To build up total,perfect,scientific,feasible teaching quality monitoring system in sub-colleges,and further fully explore efficient monitoring method,technique is an important measure of ensuring teaching quality under the background of expansion of recruitment.This paper discusses total teaching quality monitoring system from guiding ideology,basic content,inplementing regulations of monitoring system.

The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) α,ERβ1,and ERβ2 in thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma,and adjacent normal thyroid tissue were determined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry,and the relationship of expression levels of three ERs and the main clinical pathologic parameters were evaluated.The result showed that ERα mRNA expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) tissues was significantly higher than adjacent normal tissue,while,ERβ2 mRNA expression in PTC tissues was significantly lower than normal tissue ( P＜0.05 ).The positive expression of ERβ1 and ERβ2 in the thyroid carcinoma was related with the histological variant of carcinomas; the ERβ2 expressions were related with the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of the carcinomas.These results suggest that the decreased ERβ2 expression may induce proliferation and carcinogenesis of thyroid follicular epithelial cells as well as progression of the carcinoma,and is a powerful prognostic indicator.

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical features and the magnetic resonance imaging of brain of children with Japanese encephalitis (JE) and whether this relationship can be used in early diagnosis.MethodsMRI was performed in 145 children with JE.T1-weighted,T2-weighted and FLAIR of brain were obtained in 98 patients with 0.35 T MRI system and conventional MRI and DWI were performed in 47 patients with 1.5 T MRI system.The position,range and MRI features were analyzed.ResultsMR imaging studies of 106 patients showed hyperintensity in the thalamic with 87 patients involved the caudex cerebri,as seen on T2-weighted images.The lesions were also seen in basal ganglia (32 cases),cerebral cortex (43 cases),cerebellum (2 cases),and white matter (15 cases).Lesions showed high intensity signal on T2WI and T2-FLAIR,and iso- or low intensity on T1WI.The number of the lesions in FLAIR were more than T2WI.The positive rate on 1.5 T MRI (87.2%) was higher than that on 0.35 T MRI(66.3%,χ2＝7.06,P＜0.01).ConclusionsMultiple brain tissues can be involved and the thalamic and the caudex cerebri involvement are the conspicuous characteristics in children with JE.T2-FLAIR and DWI are helpful in the early diagnosis of JE.

BACKGROUND: It is a key point to revascularize the tissue-engineered bone during the repairing of large bone defect. Fascia flap is commonly used in clinic to accelerate the blood supply of implant.OBJECTIVE: To observe the feasibility of repairing goat tibia defects with tissue-engineered bone and accelerating revascularization with fascia flaps.DESIGN: Randomized and controlled animal experiment SETTING: Department of Traumatic Orthopaedics, Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University.MATERIALS: Totally 36 goats with the body mass of 14.5-15.5 kg of either gender were enrolled.METHODS: This experiment was conducted at the Department of Traumatic Orthopaedics, Nanfang Hospital, formerly the First Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from December 1999 and December 2003.Bone and periosteum defects 20 mm long were made and fixed with plate of left tibia in 36 goats. They were randomly divided into four groups: Group A in which the defects were filled with coral hydroxyapatite (CHAP), Group B I CHAP+ bone marrow stroma cells (BMSc); Group C with fascia flaps;Group D with nothing. Next, the bone regeneration and the revasculariza tion were evaluated. Radionuclide bone imaging was done 2, 4, 8 weeks after operation. After X-ray examination, the index of optical density of Xray films and histology of the implants were analyzed at 4, 8, 12 weeks after operation, and the biomechanical characters were studied 12 weeks postoperatively.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Gross observation and X-ray, radionuclide bone imaging, biomechanical and histological observation RESULTS: Totally 36 goats entered the stage of result analysis. ① Gross observation of the repair sample of bone defects of the animals in each group: there was no osteogenesis postoperatively at each time point in the blank control group . In Group B, at week 8 to 12, there was no obvious osteogenesis and callus formation on the surface of the materials. In Group C,At weeks 8 to 12, bone defects were filled gradually, many bone callus processes were seen on the surface of the materials , centralizing and enwrapping the materials. The osteogenetic process in the Group C were superior to that of theGroup B. ②Examination result with -901/SA PET-CT scanners: It was seen by naked eyes that at weeks 2 to 8 in the Group A,the radioactivity concentration at region of interesting (ROI) of the operation side had obvious increasing trend, and similar trend of changing appeared in the Group B and Group C, but the ROI counts and T/NT value in the Group B were both lower than those in the Group C. The decreasing trend in the Group A was lower than that in the Group B. ③) Radiological results: the osteogenesis volume through measuring absorbance in the order from large to small was Group C, Group B, and Group A[At week 12, they were (4.180±0.192), (3.480±0.453), (2.959±0.682)respectively ].④Biomechanical results: there were significant difference of loading and bending stress in the Group C, Group B and Group A [ The loading was (758.333±88.754), (530.214±65.297), (359.667±60.715)N , respectively; and the bending stress was (13.937±2.199), (10.123±1.243),(6.223±0.945)N/mm2, respectively ].⑤)Histological results: Slices at various time points in the blank control group showed no bone tissue. In the other three 3 groups, with the prolongation of time, the osteagenetic range and quality were in the order of Group C, Group B and Group A.CONCLUSION: The fascia flaps can accelerate the revascularization process in the formation of tissue-engineered bone so that the capability of tissue engineered bone to repair the large bone defects may be enhanced.

BACKGROUND: The main aspect of the study in the bone histological engineering is how to maintain and improve theosteogenesis of the osteoblasts in vivo and in vitro. The gene transference may provide a new effective method to deal with theproblem.OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effect of the reverse transcription virus mediated human bone morphogenetic protein7(hBMP-7) gene transfection on the proliferation and osteogenetic differentiation of the bone marrow mesenehymal stemcells (BMSCs) of the rabbits.DESIGN:Cells taken as the study object, grouping control, repeat observation andmeasurement.SETTING: Traumatological and othopaedic lab of a medical university hospital.PARTICIPANTS: The study wascompleted in the Traumatological and Othopaedic Lab in the Affiliated Nanfang Hospital of the Southern Medical University from July 2001 to July 2003. Four New Zealand rabbits,whose weights varied from 1.0 to 1.5 kg, were provided without sexlimit by the Animal Experiment Center of the First Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.METHODS:The reverse transcription virus carriersof the hBMP-7 were constructed,and then the BMSCs were transfected by the virus containing target genes. The expression of the hBMP-7 protein was detected with the immunohistochemical method. The cell proliferation, cycle and ALP synthesis were respectively detected with the MTT method,flow cytometer and NPP method.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Primary results: ① the detection results of the cell proliferation. ② the detection results of the ALP.Secondary results: ① the expression of the hBMP-7 protein in the transfected BMSCs. ② the detection results of the cell cycle.RESULTS: After the BMP-7 gene transfection, there was hBMP-7 positive expression in the BMSCs of the rabbits,using the immunohistochemical detection. There was no significant change in the BMSCs proliferation of the rabbits after the hBMP-7 gene transfection ( P ＞ 0.05). Compared with the ALP synthesis of the transfected BMSCs(294. 592 ± 86. 567) nkat/L, there was significant difference in the ALP synthesis of the empty carrier transfected BMSCs(155. 231 ±86.567) nkat/L and the un-transfected BMSCs (160. 866 ±91. 585)nkat/L( F =5. 660, P ＜ 0. 05).CONCLUSION: After the BMP-7 gene transfection, the BMSCs can synthesize and express the extragenous BMP-7. The hBMP gene transfection can promote the differentiation of the BMSCs cultured in vitro into the osteoblasts and can be used as the seed cells in the construction of the histological en gineering bone tissues and in further application.

Objective To evaluate global left ventricular(LV) strain of patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) by three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI) and discuss the possible association between global peak strain and ejection fraction of LV.Methods The study includes 22 patients in the renal failure period,25 patients with uremia (pre-dialysis),and 20 healthy controls.Global peak longitudinal strain (GPSL),global peak area strain(GPSA) and global peak radial strain(GPSR) were measured by 3D-STI.Then possible association between GPSL,GPSA,GPSR and LVEF were discussed by the Pearson correlation analysis.Results The GPSL,GPSA,GPSR were statistically different in the control group,patients in the renal failure period and patients with uremia.There were significant differences between groups(F =13.28,4.65,4.68,P ＜ 0.01) as following,all of GPSL,GPSA,GPSR were lower in uremia group compared with control group [q =7.48(GPSL),4.19(GPSA),4.72(GPSR),P ＜0.01],GPSL was lower in renal failure group compared with control group [q =4.9 (GPSL),P ＜0.01].The Pearson correlation analysis revealed GPSL,GPSA,GPSR were strongly associated with LVEF(r =-0.679,-0.781,0.719,P ＜0.01).Conclusions In patients with CRF,the global peak strain can reveal the systolic function of left ventricle and the global peak longitudinal strain can recognize systolic dysfunction more sensitively.

The seasonal dynamics of the soil microbial growth and soil net respir ation rate were studied in the imminent Heptacodium miconioides community T he results indicate that the numbers of bacteria and actynomices of rhizosphere soil or that of bacteria ,fungi and actynomices of non rhizosphere soil as well as net respiration rate of soil maintain similar seasonal dynamics in which dis play mono peak curves and their biggest values occure in September but the bi ggest nu mber of fungi of rhizosphere soil is in October The microbial numbers of soil,e s pecially that of soil fungi ,are greatly affected by the water content and tempe rature of soil The net respiration rate of soil closely relate not only with t h e water content and temperature of soil,but also with the soil microbial numbers of non rhizosphere soil which are mostly responsible for the net respiration r ate of soil

Objective To detect patients with cancer of the stomach cancer tissue and serum Periostin protein expression of the situation,the preliminary explore its clinical significance.Methods Selected 60 cases of our hospital diagnosed as gastric carcinoma patients with carcinoma tissue samples,tissue adjacent to carcinoma specimens and serum,and choose 60 cases of healthy check-up serum specimens at the same time.Classified all patients according to clinical classification factors,inclu-ding age,sex,TNM stage,degree of infiltration,lymph node metastasis and pathological grading,immunohistochemical meth-od determination of Periostin in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue protein expression,enzyme-linked immunoassay detection in patients with gastric cancer patients and normal serum Periostin protein content.Results The method of ELISA to detect gastric cancer patients serum Periostin protein level was 46.76.4 ng/ml,and healthy crowd Periostin protein levels was 23.1 ±4.5 ng/ml,statistically significant difference (t= 7.34,P<0.05).Immunohistochemical methods showed that Periostin in patients with cancer of the stomach cancer tissue protein positive rate was (73.2±5.4)%,positive rate of (33.4±6.5)%in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma,statistically significant difference (t=8.52,P<0.05).Ⅲ~Ⅳ period patients serum Periostin protein level was 64.9±6.3 ng/ml,Ⅰ~Ⅱ period patients serum Periostin protein level was 41.6±4.1 ng/ml, statistically significant difference (t=9.17,P< 0.05).Periostin protein inⅢ~Ⅳ positive rate was 67.8% in patients with carcinoma tissue,Ⅰ~ phase Ⅱ positive rate was 52.9%,statistically significant difference (t=9.64,P<0.05).According to infiltrate the classification:T3,T4 patients serum Periostin protein level was 61.9±6.6 ng/ml,T1 and T2 patients serum Periostin protein level was 44.6±3.7 ng/ml,statistically significant difference (t=8.24,P<0.05).Periostin protein in T3 and T4 positive rate was 6 6.2% in patients with carcinoma tissue,T1 and T2 positive rate was 5 1.4%,statistically signifi-cant difference (t=7.58,P<0.05).Lymph node metastasis patients serum Periostin protein level was 65.2±4.3 ng/ml, without metastasis in patients with serum Periostin protein level was 42.6±3.2 ng/ml,statistically significant difference (t=7.63,P<0.05).Periostin protein in the tissue of carcinoma patients with lymph node metastasis group positive rate was 60.8%,no transfer of positive rate was 37.5%,statistically significant difference (t=8.56,P<0.05).Conclusion Periostin protein expression in patients with gastric cancer tissue and serum was significantly higher than that of healthy people,and to a certain extent is proportional to the illness,Periostin protein is a predictable stomach occurrence,lesion degree of poten-tial biological indicators.

Objective To analyze the syphilis epidemic characteristics and trends of Yongchuan District during 2010? 2015 to provide a basis for formulating the prevention and control strategy of syphilis.Methods The data of syphilis cases reported in Yongchuan District of Chongqing City during 2010-2015 were arranged,checked anal statisticallyanalyzed.Results The incidence rate of syphilis showed a reverse U type change trend from rising to declining,latent syphilis accounted for the highest proportion,congenital syphilis cases were decreased year by year.The analysis results showed that the constituent ratio of latent syphilis and congenital syphilis had statistical difference between 2010-2013 and 2014-2015(P＜0.05);syphilis high prevalent area was concentrated at the city and town area,while prevalence rate was slower in rural area.Most of syphilis patients were concentrated in the age group of 25-45 years old.There was no difference between women and men;syphilis cases generally had lower educational level,majority concentrated at the population of junior high school or below;the occupations in the syphilis patients were concentrated at the entertainment personnel,followed by migrant workers.Conclusion The incidence rate of syphilis is changed from rising to smoothly and steady decreased.It is necessary to adopt the pertinent prevention and control measures for the high-risk population.
