Objective: Investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on dysphasia in hypophrenia children. Methods: One hundred and sixty children with hypophrenia and dysphasia were randomly divided into an acupuncture group of 80 cases, a language training group of 40 cases and a composite group of 40 cases for clinical observation. Total intelligence quotient (TIQ), vocal intelligence quotient (VIQ) and practical intelligence quotient (PIQ) were compared between pretreatment and posttreatment in the children themselves and between the groups before and after treatment. Results: The total efficacy rate was 77.5% in the acupuncture group, 82.5% in the composite group and 52.5% in the language training group. Conclusion: Acupuncture significantly raises TIQ, VIQ and PIQ in the sick children. Language training only raises VIQ to some degree.Acupuncture in cooperation with language training is an effective way to treat this disease.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational utilization of antibiotics for special use. METHODS:Medical orders of antibiotics for special use in clinical departments of our hospital during 2013 to 2015 were selected from hospital information sys-tem. The consumption sum and its ratio,DDDs,DDC,DUI and the utilization of antibiotics for special use in clinical departments were calculated and analyzed. RESULTS:The consumption sum and its ratio of antibiotics for special use in our hospital during 2013 to 2015 both reduced year by year,decreasing from 21 872 200 yuan(48.00%)to 20 877 700 yuan(39.41%). The consump-tion sum ratio of carbapenems,cephalosporins and anti-deep fungal drugs showed descending tendency. The consumption sum ratio of anti-MRSA antibiotics changed slightly. DDDs of Meropenem for injection always took up the first place in recent 3 years,but the values were decreasing. DUI of Imipenem and cilastain sodium for injection was far less than 1,while those of Panipenem and betamipron for injection,Cefepime sodium for injection and Caspofungin acetate for injection(70 mg/injection)were far more than 1. The types of drug with DUI ranged 0.9-1.1 increased year by year,increasing from 3 types in 2013 (18.75%) to 10 types in 2015 (62.50%). Within 3 years, the utilization ratio of antibiotics for special use always took up the first place in ICU (86.64%-87.78%). CONCLUSIONS:The consumption sum and its ratio of antibiotics for special use in our hospital during 2013 to 2015 decreased year by year,and the utilization of antibiotics for special use become increasingly rational. But,there still are some problems,such as inadequate dose of Imipenem and cilastain sodium for injection,overdose of Panipenem and betamipron for injection,Cefepime sodium for injection and Caspofungin acetate for injection(70 mg/injection).

Objective To explore the difference in pain threshold between related acupoints and the specificity of acupoints in cholecystitis patients.Method Actual measurement was made in 80cases, a normal group of 30 cases (volunteers without psychological and physiological diseases) and a patient group of 50 cases (volunteers with cholecystitis). The probe of an algometer was perpendicularly placed on the selected acupoint, the pressure point was pushed and pressing was stopped immediately after the subject felt pain. The pain thresholds displayed by the measured acupoints were recorded. The pain thresholds of the selected acupoints were compared between the normal and patient groups and thedifferences were analyzed to explore the specificity of acupoints.Result A comparison of the pain thresholds of the Back-Shu points of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang between the patient and normal groups showed that there were no significant differences in the thresholds of the left Back-Shu points Geshu (BL17), Ganshu (BL18), Danshu (BL19), Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21) and Dachangshu (BL25) of the bladder meridian between the two groups (P>0.05) and there were significant differences in the thresholds of the right Back-Shu points Geshu, Ganshu, Danshu, Pishu, Weishu and Dachangshu of the bladder meridian between the two groups (P<0.01). The pain threshold was significantly lower in thepatient group than in the normal group. A comparison of the pain thresholds of the main points of the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin, the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and the stomach meridian between thepatient and normal groups showed that there were significant differences in the thresholds of the right points Liangmen (ST21), Riyue (GB24) and Qimen (LR14) of the liver, gallbladder and stomach meridians (P<0.01) and no significant difference in the threshold of the right point Taichong (LR3) between the two groups (P>0.05). The pain thresholdwas significantly lower in thepatient group than in the normal group. There were no significant differences in thethresholds of the left points Liangmen, Riyue, Qimen and Taichong of the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin, the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and the stomach meridian between the patient and normal groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The pain sensitivity of ipsilaterali related acupoints increase and the relative specificity of acupoints exist in cholecystitis patients.

Objective To evaluate the value of high resolution MR imaging (MRI) with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the preoperative diagnosis of rectal cancer. Methods 55 patients with rectal cancer may underwent high resolution MRI examinations before surgical operation, and with DWI (b=600, 1000 s/mm2). The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of the tumors were measured. The image findings were compared with pathology. Select 15 patients without rectal lesion, ADC value of the tumors and normal rectal wall were measured. Results High resolution MRI diagnosis rectal cancer sensitivity, specific degree and coincidence rate were 95.7% (45/47), 50.0% (4/8), 89.1% (49/55), high resolution MRI with DWI diagnosis colorectal cancer sensitivity, specific degree and coincidence rate were 100.0 % (47/47), 75.0 % (6/8), 96.4 % (53/55). The high resolution MRI tumor T-staging agreed with the histological stage that was 88.9% (40/45), the diagnosis of T2 stage was 87.5 % (14/16), the diagnosis of T3 stage was 89.6 % (26/29). The same b-valued under the ADC values of rectal cancer tumors and the normal rectal were different (P ＜0.05). No correlation can be pointed out between ADC and pathological classification of each tumor.Conclusion High resolution MRI with DWI for the rectal cancer preoperative diagnosis and T-staging has higher diagnostic accuracy, DWI can serve as an important supplement sequence of colorectal cancer diagnosis.

Objective To study the process of foam fractionation of polyphyllin in semi-batch mode. Methods Taking enrichment ratio, recovery rate of polyphyllin, and purity ratio as the performance criteria and using single examining method to examine the operational parameters, i.e. operation mode, air flow rate, initial feed concentration, solution pH value, initial feed height and temperature on separation performance. The optimal conditions of the process were obtained finally. Results The separation performance is good when gas flow rate is 400 mL/min, initial feed concentration (polyphyllins content) is 0.3 mg/mL, pH value is 7, feed height is 30 cm, and feed temperature is 40 ℃. The enrichment ratio is 25.7, recovery ratio is 42.1%, and the foam liquids purity of total polyphyllin is 41.4%, which is 4.5 times higher than that in feed purity. Conclusion Foam fractionation technique could be applied to separate polyphyllin.

Objective Retrospective analysis of clinical features, treatment results and prognostic factors in 19 patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). Methods Diagnostic and treatment data of 19 patients with ALCL from Jan 2003 to Feb 2007 were analyzed. Results Among the sample group, 18 patients (94.74 %) shows B-symptoms, extranodal involvement is present in 14 patients (73.7 %), clinical misdiagnosis rate reaches 84.2 %. The overall response rate to chemotherapy is 100 %, complete remission rate after 6 courses chemotherapy were 95 %, the probabilities of event free survival at 1 and 2 years were both 88.2 %, relapse occurred in one case. Conclusion In the studied group, majority of ALCL patients have B-symptom. Extranodal involvement is present earlier, and clinical misdiagnosis rate is high. While it' s found that ALCL is sensitive to chemotherapy and tend to get good prognosis.

Recent studies have demonstrated an association of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) signaling defect with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Native GLP-1 and GLP-1-based agents may directly act on hepatocytes through activation of GLP-1 receptors in hepatocytes,resulting in the regulation of gene expression associated with insulin resistance and lipid metabolism,and the suppression of oxidative stress in liver cells.Moreover,GLP-1-based agents have been reported to be effective in improving hepatic endpoints in patients with NAFLD.
