapy,although inguinal lymphatic metastasis was found in the later one 2 years after her operation.Another two patients have been accepting chemotherapy for 3 months after their local resection.Conclusion: PBL is diagnosed basically by methods of pathology and immunohistochemistry,and treated mainly by chemotherapy combining with other therapies.
3.Testicular breeding sperm function and p63 expression in androgen receptor knockout mice

Objective To study the testicular breeding function and p63 expression in seminiferous tubules in androgen receptor(AR)knockout mice.Methods Eight AR knockout mice selected by Cre-lox and 8 Wistar male mice were studied.Testicular breeding function was determined by Makler score and p63 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Seminiferous tubules inner diameter deflated in AR knockout group than in Wistar group(60.0±1.5 μm vs 92.05±2.0μm,P<0.01),peri-tube membrane thickened(4.0±0.7 μm vs 2.85=0.9 μm,P<0.01),the number of cell layer decreased(2.0±0.3 vs 4.0±0.2,P<0.01),generative eell maturation arrested(3.0±1.2 score vs 5.05±0.5 score,P<0.01),Makler score was lower(8.0±0.3 vs 16.0±0.5,P<0.01).p63 expression was lower in AR knockout group than in Wistar group and the expression was located at the stage of spermatogenous cell and spermatocyte.Conclusion Testicular breeding sperm function is damaged in AR knockout mice,lower expression of p63 mainly affects early differentiation in generative cells.

Traumatic brain injury(TBI), also known as intracranial injury or head trauma, specifically refers to the brain tissue damage caused by trauma.Currently the mechanism of TBI and repair therapy after nerve injury become a hotspot in brain research.Duplicating animal models plays a significant role in promoting experimental therapeutics of TBI.This review systematically describes the progress in animal models for TBI including impact brain injury, nonimpact acceleration head injury and blast(explosion)wave-induced neurotrauma, which have been established at home and abroad.Based upon the aforementioned models, some relevant applications in experimental therapeutics are simultaneously enumerated.Hopefully all these information provides scientific guidance for the pharmacodynamic screening of potential neuroprotective drugs.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).Methods The CDUS and CTA data about 33 BCS patients diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and treated by interventional therapy were retrospectively analyzed.All of 33 patients with BCS were examined with CDUS,26 cases of then received CTA.The diagnostic value of BCS between two methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accordance rate of CDUS and CTA for BCS were 90.9% and 96.2% respectively,which had no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).The two methods could not only comprehensively systematically reflect the morphologic changes of liver and spleen,the stenosis and blood flow state of the lesion regions,but also clearly display the intrahepatic/extrahepatic collateral vessels trend in the abdomen.One week after interventional therapy,the CUDS results showed blood vessels pristine and stable hemodynamics.Conclusion CDUS is the preferred imaging in the diagnosis and postoperative re-examination of BCS.While,CTA can provide many important parameters for preoperative assessment and operation way.
8.Dual-Gradient Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Charged Aerosol Detector for Detection of Macromolecules in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

A size exclusion chromatography method ( SEC) was established for the screening of macromolecules in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections. In the experiment, TCM was collected through 0. 45μm hybrid filter and separated by SEC with MAbPac SEC-1 column. Acetonitrile was added by post-column mode with a flow rate of 0. 2 mL/min to enhance the detection sensitivity, and 25 mmol/L ammonium formate was used as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0. 2 mL/min. The charged aerosol detection was carried out with Dextran and Tween as the reference standards. The molecular weight distribution of Dextran ranged from 2500 to 133800 had a good linear relationship with the retention time. No macromolecules were detected out in the selected traditional Chinese medicine injections except Kuhuang injections.

AIM:To compare the effects of remifentanil and fentanyl for posterior scoliosis correction and the influences on postoperative pain.METHODS:Forty patients scheduled for posterior scoliosis correction(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,aged 11-18 years)were randomly divided into group remifentanil(group R)and group fentanyl(group F).Anesthesia was maintained with propofol,vecuronium bromide and sevoflurane.Intravenous remifentanil(0.2 ?g?kg-1?min-1)and fentanyl(1 ?g?kg-1?h-1)were continuously administered for analgesia.Vecuronium bromide and analgesics were discontinued around 30 min before the wake-up test.The wake up time from propofol and sevoflurane discontinuation to movement of the patient's toe were recorded.In group R,once remifentanil infusion was stopped before surgery ended,the patients were injected with fentanyl 2 ?g/kg.All of the patients received intravenous fentanyl(10 ?g?kg-1?min-1)for postoperative analgesia and were interviewed for pain degree during the first 24 h after surgery.RESULTS:The wake-up time were(12.3?5.7)min in group R and(21.6?6.5)min in group F(P

Objective To set up a determination method of warfarin,coumatertralyl,bromadiolone and brodifacoum.Methods HPLC-ESI-MS/MS was used to detect warfarin,coumatertralyl,bromadiolone and brodifacoum using ZORBAX sb-aq(1 50mm×2.1 mm×3.5 μm)as chromatographic column at constant temperature 30℃ while methanol of 0.1%formic acid and water as mobile phase in the grads program.The flow rate was 0.4 mL/min;Detection was performed on an electrospray ionization(ESI)in the negative model and the MRM condition.Results The limit of qualitation was found to be less than 40 pg for four raticides at one time and 10pg for every raticide in the MRM condition;The four raticides linear range were suitable and r were more than 0.999.Matrix affection Was also determined.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate for the determination of warfarin,coumatertralyl,bromadiolonc and brodifacoum in the biological tissue.
