Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2008;27(5):511-512
Objective To investigate the status of Kachin-Beck diseage(KBD)in Xi'an and provide a scientific basis for decision-making in controlling the disease. Methods According to original disease data of KBD,children aged 7 to 12 were chosen to receive clinical and X-ray examination according to the KBD monitoring standard stipulated by the government in 6 villages of 3 countries in Xi'an.The local adults were elinically diagnosed and divided into different groups according to the clinical degrees and their ages.Resuhs Among 373 schod children who had clinical examinations,15 early cases were detected, and the detectable rate was 4.02%(15/373);Among 325 school childrenundergoning by X-ray,1 case was detected, and the detectable rate was 0.31%(1/325).In 5630 adults clinically tested,1402 patients were detected, the detectable rate was 24.90%(1402/5630).The patients distributed mainly in the population aged above 36 years old. Conclusions The situation of KBD control is still serious in Xi'an city.KBD monitoring and health education should be carried on.Furdher Tesearch on treatment methods and drug therapy should be performed.
4.Airway Neutrophil Activation and Protease Imbalance in Airway of Children with Foreign-Body Aspiration
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe neutrophil activation and protease imbalance in airway of children after foreign-body aspiration(FBA).Methods Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was obtained through fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The supernatant was assayed for the concentration of neutrophil elastase(NE) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and elastase inhibition capacity(EIC)/free elastase activity using a colorimetric assay. The cell pellet were smeared for the expression of ?1-antitrypsin(?1-AT) using cellular immunohisto-chemistry and cytologic analysis by Wright-Giemsa stain. Results Percentage of neutrophil, concentration of NE and the expression of ?1-AT in BLAF group, pair group and pneumonia group significantly increased compared with that of control group(Pa0.05).The ratio of Lib NE in FBA,par and peumcria group was 30.3%,27.3% and 22.7%.Conclusions FBA induces similar airway neutrophil activation and protease imbalance to bacterial pneumonia. The contralateral airway showes the same change as the foreign body side.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(4):246-248
Access of safe, effective, convenient and affordable medical and health care services to the people is set as the goal of public hospitals health services as stated in the "Guidelines for Public Hospitals Pilot Reform". Such a goal, however, can hardly be achieved by mechanism changes within the public hospitals. The input and output of public hospitals rely critically on such factors as the input mechanism, regional pattern of healthcare system, the economic and industrial conditions of the region, payment quota and payment approval procedures of medical insurance. This paper set off from the input compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China and analyzed the input and output characteristics of the hospitals. Furthermore, the paper proposed to establish an input compensation mechanism based on public welfare performance for such hospitals. This provided further reference for improving the management of public hospitals and building a public welfare-oriented operation mechanism of public hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(29):2190-2193
Objective To understand and explore the feelings and viewpoint of obstetrics and gynecology nursing professional degree postgraduates′core competency. Methods This study used semi-structured focus group to interview 3 obstetrics and gynecology department nurse specialists and 6 nursing postgraduates who work in the obstetrics and gynecology department. The data was transcribed based on the tape and were analyzed by software Nvivo 10.0. Results A comprehensive analysis of the five core competencies: clinical practice competency, research ability, clinic thinking ability, interpersonal communication and psychological counseling skills, self- planning ability. Conclusions Setting curriculum on basis of core competency. Quantify the clinical practice plan. Exploring the pattern of clinical education. Tamp the foundation, pay attention to practice, a positive attitude.

Objective To explore the lived study feeling and experience of nursing upgrade students during blended learning model so as to provide the evidence of reforming teaching model of nursing educators. Methods Phenomenological research of qualitative research was used.Four focus groups,25 upgrade nursing students were interviewed in-depth.Results Six themes were sublimated:relief the contradiction between work and study, promote communication in double interaction, improve self-learning ability, improve selfconfidence as learning controllability, online courses lack a sense of belonging, lack of skills support. Conclusions Blended learning model meets students, needs, provides students with personalized learning and improves comprehensive quality. However, the development of blended learning model in China is in the primary stage,we should combine conditions and reference foreign experience to develop it.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2019;17(2):89-98
Objective:To explore the clinical regularities in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of cancer pain by reviewing the relevant studies published between 1985 and 2017.Methods:Based on the Chinese Medicine Acupuncture-moxibustion Information Database, quantitative analysis, correlation analysis and Chi-square test were applied to analyze the commonly used acupoints, meridian affiliations and body region distributions, commonly used methods and acupoint correlations, treatment method correlations, the efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion plus the three-step analgesic ladder for cancer pain, and indicators. Results:Zusanli (ST 36),Ashi point and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) ranked the top on the list of frequency;points from Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang and Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming were often used;points from the lower limbs and back had high frequencies. The most commonly used treatment method was acupuncture-moxibustion plus medication.Acupuncture-moxibustion plus the three-step analgesic ladder showed certain advantage compared with the two methods used separately, and among the integrated methods, acupoint application plus the three-step analgesic ladder produced the most significant efficacy. It took (44.77±55.54) min for the analgesic effect to act and the effect lasted for (12.81±14.59) h.Numerical rating scale (NRS),visual analog scale (VAS) and Karnofsky performance status (KPS) scores all showed significant changes after interventions (all P<0.01);there was no significant change in the score of quality of life (QOL) after interventions (P>0.05).Conclusion:Zusanli (ST 36),Ashi point and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) are commonly selected in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of cancer pain;acupuncture and acupoint application are often used;acupuncture-moxibustion plus the three-step analgesic ladder can boost the treatment efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2000;0(06):-
ObjectiveDiabetes is an independent risk factor for coronary artery bypasss grafting(CABG). Off pump coronary artery bypasss (OPCAB) experience in 251 cases was reviewed to determine whether diabetes wou ld be applicable in OPCAB procedures.MethodsConsecutive 251 patients underwent OPCAB over 12 month period. This study included 71 diebetic patients (DM group) and 180 nondiabetic patients (NDM group). Preoperative v ariables were compared between the two groups by univariate analysis.R esultsNo differences were found regarding the length of stay in cardio intensive care unit [DM group(2.4?0.3)d; NDM group (2.4?0.3) d;P=0. 386], and sternal complication (DM group: 5.7%;NDM group: 3.9%;P=0.511) . In hospital complications were as follows: death rate(DM group: 2.8%; NDM gr oup: 1.1%; P=0.680); stroke (DM group: 2 8%; NDM group: 1 7%; P=0 623 ); hemofiltratioin renal failure (DM group: 2.8%; NDM group: 0.5%; P=0.194); myocardial infarction(DM group: 0%; NDM group: 0.5%;P=1.000); blood using were more frequent in DM group comparied with NDM group (P=0.111). ConclusionOPCAB in diabetic patients is as safe as in non diabetic patients.
