Objective To explore the characteristics of emotion recognition in children aged 7-14 years. Methods Nine hundred and sixty-one students aged 7-14 years were enrolled to rate the emotion dimensions of valence, arousal and dominance with the scale of Native Chinese Affective Picture System for Children. The relationship among scores of each emotion dimension was analysed, and the differences in age and gender of each emotion dimension were determined. Results For positive pictures (score of valence >6), the score of valence was positively related to that of arousal and dominate (r=0.56, r=0.40, P<0.01). For neutral pictures (score of valence 4-6), the score of valence was negatively related to that of arousal (r=-0.70, P<0.01) and positively related to that of dominance (r=0.69, P<0.01). For negative pictures (score of valence<4), the score of arousal was negatively related to that of dominance (r=-0.95, P<0.01). There were significant differences in scores of emotion dimensions between genders (P<0.05). There were significant differences in scores of arousal and dominance among children with different ages (P<0.01). Age was weakly negatively related to score of arousal (r=-0.18, P<0.01), and was weakly positively related to that of dominance (r=0.10, P<0.01). Conclusion There are significant differences in age and gender for emotion recognition in children, and the ratings are various among pictures with different characteristics, which needs to be considered in further researches.

The transparent lenses of treated rabbits were operated with extra capsular cortex extraction, and the controls were kept untouched. The rabbits were sacririced at 1d, 3d, 1wk, 2wK, 1mo and 2mo after surgery.Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect proliferative cellular nuclei antigen (PCNA) as well as hybridization in situ and reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reactions (RT-PCR) were applied to detect phosphatase as well as tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN) mRNA in lens equartor.·RESULTS:PCNA expression increased significantly to a high level at 1wk, began to reduce 2wk later, and recovered to the normal level 1 or 2mo after the surgery.PTEN mRNA expressed positively in normal rabbit LECs.The relative PTEN mRNA contents reduced greatly at 1dafter operation and remained low level at 3d. It began to increase slightly at 1wk, kept rising at 2wk and regained the normal expression after 1 or 2mo. There was inverse correlation between the PTEN mRNA and PCNA expression.·CONCLUSION: PTEN mRNA expresses positively in normal rabbit LECs plasma. PTEN participates in LECs proliferation and correlates with lens proliferative conditions.

Objective:To explore the levels of serum adiponectin,insulin growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and prealbumin in preterm infants,and analyze their correlation with preterm EUGR infant.Methods:321 cases of preterm infants who were born in our hospital and transferred to neonatal department in 24 hours from January,2014 to January,2016 were enrolled in the present study.According to the weight at discharge,they were divided into the EUGR group and the non EUGR group,the growth and development as well as the levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA in the two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence rate of EUGR was 55.76％ (179/321) in the 321 cases ofpreterm infants;the weight of EUGR group was significantly lower than that of the non EUGR group at 42 th days and three months after birth(p＜0.05).The SDS of both groups were all negative,and that of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).The levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA of both groups were significantly lower than the control group at seventh days of birth,and the PA level of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum adiponectin and PA levels between 7 days and 14 days in EUGR group (P ＞ 0.05),however,the serum adiponectin and PA levels in the non EUGR group was obviously increased and significantly higher than that of the EUGR group (p ＜ 0.05).The level of IGF-Ⅰ in both groups keep unchanged during two weeks (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The lower levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA were closely related to the EUGR of preterm infants,which could be used as biochemical indexes to early diagnosis of EUGR.

Gas chromatography with mass spectrum detector ( GC-MSD) coupled with purge-and-trap system was set up to analyze the concentration of isoprene in natural waters. The best experimental conditions were established, including purge gas flow rate ( 50 mL/min ) , purge time ( 15 min ) , the optimum capillary column ( Rt-Alumina BOND/KCl) and the appropriate condition of temperature programming. When analyzing isoprene in natural waters, the precision was <4% (n=6), the detection limit was 0. 5 pmol/L and the recovery was 91%-102%. The preservative experiment showed that there was no obvious variation in sample concentrations of isoprene within 60 days. The concentrations of isoprene measured with the method ranged from 60 . 8 to 278 . 7 pmol/L in the Jiaozhou Bay and its adjacent river estuaries and from 44 . 7 to 77 . 2 pmol/L in Yellow River estuary, which was in good accord with those results reported in literatures in other coastal waters. In conclusion, the analytical method could meet the requirements of the analysis of concentration of isoprene in natural waters.

Objective To analyse imaging features of atypical meningioma.Methods There were 17 cases with atypical meningiomas proved by pathology,7 cases were male,10 cases were female,ranged in age from 34～69 years.17 cases all examined with CT,and 10 cases with CT enhanced scanning;12 cases examined with MRI and 8 cases with MR enhanced scanning,5 cases examined with DSA.Results The major imaging features of atypical meningioma included:the borders of tumors were mostly irregular,nonhomogeneous density or signal on plain CT and MRI,nonhomogeneous enhancement on enhanced CT and MRI.Cystic and necrotic changing and the invasion of cranial bone and adjacent structure could be seen.5 cases with dural tail sign on MRI,3 of them,this sign was short,thick and irregular.Heavy staining was showed on DSA.Conclusion Atypical meningiomas are of some clinical and imaging features.
