Objective To investigate the effect of peginterferon alfa-2a injection (PEG-IFNα-2a) combined with ribavirin (RBV) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (1b) in patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods The clinical data of patients with type 1b chronic hepatitis C in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the method of treatment, the patients were divided into IFNα-2a combined with RBV group and PEG-IFNα-2a combined with RBV group. The rapid virologic response (RVR), early virologic response (EVR), and sustained virologic response (SVR) rate were observed in the two groups. The liver function, expressions of CD4+T and CD8+T cell of peripheral blood and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The RVR, EVR, SVR of two groups was no significant difference (χ2=0.641, 0.946, 0.154, P=0.423, 0.331, 0.694). After treatment, the levels of ALT , AST, DBIL and TBIL in PEG-IFNα-2a combined with RBV group were lower than those in IFNα-2a combined with RBV group (P<0.05). Of the PEG-IFNα-2a combined with RBV group, the CD4+T level was lower and the CD8+T level was higher than that in PEG-IFNα-2a in the combined Leigh Bhave Lin group were lower than that in the IFNα-2a level was lower IFNα-2a combined with RBV group(P<0.05). Objective To evaluate the relationship between vascular endothelial function of coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary artery disease(CHD).Methods 73 patients undergoing coronary angiography were divided into two groups:CHD group(n=39)and non-CHD group(n=34)according to the result of coronary angiography.13 healthy subjects without risk factor of CHD were chosen as normal control group.FMD and NTG-MD of endothelial-dependent and independent dilatation of brachial artery were measured by using of high frequency linear-array uhrasonography for assessment of the vascular endothelial function.and the relationship between the vascular endothelial function and the severity of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed.Results A significant difference was obtained in the FMD among the CHD group,non-CHD group and control group[(4.81±2.33)%vs.(9.29±3.88)%vs.(13.58±1.80)%,F=48.012,P＜0.01).Significant difference was shown in NTG.MD among the three groups[(13.72±3.27)%vs.(15.64±2.65)%vs.(16.54±2.98)%,F=6.015,P＜0.01]and significant difference was shown between CHD group and the other two group(P＜0.05).The FMD was negatively correlated with the basdine value of the brachial artery.tlle number of stenotic coronary ateries and the severity of coronary artery stenosis(r=-0.224,-0,316,-0.721,P=0.038,0.003 and ＜0.001).NTG-MD was also negatively correlated with the baseline value of the brachial artery,the number of stenotic coronary arteries and the severity of coronary artery stenosis(r=-0.483,-0.258,-0.372,P＜0.001,0.027,0.001).Stepwise regression analysis displayed a linear relationship between FMD and the severity of coronary artery stenosis,the baseline value of the brachial artery(r=-0.012,-0.022,P＜0.001).NTG-MD was linearly related to the baseline value ofthe brachial artery and the severity of coronary artery stenosis(r=-0.032,-0.0073,P＜0.001).Conclusion The degree of damage of endothelial function of coronary heart disease is linearly correlated with severity of coronary arteIT stenosis.

AIM: To investigate whether the Acrysof Natural has the protective function for retina from blue light in morphology.METHODS: Fresh porcine eye cups were formed in vitro. Blue light beam between 420-450nm spectrum eradiated the porcine retina and cultured RPE cells in 30J/cm2 and 40J/cm2, respectively. The adjacent region in 3mm diameter was eradiated in various ways: exposed directly to light, through AcrySof one piece IOL, PMMA IOL,AcrySof Natural IOL, and without light. Then the eye cups were cultured for 48h. Lastly, tissue and cell structure were observed with light microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM).RESULTS: In the retinal region without light, the structure of every layer was clear, cells in neuroepithelial layer arrayed in rule, some bubble presented in external granular layer and internal granular layer, RPE cells were compact, and the color of pigment article was coincident. In the region with direct blue light and that with 30J/cm2+Acrysof one-piece/ pMMlA, cells on photoreceptor and external granular layer were lost partially, bubble increased, RPE cells were with different sizes, and cell edema, cell lost and pigment article cluster could be seen.. In region with 30J/cm2+Natural, a little disorganization could be seen comparing to that without light, but more normal than those with Acrysof and direct eradia tion. When the power was 40J/cm2, the situation was similar to that with 30J/cm2 but more severe.CONCLUSION: ① the blue light intensity in 30J/cm2 and 40J/cm2 could both induce the acute retinal light injury, ② AcrySof one piece IOL and other PMMA IOLhave no obvious effect no retina comparing to direct eradiation, ③AcrySof Natural can weaken the injury of blue light to some extent.

To assess the impact of the operational simulation training system on the cultivation of ophthalmic students.
●METHODS: Four hundred and eighty ophthalmic students in China Medical University from 2009 to 2011 were chosen as objects and divided into two groups at random. The students in the experimental group used operation simulation training system combined with traditional teaching methods, while the students in the control group only used traditional teaching methods. We examined the operation skills and the confidence of all the students half a year later.
●RESULTS: The improvement of the operation skills during the suture technique examination, and the confidence for operation technology were significantly different in two groups. The basic skills of the students in the examination groups improved apparently during the operational simulation training and they were full of confidence to their operational technique.
●CONCLUSlON: The operational simulation training is useful for promoting the clinical ability for ophthalmic students and should be widely popularized.

Objective To evaluate efficacy in detecting lung nodules at low-dose CT(LDCT) by nodule enhanced viewing(NEV).Methods One hundred and twenty seven patients who were referred to undergo low-dose CT (LDCT) for the evaluation of pulmonary metastasis or screening lung cancer were selected randomly.Two radiologists with at least 10 years experience read the images with normal clinical reading speed to find actionable nodules ≤ 2.0 cm in maximum diameter,and their consensus result was referred as Standard.NEV was adopted to detect the pulmonary nodules.Two residents with experience of less than three years read first detected suspicious nodules and recorded reading time,first consensus and mean time were recorded.Then,they made second decisions on the images with the help of NEV and the results and the reading time were recorded and analyzed by using wilcoxon test.The sensitivity and accuracy of NEV,residents and residents with NEV were analyzed.Results Standard,resident,NEV and resident with NEV detected 570,404,768 and 593 lung nodules ≤2.0 cm in maximum diameter,respectively.More than 60％ nodules were less than 0.5 cm in maximum diameter.The performance of NEV in detecting nodules ≤2.0 cm as well as nodules ＜ 0.5 cm in maximum diameter was significantly higher than that of the resident(Z =-6.887,P ＜0.01 and Z =-7.235,P ＜0.01),and the performance of resident with NEV indetecting nodules ≤2.0 cm as well as nodules ＜ 0.5 cm in maximum diameter was significantly higher than that of resident without NEV (Z =-6.606,P ＜ 0.01 and Z =-6.657,P ＜ 0.01).The resident,NEV and the resident with NEV detected nodules ＜ 20 mm in maximum diameter with sensitivities of 61.4％,86.3％ and 95.3％,and with accuracy of 56.1％,58.1％ and 87.6％,respectively.The resident achieved sensitivities of 51.4％,88.1％ and 94.8％,and accuracy of 47.0％,56.9％ and 87.5％ for nodules ＜5 mm in maximum diameter,respectively.The resident,NEV and resident with NEV spent 120-444 s,85-262 s and 131-1512 s per case to read the CT scans,respectively.The reading time of resident with NEV in was significantly higher than that of resident without NEV(Z =-9.781,P ＜ 0.01).The resident spent 23 s per NEV mark.Conclusion NEV considerable improves the resident's performance in lung nodule detection,especially in maximum diameter ＜ 0.5 cm nodule detection.
