Objective? To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for management of peristomal irritant dermatitis in patients with a urostomy. Methods? Clinical practice guidelines, evidence summary and systematic review related to peristomal irritant dermatitis were retrieved and screened from various guideline websites and databases (from their founding to July 2018). The quality of these literatures were evaluated with the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation Ⅱ (AGREE Ⅱ) and the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Evidence was extracted and summarized from high-quality literatures. Results? Totally 7 literatures were included, including 5 clinical practice guidelines, 1 evidence summary and 1 systematic review. Evidence for recognition, evaluation, prevention, treatment, health education and follow-up visits of peristomal irritant dermatitis was summarized. Conclusions? It is recommended that medical institutions refer to the content of evidence summary, make evidence-based practice plans based on the conditions of clinical departments, use the evidence efficiently, and bridge the gap between evidence and practice.

Objective To investigate CT findings of abnormal bronchovascular bundle in patients with peripheral small cell lung cancer (SCLC).Methods The CT findings of abnormal bronchovascular bundle in 78 peripheral SCLC patients confirmed by pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Abnormal bronchovascular bundle of peripheral SCLC was divided into three types:type Ⅰ (thickening of the bronchovascular bundle),type Ⅱ (string beads of bronchovascular bundle) and type Ⅲ (bronchial cast with bronchus cut-off).Results 41 of 78 patients had abnormal bronchovascular bundle,in which 26 cases were in type Ⅰ,10 in type Ⅱ,5 in type Ⅲ.Except for 1 case with no mediastinal lymph node metastasis among 41 cases with abnormal bronchovascular bundle, all other 40 cases had mediastinal lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The abnormal bronchovascular bundle could reflect the biologic character of SCLC.Abnormal bronchovascular bundle is associated with advanced patients.

After decades of development, protein and peptide drugs have now grown into a major drug class in the marketplace.Target identification and validation are crucial for the discovery of protein and peptide drugs, and bioinformatics prediction of targets based on the characteristics of known target proteins will help improve the efficiency and success rate of target selection. However, owing to the developmental history in the pharmaceutical industry, previous systematic exploration of the target spaces has mainly focused on traditional small-molecule drugs, while studies related to protein and peptide drugs are lacking. Here,we systematically explore the target spaces in the human genome specifically for protein and peptide drugs.Compared with other proteins, both suc-cessful protein and peptide drug targets have many special characteristics, and are also significantly different from those of small-molecule drugs in many aspects.Based on these features,we develop separate effective genome-wide target prediction models for protein and peptide drugs. Finally,a user-friendly web server,Predictor Of Protein and Peptide drugs'therapeutic Targets(POPPIT)(http://poppit.ncpsb.org.cn/),is established, which provides not only target prediction specifically for protein and peptide drugs but also abundant annotations for predicted targets.

Objective To assess the risk of public health incidents in the Hankou River Beach during the 7th World Military Games, and to provide reference for risk early warning and emergency preparedness. Methods An expert consultation meeting was held to determine the evaluation index and risk scores. Based on the Kaiser model, a public health risk assessment system suitable for Hankou River Beach was established, and the risk value of each risk event was calculated by the method of risk value calculation. The risk matrix method was used to evaluate the risk levels of different risk events in different areas of Hankou River Beach. Then, according to the calculated Borda values and order values of risk events in different regions, the different risks were ranked in each area. Results The calculation revealed that the risk values of schistosomiasis in the first, second, third and fourth stages of the river beach were 8.43%, 14.68%, 25.26% and 27.56%, respectively; the risk values of vector infectious diseases in each stage were 13.42%, 16.40%, 18.67% and 19.22%; the risk values of accidental injury and other events were 20.34%, 22.94%, 19.00% and 16.53%. According to the risk matrix, the first and second stages of schistosomiasis and vector borne infectious diseases, as well as the fourth stage of accidental injuries were located in the low-risk zone, while the other risk events were in the medium risk zone. The ranking results of Borda sequence value showed that the highest risk public health events in the first and second phases of the river beach were accidental injuries and others, in the third phase was schistosomiasis and accidental injuries, and in the fourth phase was schistosomiasis. Conclusion Considering the results of each evaluation method, the public health events with the highest risk in phase I and phase II of the river beach were accidental injuries, while in phase III and phase IV were schistosomiasis. It is suggested that relevant departments should formulate different strategies and take targeted measures to ensure the public health and safety of Hankou river beach during the Military Games.
