It is discussed in this paper the origins and pathogenesis of treating senile disease from spleen in TCM,and the relationship between various methods of invigorating the spleen and senile deficiency syndromes.It has been proposed that the therapy principles of invigorating qi and spleen,stimulating the appetite to awake the splee,primering blood to go back to the spleen,dehumidification to activate spleen-energy,warming the kidney and spleen,dispersing the depressed liver-energy to belifit the spleen,going on dieting to belifit the spleen and clearing away heart-fire to support spleen etc.are used to prevent and cure senile diseases.It also listed the corresponding treatment prescriptions for the elderly patients.It provides a theoretical basis for treatment of senile diseases from the governance of spleen.And it provided a realistic basis and the implementation of the method for the prevention and treatment of elderly patient's deficiency aging.

Objective To evaluate the quality of immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis. Methods The national reference IgG serum of schistosomiasis was applied for evaluating eight immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis. Results All eight diagnosis kits had no National Production Certificate issued by State Food and Drug Administration. Six kits had good quality with high precision. After the physical examination, two kits did not meet the quality standards. Conclusions The good and bad quality of immunological diagnosis kits of schistosomiasis used in market is intermingled. The quality of these kits should be monitored.

Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor endostatin on the growth of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Recombinant mouse endostatin expressed by E. coli was purified with Ni NTA affinity chromatography and was administrated into mice bearing T739 bladder transitional cell carcinoma via subcutaneous injection at the dose of 20 mg?kg -1 ?d -1 . The tumor growth and angiogenesis were observed 10 days later. Results Tumors in mice treated with endostatin grew slowly and the inhibition rate reached 81 4%. Objective:To investigate the expressions of peripheral lymph node addressin(PNAd)andGlcNAc-6-sulfotransferase(GlcNAc6ST)in endometrium and their impacts on implantation.Methods:PNAd expression in endometrium was examined by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot from 75women(12 from healthy women,in proliferative phase;63 from sterile women,of whom,27 were inearly-secretory and 36 in mid-secretory phase).GlcNAc6ST mRNA was examined by real-time PCR in41 sterile women.The 63 sterile women had underwent ⅣF-ET and were consequently divided into clini-cal pregnant(29 cases)and nonpregnant(34 cases)groups.Results:(1)PNAd localized to the mem-brane and cytoplasm of luminal and glandular epithelia.Staining was patchy and much less intense duringthe proliferative phase than during the secretory phase.In Western Blot of PNAd,four bands appeared,which were Sgp200,CD34,MAdCAM-1,GlyCAM-1 respectively,and each was positively correlatedwith the others significantly.The former three molecular levels were significantly higher during the secre-tory phase as compared with the proliferative phase.Message RNA of GlcNAe6ST was positive in all ca-ses and showed no correlation with any component of PNAd.(2)The expressions of CD34 and GlyCAM-1,but not Sgp200 and MAdCAM-1,were significantly higher in pregnant women than in nonpregnantones.However,the GlcNAc6ST mRNA level did not differ between groups.(3)No significant differ-ence was found in female age,methods of fertilization,thickness of endometrium on day hCG,cumulativeembryo score(CES)and mean score of transferred embryo(MSTE)between the groups.Conclusion:PNAd expression in the human endometrium fluctuates with the menstrual cycle.Elevated CD34 and Gly-CAM-1 during the secretory phase might be stimulative factors for embryo implantation.Defect in PNAdexpression may account for a portion of unexplained infertility.

Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XN‐9000 automated hematology analyzer .Methods According to international and domestic standards ,performance of analyzer was evaluated .Results The within‐batch and between‐batch preci‐sion ,carryover pollution rate ,linearity range and the accuracy of Sysmex XN‐9000 analyzer were all conform to related require‐ments .Leukocyte classification results compared with manual classification ,the correlation of neutrophil ,lymphocyte ,monocyte and eosinophil were fine ,but correlation of basophil was not very ideal .Conclusion The performance of Sysmex XN‐9000 analyzer could be satisfying ,could meet the needs of clinical inspection and diagnosis and treatment .
