Objective To study effects of exectin hydrochloride and intensity modulated radiotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer and its effect on levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and serum glycoprotein antigen 199 (CA199). Methods 88 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. In the control group, the patients were treated with IMRT, and the observation group was treated with exectin hydrochloride on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. The levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 before and after treatment were analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group 84.09% was significantly higher than the control group 52.27%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 of the two groups had no significantly different, after treatment, the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CEA, NSE, CA199 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate of I-II, III-IV liver function, gastrointestinal reaction, bone marrow suppression and acute radiation pneumonitis in observation group and control group. Conclusion Ectectin hydrochloride combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy can effectively reduce the levels of CEA, NSE and CA199 in patients with advanced lung cancer, and the clinical efficacy is good, and will not increase the adverse reaction rate.

Objective To investigate the changes of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in serum and urine of lupus nephritis(LN)patients in active phase and remission phase. Methods The levels of MCP-1 in serum and urine of 58 LN patients(27 of active phase and 31 of remission phase)were measured by ELISA.The correlation between the levels of MCP-1 in variant phase of LN and other relevant factors were analyzed. Results The MCP-1 levels in sera of both active phase and remission phase of LN patients were markedly higher than those in controls(548.5?347.2 ng/L and 469.1?298.4 ng/L vs 273.3?146.7 ng/L,P0.05).Conclusion The MCP-1 levels in urine of LN patients is more suitable to evaluate the activity of disease as a sensitive marker.

Objective To investigate the effect of tramadol combined with sufentanil on postop-erative analgesia in patients received upper-abdominal surgery. Methods One hundred and fifty pa-tients scheduled for selective upper-abdominal operation were randomly divided into five groups (n=30 each):Tramadol group (T);large dose sufentanil combined small dose tramadol group (TS1 );balanced tramadol and sufentani group (TS2 );small dose sufentanil combied large dose tramadol group (TS3);sufentanil group (S).Postoprative VAS scores were recorded respectively at 1,4,8, 12,24,36,48 h when be in quiet and turning 90 degree,Ramsay sedation score, analgesia pump pressing times and side effects were also recorded. Results VAS scores in group TS2,group TS3 and group S at each time point both be in quiet and turning 90 degree were significantly lower than that of group T and group TS1 (P <0.05).Group S sedation score significantly higher than group T (P <0.05).No significant difference in other groups. Conclusion Balanced tramadol and sufentanil group has best analgesic effect and least side effects. With the increasing doses of sufentanil, its analgesic effect was not obvious enhancement.

Objective To investigate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics in 55 patients with Acute Viral Diarrhea caused by Norovirus. And provide basis for preventing and controlling the spread of the disease. Methods A total of 5 1 3 fe-cal samples of diarrhea cases from 3 surveillance hospitals in 2013 from January to December were collected, analyzed the clinical date and detected Norovirus useing RT-PCR.Results The number of Norovirus positive was 55,positive rate was 10.7%.There were significant differences between Norovirus infection and not infected patients for age (χ2=4.27,P<0.05),then there were no significant differences between Norovirus infection and not infected patients for gender,employ-ment,whether food pathogenic diseases (χ2=0.086~3.21,P>0.05).The clinical symptoms of acute gastroenteritis pa-tients caused by Norovirus infection was fever (χ2=4.6,P<0.05),there were no significant differences for diarrhea (≥5 times/day),bellgache,vomiting,nausea (χ2=0.139~3.636,P>0.05).Conclusion Norovirus is common pathogens of a-cute diarrhoea, which incidence is higher.Clinical symptoms alone is difficult to differentiate with other diarrheaphases. The confirmed diagnosis is depended on the etiology.

0.05).Conclusion High level of Blys could be observed in serum of patients with SLE and somewhat correlated with the lupus acitivity, although the level of Blys in serum can not reflect morbility and mortality of SLE patients.

Objective To investigate the survival rate, voiding, sexual function after nerve-sparing surgery with extended systematic extraperitoneal lateral lymphadenectomy in lower rectal cancer. Methods Three hundreds and ninety-two cases with advanced lower rectal cancer who underwent nerve-sparing surgery with radical dissection from 1996 to 2000 were reviewed. Among them,173 cases only cleared in abdominal cavity,219 cases coupled with extraperitoneal lateral lymphadenectomy. Results The metastatic rate of lateral lymph node was 17.8%(39/219),the rate of non-modal foci of metastatic disease in lateral out of the abdominal cavity was 5.9%(13/219).Local recurrence rate, the abdominal cavity group was 16.2%(28/173); the coupled group was 9.6%(21/219), P
