To observe the effect of aerobic exercise on the body shape,cardiovascular,physiology and biochemical indexes of elderly women,we trained 76 old women (volunteers,mean age 58 years old) from urban area of Yulin from 14th July 2005 to 14th January 2006,60 minutes every time,3 times a week. The heart rate during exercise was controlled within 110-125 times per minute. The changes in their body shape (body mass and waistline),cardiovascular function (resting heart rate and blood pressure) and biochemical indexes before and after exercise were observed. OBJECTIVE: To establish and a method for determination of allicin and the fingerprints of intravenous emulsion containing garlic oil. METHODS:GC method was applied to determine allicin in preparation and the fingerprints of intravenous emulsion containing garlic oil. The separation was performed on HP-5 (30 m?320 ?m?0.25 ?m) column with the flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1 and inlet temperature of 250 ℃. The column temperature was 60～220 ℃ and rose by temperature-programmed method with N2 as carrier gas. The temperature of FID detector was 300 ℃ with furan as internal standard. RESULTS: The linear ranges of allicin were 0.05～2.4 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 8). The average recovery were 102.5% (RSD=0.41%,n=9). There were 17 mutual peaks in the fingerprints of intravenous emulsion containing garlic oil. The RSD of intra-day relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 0.05% and 8% respectively. After preparation setting for 48 h at room temperature, the RSD of relative retention time and relative peak areas were less than 0.08% and 15% respectively. The RSD of them in the replicate test were less than 0.04% and 8%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, reliable, simple and available for quality control of intravenous emulsion containing garlic oil

Objective To investigate the value of remifentanil IV PCA joint doula in labor analgesia.Methods 480 single fetus at term vaginal delivery of maternal patients were randomly divided into four groups:120 cases voluntary implementation of remifentanil IV PCA joint doula maternity paternity were selected as the experimental group; 120 cases in control group an order to carry out the studies in our hospital childbirth select one to one Doula paternity maternal; 120 cases voluntary implementation of the control group 2 intravenous analgesia with remifentanil maternal;120 cases in control group three normal deliveries in our hospital does not take any measures of maternal.The analgesic effect,labor time,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia,the medical staff satisfaction were compared in four groups.Results Analgesic effect of experimental group and control group 2 was significantly better than the control group 1 and the control group 3,the differences were statistically significant (t =4.34,4.76,4.94,5.32,6.32 ;4.42,4.71,4.86,5.28,6.26,all P ＜ 0.05).The first,second,third labor stage of experimental group were (516 + 123)min,(29 + 10)min,(8 + 4)min,which were shorter than those of the other groups (t =3.76,4.21,4.18,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil IV PCA joint Doula is safe and easy for labor analgesia.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the stability of garlic oil-hydropropyl-?-cyclodextrin(HP-?-CD)inclusion complex.METHODS:With diallyl trisulfide(DATS)as determination index,the water solution of garlic oil HP-?-CD in-clusion complexes,freeze-drying powders of inclusion complex and the garlic oil injections were respectively subjected to il-lumination,high temperature,dilution tests and accelerated tests,and long-term sample observation tests by gas chro-matography(GC).RESULTS:The content of DATS in freeze-drying powders of inclusion complex had a minimum reduc-tion among the three under conditions of illumination and high temperature.In the accelerated tests and long-term sample observation tests,almost all the determination indexes of freeze-drying powders remained unchanged and a good stability was noted.Within10h,all the different diluents showed no significant effects on the indexes of the inclusion complex.CON-CLUSIONS:As compared with garlic oil injections,the garlic oil inclusion complex had a higher stability,freeze-drying powders of inclusion complex showed the best stability,yet the storing of which still needed to be under a proper temperature and away from light.

Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics and risk factors of extended stay over 30 days at tertiary comprehensive hospitals, and explore methods of shortening average length of stay(LOS).Methods Homepage of all inpatients discharged from October 2014 to October 2015 of 31 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in Shanxi province were collected.39 234 cases of these inpatients stayed over 30 days and their case information was complete.A generalized linear model was used for risk factors analysis.Results With the extension of LOS, most of the inpatients with extended stay were found during their 30th-40th days, accounting for 50.21% of all and constituting the highest daily costs as well.The ratio of inpatients decreases with their LOS, and its distribution presents a positive skew in entirety.Distribution of inpatients over 30 days identified urban employees under medical insurance accounting for the highest ratio among all payment categories,and those from the department of orthopedics for the highest ratio among all departments, while those of diseases from injury and poisoning accounting for the highest ratio among all disease categories.The findings indicated ten important factors for extended stay, namely gender, medical payment category, ICD, inter-department transfer, nosocomial infection, and clinical pathway.Conclusions To strengthen management of specific departments and inpatients, focus on key process of medical quality, and accelerate medical insurance payment reform can effectively control extended stay.

Objective To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Piper laetispicum.Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column and macroporous resin.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral methods.Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of P.laetispicum:(2E,4E)-N-isobutyl-11-phenylundecadienamide(Ⅰ),(2E,4E)-N-isobutyl-15-phenylpentadecadienamide(Ⅱ),laetispicine(Ⅲ),(2E,4E)-N-isobutyl-7-(3',4'-methylene-dioxyphenyl)heptadienamide(Ⅳ),brachystamide A(Ⅴ),dihydropipercide(Ⅵ),pipermacramide A [(2E,4E)-N-isobutyleicosadienamide,Ⅶ],(+)-spathulenol(Ⅷ),d-sesamin(Ⅸ),piperitol(Ⅹ),vitexin(Ⅺ),vitexin-2″-O-?-D-glucoside(ⅩⅡ),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(ⅩⅢ),?-sitosterol(ⅩⅣ),stigmasterol(ⅩⅤ),and 1-dotriacontanol(ⅩⅥ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are isolated for the first time as natural substance,compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ,and Ⅷ are first isolated from P.laetispicum,compounds Ⅺ,ⅩⅡ,and ⅩⅥ are obtained from the plants of Piper L.for the first time.

Objective To establish a method of reverse hybridization to detect five subfamilies of low risk Human Papillomaviruses(HPV6,11,42,43 and 44)and eighteen subfamilies of high risk HPV (HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,83 and MM4)in one reaction.Methods Special probes for twenty-three HPV subfamilies were fixed on nylon membrane bars,biotin labeled general primers mediated polymerase chain reaction(GP-PCR)were applied in HPV DNA amplification.PCR amplified DNA fragments were reversely hybridized with special probes that were fixed on the membranes. All samples(136)detected by reverse hybridization method were paralleled with the methods of Hybridization Capture Ⅱ(HC-Ⅱ)and sequencing.Results Positive rate of the 136 samples detected by reverse hybridization was 41.9%,while HC-Ⅱ 42.6% and sequencing 40.4%.Reverse hybridization detection indicated coherence with the other two methods(Kappa 0.8644 and 0.9089,respectively).While sequencing was lab standard for DNA test,the sensitivity was 96.36%,specificity was 95.06%,accuracy was 95.59%.Conclusions Method of reverse hybridization is adaptable to 23 kinds of HPV subfamilies, which can confirm the exactly subfamilies of HPV infection.This method is adaptable in clinical detection of HPV,with high sensitivity,high specificity,simply and convenient operation and the results are easily to be read.

Objective To investigate the incidence of hearing disorder and analyse the high-risk factors with hearing injury in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods The newborns with hyperbilirubinemia who admitted to the department of neonate,were received the distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE)test when they recovered from hyperbilirubinemia;those babies who didn′t pass the first test received screening again in 42 days after birth.Those babies who didn′t pass the second test received auditory brain stem response(ABR)test.Results Fifty-eight(33.2%)newborns didn′t pass the first DPOAE test among 235 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia;11(18.9%)infants didn′t pass the second DPOAE test among 58 infants;5 infants failed to pass the ABR test,the ratio of hea-ring disorder in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia was 2.13%;18(9.9%)newborns didn′t pass the first DPOAE test among 182 normal newborns,and those infants all passed the second DPOAE test.Conclusions Hyperbilirubinemia is high-risk population of hearing disorder.The congenital cytomegalovirus infection,neonatal septicemia and hemolytic disease of newborn are the high risk factors responsible for hearing disorder.All high risk newborns should recieve hearing examination regularly.

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of adenosine and exercise stress myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) for detecting coronary heart disease (CHD) in women. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups: adenosine stress group (n = 69)and exercise stress group (n = 69). All patients underwent myocardial SPECT evaluation. Coronary angiography (CAG), referred as "gold standard" , was performed in each patient within 1 week before or after MPI. The diagnostic value of the two stress MPI was compared with χ2 test or Fisher's exact test. Results In adenosine stress group, the sensitivity, negative predictive value and accuracy were 88.2% (45/51),72.7% (16/22), 88.4% (61/69), respectively, which were not significantly different from those of the exercise stress group (91.7% (44/48), 66.7% (8/12), 81.2% (52/64); χ2 =0. 571, 0. 714, 0.249, P >0.05). However, the false positive rate of adenosine stress (11.1%, 2/18) was significantly lower than that of exercise stress (50.0%, 8/16), P = 0.023. Conclusions Adenosine and exercise stress MPI have similar value for CHD diagnosis in women, however, adenosine stress MPI may have an advantage of low false positive rate.
