Myocardial reperfusion levels were evaluated using the different methods mentioned above at 15 min after PCI. The quantitative parameters of MCE involved contrast peak intensity (A), time to peak intensity (TP) and area under the curve (AUC), representing myocardial blood volume, reperfusion velocity and myocardial blood flow respectively. Results The CTFC was not different between the coronary artery stenosis groups and the normal group. Coronary artery blood flow was slower in group D than that in group A while myocardial blood volume and myocardial blood flow of MCE quantitative parameters markedly decreased in group C than those in group A, and three MCE parameters in D group were significant difference compared with group A. Conclusion Quantitative intracoronary MCE was more accurate in the evaluation of myocardial reperfusion than the other two methods.

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the fallen leaves of Populus alba × P. berolinensis and the inhibitory activity of salicin derivatives against SGC-7901 cell. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified on the basis of silica gel column chromatography and HPLC. The structural elucidation was performed according to the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. The inhibitory activity of salicin derivatives on human gastric carcinoma cells SGC-7901 in vitro proliferation was determined by MTT method. Results: Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as tremuloidin (1), populin (2), chaenomeloidin (3), 4'-O-benzoylsalicin (4), salicin (5), tremulacin (6), poliothrysin benzoate (7), catechol (8), benzoic acid (9), tremulacinol (10), 6'-O-benzoylsalicin-7-salicylate (11), salicylol (12), salicortin (13), 7-O-acetyl-3'-O-benzoylsalicin (14), 7-O-acetyl-4'-O-benzoylsalicin (15), and 6'-O-acetyl-2'-O-benzoylsalicin (16), respectively. The inhibitory activity of compounds 7 and 11-13 on the in vitro proliferation of SGC-7901 cell was indicated by MTT and IC50 values were 71.0, 122.5, 212.7, and 257.8 μmol/L. Conclusion: Compounds 4, 7, 10, 11, 14-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 7 shows the inhibitory activity against SGC-7901 in vitro proliferation.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block (SGB) combined with Tianshu capsule on migraine.Methods Ninty patients with migraine were randomly divided into the trial group (n=44, treated by SGB combined with Tianshu capsule) and control group (n=46, treated by SGB only). All patients of two groups were evaluated with numeric rating score (NRS) for pain before treatment and 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The NRS scores of patients in the two groups at each time point decreased, but scores of patients in the trial group were significantly lower than that in the control group at 3 days, 1 month and 3 months after treatment ( P<0.05). The effective rate of the trial group was superior to that of the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion SGB combined with Tianshu capsule is more effective on migraine and has less side effect.

Objective To study the clinical significance of pulmonary membrane diffusing capacity(Dm) and pulmonary capillary blood volume(Vc) in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Spirometry was performed in 38 patients with stable COPD and 35 healthy individuals in resting condition.The changes of pulmonary parameters were obtained and compared between groups. Results Spirometry test revealed that the percent predicted forced expired volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced volume capacity(FVC)and the percent predicted maximal ventilatory volume(MVV) were declined from stage Ⅰin patients with COPD in comparison with healthy individuals,while diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide of lung(DLCO),carbon monoxide diffusing capacity per liter of alveolar(DLCO/VA),Dm and Vc were declined from stage Ⅱ.Dm in patients with COPD of stageⅠwas sig-nificantly decreased compared with the controls,while Vc was increased compared with the controls(both P

Objective To compare the efficacy of pirarubicin with other intravesical chemothera peutic agents in preventing bladder tumor recurrence. Methods Databases such as Medline,EM Base,CBMDisc and PubMed,ScienceDirect,LWW,Springer,CJFD(Chinese Journal Fulhext Data base)and Chinese Periodicals Database of Science and Technology were systematicallv searehed for controlled studies involved with intravesical pirarubicin for the treattnent of bladder cancer.Eligible studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected,then recurrence data from included studies were retrieved for a meta-analysis. Results Fifteen studies met the inclusion criteria.Of these studies 10 compared efficacy of pirarubicin with mitomycin C,and the meta-analysis based on these 10 studies showed that pirarubicin was statistically superior to mitomycin C(OR=0.41,95%CI 0.27～0.61,P＜0.01).Of 6 studies,pirarubicin was compared with thiotepa(OR=0.35,95%CI 0.11～1.13,P＞0.05),adriamyein(OR=0.15,95% CI 0.03～O.76,P＜0.05),epirubicin(OR=0.53,95% CI 0.23～1.23,P＞0.05),hydroxycamptothecin(OR=0.25,95% CI 0.10～0.64,P＜0.05)and blank control respectively,statistical analysis indicated pirarubicin was significantly better than adriamycin,hydroxycamptothecin and blank control,and not statistically different from thiotepa and epirubicin. Conclusion Pirarubicin is effective in preventing bladder tumor recurrence,with efficacy better than chemotherapeutic agents such as mitomycin C,hydroxyeamptothecin,and adriamycin,thus can be a novel optional intravescial chemotherapeutic agent for bladder cancer.

Objective To find out the satisfaction changes among young medical workers and explore the influence of the healthcare reform on such people.Methods A survey was conducted by means of random sampling among 716 medical workers under 45 years old from 6 hospitals,and combined with the survey data in 2009,young medical workers′satisfaction changes and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Young medical workers′satisfaction is generally low,with declining satisfaction of social respect as well;satisfaction of medical workers in community medical institutions and secondary medical institutions was found declining dramatically.Conclusions Healthcare reform should pay more attention to these young people in terms of their own satisfaction,especially for those working at primary healthcare institutions.

Objective To identify the relationship among serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D] level, chronic inflammation state and malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods The serum 25 (OH)D level of 119 patients on MHD was detected. All the patients were divided into three groups according to the serum 25(OH)D level. Vitamin D deficiency: 25(OH)D ≤ 15 ng/mL, vitamin D insufficiency: 15 ng/mL <25(OH)D ≤ 30 ng/mL, vitamin D normal: 25(OH)D > 30 ng/mL. Inflammatory factor and nutritive index were compared among the three groups. Result The average of serum 25 (OH)D level was 3.4~45.3 ng/mL (22.5~14.8 ng/mL), and the prevalence of 25 (OH)D deficiency and insufficiency was 88.2%. Significant differences existed in age, inflammatory factor (IL-6, TNF-α, CRP) and nutritive index (Alb, PA, SGA) between 25(OH)D deficiency, insufficiency groups and normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum 25(OH)D level is possibly related to the malnutrition in MHD patients. It may inhibit chronic inflammation state , in which it can promote state of nutrition of MHD patients.

AlM: To evaluate the application of phacoemulsification of different nucleus density using ozil and traditional mode.METHODS: A total of 89 eyes (72 patients ) ( visual acuity was of 0. 6 and above after 1mo follow - up) of different nucleus density level (LOCS Ⅱ criteria grade Ⅲ 46 eyes, grade Ⅳ and more 43 eyes ) were randomly assigned into 2 groups: ozil group (group A), grade Ⅲ 22 eyes (torsional energy 80% lP on);grade Ⅳ and more 17 eyes (torsional energy 100% lP on); Traditional mode group(group B), grade Ⅲ 24 eyes (energy 50% ), grade Ⅳ and more 26 eyes (energy 60% ~ 70% ) . All surgeries were performed by the same experienced surgeon,who use the chop to split the nucleus in the application of phacoemulsification. lntraoperative parameters were total equivalent pawer ( TEP ), cumulative dissipated energy ( CDE ) and effective phaco time ( EPT ) and surgical complications. The effectiveness of the two modes in dealing with hard - core cataract phacoemulsification were compared.RESULTS: GradeⅢ nucleus dealing: TEP of ozil group was significantly higher than that of the traditional mode group [(24.58±7.78)% vs (13.84±1.97) %]and EPT of ozil group was significantly lower than that of the traditional mode group (50. 59±14. 73 s vs 60. 19±9. 04 s, P<0. 05). CDE showed no difference between two groups [(13.12±6.03)% vs (13.38±2.85)]. Grade Ⅳ and more nucleus dealing: CDE [( 34. 10 ± 13. 48 )%] and EPT (104. 64±32. 4s) of the ozil group was higher than CDE [(30. 31 ± 13. 48)%] and EPT (93. 01 ± 41. 01s) of the traditional mode group, but there were no difference between two groups. Obstacles in the needle of phacoemulsification surgery: ozil group 4/17, traditional mode group 2/26 (χ2=2. 16, P=0. 14).CONCLUSlON: Bothozil and traditional mode can deal with all kinds of nucleus effectively and safely. Ozil mode is more efficacy and quick deal in gradeⅢnucleus. With the increase of nucleus hardness, the traditional mode still have the advantage of high efficiency and no obstacle to dealing patients with grade Ⅳ and more nucleus. Choose according to different nuclear hardness ultrasonic model can improve the operation efficiency and security.

?AIM: To explore the effects of “one week with one case” teaching method with college - enterprise cooperation in the theoretical classes of contact lens courses, which provide the basis for teaching reform.?METHODS: Fifty-six students in optometry major of Grade 2012 from Xi’an Medical College were divided into 2 groups randomly. The experimental group of 28 students used “one week with one case” teaching method with college-enterprise cooperation; the control group of 28 people used traditional “one week with one case”teaching method. The examination scores and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effects.?RESULTS:The students of experimental group acquired higher test scores in short-answer questions and the case analysis questions compared with students of control group (P<0. 05). The questionnaire survey showed the“one week with one case” teaching method with college-enterprise cooperation acquired higher scores in 6 items which include the intensity of learning interest, information acquisition ability, team cooperation ability, communication skills, oral communication ability and the satisfaction of teaching method (P<0. 05). Four items included participation, preparation, communication ability and team spirit of experimental group students were significantly superior to those of the control group students (P<0. 05).?CONCLUSION:“One week with one case” teaching method with college-enterprise cooperation can improve comprehensive ability of students. It is an effective teaching method with the characteristics of the contact lens courses.
