1.Qualitative research of stimulative about posttraumatic growth of head-injured patients associated with limb movement disorder

Objective To explore stimulative of posttraumatic growth(PTG) of head-injured patients associated with limb movement disorder,in order to provide reference for psychological nursing intervention.Methods Phenomenological methodology was used in the study.A semi-structured interview was conducted on seven head-injured patients with limb movement disorder recruited by purposive sampling method.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's analysis procedure.Results Through interview,the following four themes were summarized:positive state of mind and coping style of patients; patients' high level of self-efficacy; social support; high quality of medical services.Conclusions In order to promote PTG of head-injured associated with limb movement disorder patients,nurses should strive to adjust the patient mentality and coping strategies,improve their self-efficacy levels,help patients get support from the community,at the same time should also focus on quality of medical services.
2.The effect of early drinking on keeping safety and improving comfort of mouth cavity in postoperative patients with transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma

Objective To explore the effect of early drinking on keeping safety and improving comfort of mouth cavity in postoperative patients with transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma. Methods A total of 70 postoperative patients with transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 35 cases each by random number table method. The control group were allowed to drink water after postoperative 6 hours, the experimental group were allowed to drink a small amount of water after 1 h when they recovered from anesthesia. The symptoms of heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, pulse oxygen saturation, nausea, vomiting, mis- aspiration, dry mouth,thirst, sore throat, oral pH value, oral cavity peculiar smell and the mood were observed 6 h after operation. Results After 6 hours, the heart rate, respiration, systolic blood pressure, and pulse oxygen saturation in the two groups were within normal range, which were (79.14±7.82) times per minute vs. (82.29±13.48) times per minute, (17.71± 1.10) times per minute vs. (18.31±1.92) times per minute, (121.66±10.61) mmHg vs.(121.55±12.86) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), (17.71±1.10) times per minute, (0.99±0.01) % vs. (0.99±0.01) %,there was no significant differences( t=-1.603-0.673, P > 0.05). The value of diastolic blood pressure in the control group were lower than that of the experimental group,(70.14±6.87) mmHg vs.( 74.34±7.29) mmHg, there was significant difference ( t=2.497, P < 0.05) .The incidence of mis- aspiration was zero in two groups. The rate of nausea, vomiting were 11.43%(4/35) and 5.71% (2/35) in the experimental group, which were significantly lower than 17.14%(6/35) and 11.43%(4/35) in the control group, there was no significant differences (χ2=0.467,0.182, P > 0.05). The rate of dry mouth,thirst in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, 2.71±1.74 vs. 7.03± 1.98, 1.77±1.68 vs. 5.06±2.35, the difference was statistically significant (t=-9.685, -6.725, P < 0.01). T he value of sore throat in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, 3.40±1.72 vs. 4.11± 2.23, there was no significant differences (t=-1.500, P > 0.05). There was difference in oral pH value(6.82±0.17 vs. 6.43±0.25, t=0.815, P < 0.01) between the experimental group and the control group. The rates of oral cavity peculiar smell and the mood in the experimental group were 8.57% (3/35) and 28.57% (10/35), which were better than those of the control group, 82.85% (29/35), 45.71%(16/35), the difference were significant (χ2=4.629, 10.516, P < 0.05). Conclusions Early drinking in postoperative patients with transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma is secure and it can relieve uncomfortable symptoms, maintain normal oral pH value, improve comfort of mouth cavity and keep good mood of patients.
3.Reversal Action of Acupuncture on Experimental Rats with Insulin Resistance

[Objective] To observe the reversal action of acupuncture on experimental rats with insulin resistance. [Methods] Twenty-four rats were randomized into normal group, control group and treatment group. Each group had 8 rats. Rat models with insulin resistance were induced by feeding of high-carbonhydrate forage. Fasting blood-glucose (FBG) and plasma insulin (PI) levels and insulin sensitivity index ( ISI) were examined after acupuncture of Neiguan ( PC6 ) , Zusanli ( ST36) , Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Shenshu (BL23). 6.Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion promote hematogenic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice through induction of MMP-9 expression

Objective To investigate the effect of ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) on tumor metastasis in a experimental mouse model of hematogenous metastasis after I/R; we also quantitated expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) during I/R.Methods An experimental mouse model of metastasis after partial hepatic I/R was designed to determine the effects of I/R on tumor metastasis to liver.Tumor loads were valued 7 days after operation.In addition,tissue analysis for alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase (AST) and matrix metalloproteinases and 8 h reperfusion were performed.Results After 2 h hepatic reperfusion,ALT and AST in I 45 min group were higher than the sham group and I 30 min group (P <0.05).ALT and AST in the sham group were both a little higher than the normal.ALT and AST in the I 45 min group and I 30 min group at 8 h were both higher than those at 2 h reperfusion(P <0.05).The tumor load (valued by Hepatic replacement area) and the expression of MMP-9 in ischemic lobe in I 45 min group were greater than that after 30 min group and sham group.(P =0.013,P =0.007).There was no statistical difference on tumor load between the right lobe of sham operated mice and the right lobe (non-ischemic lobe) of mice subjected to I/R(P =0.089).Mouse survival were compared among the groups.Mice in Sham group lived longer than I 30 min group (P =0.041).And there were no statistical significance between I 45 min group and I 30 min group (P =0.055).MMP-9 expression in I 45 min group was higher than I 30 min group(P < 0.001).Conclusion Hepatic I/R promotes liver hematogenic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice through induction of MMP-9 expression.
7.Determination of narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet by HPLC

AIM: To develop an HPLC method for determining narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet(Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix et Rhizoma Gentianae,Fructus Aurantii immaturus etc. ). METHODS: The analysis was carried out with a Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ? 250 mm,5 ?m)column and the mobile phase of acetoni-trile-1% glacical acetic acid solution(19:81,v/v). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 6. 0-60. 0 ?g/mL,2. 24-22. 4 ?g/mL and 10. 2-102. 0 ?g/mL for narigin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respec-tively. The average recoveries were 100. 2% ,98. 8% and 97. 1% for narigin,hesperidine and neohesperidine,re-spectively. CONCLUSION: The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for determination of narigin,hes-peridin and neohesperidin in Weili Tablet.
8.Clinical Study on Live Lactobacillus Preparation in the Treatment of Postpartum Vagina Microenviroment Dysbiosis

Objective:To investigate the effect of live lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of postpartum vagina microenviro-ment dysbiosis. Methods:Totally 300 cases of postpartum women were selected in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2013, including those with normal delivery, cesarean section and vaginal delivery after lochia, and each was with 100 cases. The vaginal se-cretion was withdrawn from vagina and the microenvironment was assessed. The patients with dysbiosis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with living lactobacillus preparation and the treatment group was without treatment. The effi-cacy and incidence of bacterial vaginosis(BV) were observed. Results:Totally 88 cases (29. 3%) occurred vaginal dysbiosis. There were significant differences in the dysbiosis incidence rate, pH, H2 O2 results, microscopic examination results and the distribution of flora between the two groups (P <0. 05). The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (29. 5%). The incidence rate of BV was 4. 5% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group [75%] (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of the lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of postpartum vagina microenviroment dysbiosis is promising and safe.
9.Effect of Electroacupuncture on NO, NOS and ET -1 Levels in Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia

[Objective] To study the effect of electroacupuncture on NO, NOS and ET - 1 levels in rats with focal cerebral ischemia (FCI). [Methods] Rat models with FCI were established by occlusion of unilateral middle cerebral artery. Twenty - two rats were allocated to three groups: Group A (mimic operation group), Group B (model group) and Group C (model rats treated with electroacupuncture). NO, NOS and ET - 1 levels in brain homogenate were measured by spectrophotometry and radioimmunoassay method respectively. [Results] Sixty minutes after modeling, NO, NOS and ET- 1 levels were increased and then decreased 10 minutes after acupuncturing Baihui (GV20) and Dazhui (GV14). [Conclusion] Electroacupuncture of Baihui (GV20) and Dazhui (GV14) can protect neuron from ischemic injury by decreasing the levels of NO and ET - 1 and inhibiting the activity of NOS.
10.Clinical efficacy of combination therapy with continuous intravenous pumping of Endostar and SOX regimen in advanced primary carcinoma of the liver

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of Endostar and oxaliplatin plus S-1 ( SOX regimen) in patients with advanced Primary carcinoma of the liver. Methods 32 advanced primary liver cancer patients admitted from February 2012 to August 2014 were assigned to SOX regimen as systemic chemotherapy: oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 iv d1; S-1 (80 ~ 120 mg, twice-daily) for 14 days; 150 mg Endostar which was dissolved in 210 mL normal saline for 120 h durative transfusion. Treatment was repeated every 21 days. Objective clinical efficacy and adverse effect was assessed every 2 cycles. Serum alpha fetoprotein (AFP) level was also monitored according to the schedule. Results All 32 patients were available to be assessed, the objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR) ,the clinical benefit response rates (CBR), 1 year survival rate was 15.6%, 46.9%, 56.3%, 58.3% respectively. The serum AFP respond rate was 19.4%. Major adverse effects were myelosuppression and fatigue , mostly graded at 1 ~ 2. There were no treatment-related death. Conclusions These preliminary results suggest that continuous intravenous pumping of Endostar combined with SOX regimen could provide survival benefits with tolerable adverse effects.
