Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(9):69-74
Objective:The research aimed to figure out the geographic availability of the residence in the aspect of receiving health service thereby studying the spatial distribution regulation and the distance attenuation coefficient of the inpatients. It also provides the decision-making basis for the regional health planning. Methods: Select 23 medical institutions and randomly pick up patients from each of them, calculate the distance between the inpatients home and the medical institutions, then simulate the corresponding probability patients using the Geographical Infor-mation System ( GIS) .Perform a variety of curve fitting models according to the determination and simulation graph-ics coefficient choosing the most appropriate model, and draw corresponding the distance attenuation coefficient.Re-sults:An exponential curve model is better than power curve model for the secondary medical institutions inpatients distribution and contrarily for those in the tertiary medical institutions. The mean distance attenuation coefficient was 0.51 for exponential curve model of secondary comprehensive medical institutions inpatients and its average was 0.50 for the secondary specialist medical institutions inpatients. The mean distance attenuation coefficient was 0.84 for the power curve model of the tertiary comprehensive medical institutions inpatient and its average was 0.53 for tertiary specialist medical institutions inpatients. Conclusion: The secondary medical institutions inpatient probable attenua-tion trends with distance are faster than in tertiary medical institutions, those for the comprehensive medical institu-tions inpatient are faster than in the specialist medical institutions. In the regional health planning, for different lev-els, categories of medical institutions should adopt different distance attenuation coefficients to calculate the health re-sources level.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hippocampal monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) and its receptor C-C chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) and postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) in aged rats. Methods Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 20-22 months, weighing 480-550 g,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =24 each) using a random number table:control group (group C) and POCD group.POCD group inhaled 2.0% isoflurane and underwent splenectomy. Before surgery and at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery,Morris water maze test was performed to evaluate the spatial learning and memory ability. The escape latency and swimming distance were recorded.Eight rats were sacrificed after the end of Morris water maze test performed at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery. Then the brains were removed, and the hippocampi were isolated for detection of the expression of MCP-1 and CCR2 by Western blot. Results Compared with group C,the escape latency and swimming distance were significantly prolonged, and the expression of MCP-1 and CCR2 in hippocampi was up-regulated at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery in POCD group. Conclusion Up-regulation of hippocampal MCP-1 and CCR2 expression may be involved in the mechanism of POCD in aged rats.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the emergency treatment for large amputated ear defect.
METHODSFrom Feb. 2010 to Oct. 2013, 5 cases with large unilateral amputated ear defects were treated. The amputated auricular cartilage was replanted subcutaneously in mastoid area at the first stage. Cranioauricular sulcus was reconstructed and skin grafting was performed at the second stage.
RESULTSAll cases were followed up for 3-6 months with satisfactory result. The reconstructed helix, scapha and cavity of auricular concha had similar color and elasticity as the ear at healthy side. Scar at donor sites, such as inguinal region and armpit, was inconspicuous.
CONCLUSIONSThe method of auricular cartilage replantation is an effective way for emergency treatment of large amputated auricular defect with less morbidity at donor site.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2019;31(5):470-473
Persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)is an important factor for cervical cancer. HPV vaccination is an important measure for prevention of cervical cancer. College students are the susceptible population of HPV and the target population of HPV vaccination. Their awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines could their behaviors of HPV vaccination and prevention. This paper reviewed the literature related to the awareness of HPV and HPV vaccines and its influencing factors among college students,in order to provide reference for health education of HPV and propaganda on HPV vaccines.
