Objective To observe effects of acupoint transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation on endurance training of rats.Methods Rats were put in swimming groove, closed glass bottle and on movable platform, then examined exhausting time, enduring lack of oxygen time, movable platform fatigue time and avoirdupois change.Results Exhausting time, movable platform fatigue time, and enduring lack of oxygen time of experimental rats were increased (P <0.01); All of post experiment rats' avoirdupois rose obviously, but experimental group enhanced least.Conclusion The acupoint transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation has integrated acupuncture with physical therapy and has features of safety, convenience, practicality and efficiency.

ObjectiveTo research the protective mechanism of acupoint iontophoresis to the heart function.Methods46 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. The methods of histology, transmission electron microscope and radioimmunoassay were used respectively to observe the influence of acupoint iontophoresis on rats' heart ultrastructure.ResultsAcupoint iontophoresis could prolong rats' exertion period, protect ultrastructure of heart and prevent it from abnormal accretion. Over training would cause unbalance secreting between endothelin (ET) and calcitoningene related peptide (CGRP), while acupoint iontophoresis could improve such situation.ConclusionThe rise of exercise induced fatigue is related to many factors; acupoint iontophoresis can protect cardiac muscle, improve heart function and prevent it from exercise induced fatigue via several ways.

At present, current situation of syndrome differentiation-based treatment in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion has brought about concern of scholars at home and abroad. Acu-moxibustion doctors on Japan point out that a great number of corrupt practice in clinical treatment, which should be paid to enough attention. Based on the question put forward by the Japanese doctor, this article points out the main existing problems and analyzes some opinions, for which people may hold different viewpoints. The "syndrome differentiation-based treatment" is embodied in the scientific and orderly application of "principles, methods, prescriptions, acupoints and techniques" in the clinical practice. To achieve the purpose of improving the therapeutic effect, the clinical techniques, action regularity, indications and influential factors, etc. should further be studied.

The mechanism of chromium accumulation and microstructure transformation of the fused yeast were studied in this paper.The result showed that the process of Cr6+ reduction and adsorption was accom-panied by the H+ consumption.The main adsorptive groups on the strain surface included amino,hydroxyl,phosphate group and amide,among which phosphate group played vital role in the chromium accumulation.The removal rate of chromium and reduction rate of hexavalent chromium declined 70% and 46%,respec-tively,when phosphate group was masked.During the adsorption process the chromium ions complexed on the surface of fused yeast was transported into the cell wall and combined with inclusion to form steady spe-cies and this took 90 min to reach the equilibrium.The biosorption and reduction of Cr on the cell surface would alter microstructure of cell surface,reduce cell membrane potential and increase cell membrane per-meability.

Vascular stent is an important medical appliance for angiocardiopathy. Its key deformation process is the expandable progress of stent in the vessel. The important deformation behaviour corresponds to two mechanics targets: deformation and stress. This paper is devoted to the research and development of vascular stent with proprietary intellectual property rights. The design of NiTinol self-expandable stent is optimized by means of finite element software. ANSYS is used to build the finite element simulation model of vascular stent; the molding material is NiTinol shape memory alloy. To cope with the factors that affect the structure of stent, the shape of grid and so on, the self-expanding process of Nitinol stent is simulated through computer. By making a comparison between two kinds of stents with similar grid structure, we present a new concept of "Optimized Grid" of stent.

Objective To identify a psoriasis susceptibility locus on chromosome4q in a Chinese Han population.Methods The genome search was performed using12microsatellite spanning chromosome4q in64Chinese Han families(372family members)comprising197affected and175unaffected individuals.GENEHUNTER was used for the parametric and non-parametric linkage analyses.Results(1)Non-paramet-ric linkage analyses:single-point analyses revealed that two adjacent loci on chromosome4q D4S413and D4S1597had evidence of linkage,with NPL-scores of2.04and2.23,and P values of0.021and0.014re-spectively.Multi-point analyses showed a peak NPL-score of3.44and the corresponding P value of0.00056at157.9cM where D4S413located.Moreover,NPL score of more than3was found with a range from155.1cM to172.3cM.(2)Parametric linkage analyses revealed a LOD score of3.70,a heterogeneity LOD score of4.35and a high proportion of linked families(?)of85%under the assumption of a dominant model with dis-ease-allele frequency of0.0062and penetrance of10%at D4S1597.Conclusion Chromosome4q contains genes involved in the susceptibility to psoriasis vulgaris in a Chinese Han population.

Obejective To conduct fast identification analysis on chemical constituents of Mori Folium UPLC-Q-TOF/MS method.Methods ACQUITY UPLC-Q-TOF/MS spectrometer was used, acetonitrile and water (containing 0.1％ formic acid) as mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min, with ESI negative ion mode detection, data analysis with Masslynx4.1 software.Results According to the retention time provided by the mass spectrometry, the exact molecular weight and the secondary mass spectrometry were used to analyze the fragments by referring to literature, and 19 chemical constituents of Mori Folium were identified and deduced.Conclusion The method can analyze the chemical constituents of Mori Folium rapidly, sensitively and comprehensively, and provide the basis for the study of the pharmacological basis of Mori Folium.

Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) of the upper extremity in healthy subjects. Methods From October, 2015 to April, 2016, ten healthy young volunteers were selected. Each of the subjects was randomly treated with electroacupuncture and TEAS. Before and after treatment, the latency and amplitude of N20 and N9 of SEP were detected. Results After electroacupuncture, the latency of N20 prolonged in the stimulated side (Z=-2.620, P<0.01); the latency of N9 prolonged (Z=-2.454, P<0.05), and the amplitude of N9 decreased (Z=-2.330, P<0.05) in the non-stimulated side. After TEAS, the latencies of N9 both in the stimulated side and the non-stimulated side prolonged (Z>2.695, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the D-value of latency and amplitude of N20 and N9 in both two sides between two treatments (Z<1.817, P>0.05). Conclusion Both electroacupuncture and TEAS could affect the latency and amplitude of N20 and N9, and no difference was found between two treatments.

OBJECTIVETo explore the efficacy and determine the risk factors of survival for recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated by percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA).

METHODSFrom January 1999 to December 2008, 82 patients with recurrent HCC, with the diameter less than 7 cm for solitary tumor, or the largest tumor less than 5 cm for multiple tumors(the number of tumors less than 3), were treated by PRFA. The significance of 12 clinical or pathological variables in the risk factors of overall survival were assessed.

RESULTSThe overall survival 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates were 75.8%, 43.9% and 34.5% (from the date of PRFA), and 95.1%, 63.2% and 46.6% (from initial hepatectomy), respectively. Univariate analysis indicated that tumor size before initial hepatectomy, recurrence interval from initial hepatectomy, number of recurrent tumors, diameter of largest recurrent tumor, serum glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and serum albumin (ALB) level were significant prognostic factors (P < 0.05, Kaplan-Meier Log-rank test). Multivariate analysis showed recurrence interval from initial hepatectomy, diameter of largest recurrence tumor, serum GGT and ALB level were significant prognostic (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONPRFA is effective for recurrent HCC. Recurrence interval from initial hepatectomy, diameter of largest recurrent tumor, serum GGT and ALB level are significant prognostic factors.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the safety and efficiency of the disposable circumcision suture device (DCSD) in the surgical treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce.

METHODSWe randomly assigned 249 outpatients with phimosis or redundant prepuce to be treated with DCSD (n = 129) and by conventional circumcision (CC, n = 120), respectively. Then we compared the safety and efficiency of the two strategies.

RESULTSComparisons between DCSD and CC showed that the operation time was (4.02 +/- 0.69) vs (30.8 +/- 4.05) min, blood loss was (1.07 +/- 1.29) vs (8.72 +/- 2.15) ml, intraoperative pain score was 0.81 +/- 0.81 vs 2.42 +/- 1.15, 24-hour postoperative pain score was 1.84 +/- 1.02 vs 4.99 +/- 1.36, postoperative complication rate was 13. 95% (18/129) vs 9.17% (11/120), wound healing time was (13.99 +/- 9.06) vs (17.48 +/- 3.49) d, satisfaction with the penile appearance was 98.4% (127/129) vs 95% (109/120), and treatment cost was (2215.62 +/- 17.67) vs (576.47 + 15.58) Y RMB. DCSD exhibited obvious superiority over CC for shorter operation time, less blood loss, milder intraoperative pain, sooner wound healing, and better penile appearance, but it also had a higher rate of postoperative complications (P > 0.05) and involved more treatment cost than the latter (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe disposable circumcision suture device affords ideal clinical effects and therefore deserves clinical popularization.
