Objective To study the expression of a virulent novel gene F10 associated with hydatidiform mole in the hepatoma carcinoma cells(HCC),and to explore the effects of F10 on the occurrence and development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC).Methods The full-length cDNA sequence of F10 was obtained from the samples of early pregnant chorionic villi and hydatidiform mole by employing suppression subtractive hybridization and cDNA microarray techniques. The hepatocarcinoma tissues and their surroundings were examined by in situ hybridization with digoxigenin-labeled of F10 gene. The real-time-fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)was used to quantitatively detect the expression level of F10 gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma.F10 gene RNA copies in the samples were examined in the hepatocarcinoma tissues samples and their surroundings with PHC by PE ABI 7000 Sequence Detector. Results F10 mRNA was detected in hepatocarcinoma cells with positive signals found in kytoplasm and cell membrane, but not detected in the tissues surrounded the hepatocarcinoma. In 6 of 8 PHC samples, the expression Level of F10 gene was higher in tumor tissues than that in the tissues surrounded the tumor tissue.Among them 2 cases showed more than 4 times over-expression of F10 gene in tumor cells than in the surrounded tissues. Conclusion The virulent new F10 gene associated with hydatidiform mole was mainly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The results of present study suggested that the higher expression of F10 gene not only showed a close relation to trophoblastic tumor, but also indicated that the F10 gene may play an important role in the occurrence and development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(03):-
[Objective]To study the correlation between the severity of bone marrow edema(BME) and the collapse of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),to explore the relationship between the severity and the score of Harris,so as to offer the direction for understanding and judging the prognosis of ONFH clinically.[Method]Fifty-eight cases of ONFH patients(94 hips) without collapse, according to the X-Ray and the MRI examination, made a follow-up visit for 16~28 months,an average of 18 months, and made a retrospective study of the correlation between the severity of BME and the collapse, the Harris of ONFH.[Result]The correlation between the BME degree and the collapse of ONFH:the collapse rate was 4.5% in degreeⅠ,11.8% in degreeⅡ 66.7% indegreeⅢ,90% in degree Ⅳ.The correlation between the BME degree and the Harris:93.0?5.41 in degree Ⅰ,84.1?5.42 in degree Ⅱ,76.4?4.22 in degreeⅢ,66.3+7.46 in degree Ⅳ.[Conclusion](1)BME is the secondary sign of ONFH;(2)The tendency of collapse could be predicted through the BME;(3)There is a negative correlation between the BME degree and the Harris, namely the larger scope of BME is,the lower the score of Harris is.

Aiming at the weakness of the medical graduate students' ideological and political education,we developed the new mode via investigation and surveying, allowing for the medical characteristics. We suggested that we should bring into full play the tutors and their groups function and excavate the connotation of groups’ morality education on the basis of the scientific research groups to develop the medical students' ideological and political education.
5.The efficacy and safety of acarbose in the treatment of senile postprandial hypotension
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(04):-
Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of acarbose in the treatment of senile postprandial hypotension (PPH). Methods Forty three senile in-patients with PPH were recruited. Blood pressure and heart rate(HR) were recorded for 120 minutes by using non-invasive ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system. The participants had semiliquid standard meals with or without acarbose on two following days. The ejection fraction(EF) and fractional shortening(FS) were measured by two dimensional echocardiography before treatment. Results The magnitudes of the falls in systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure (SBP、DBP、MAP) (all P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To study the function of ectomesenchymal stem cells(EMSC) in periapical tissues regeneration. Methods:Tissue engineering technique was applied to compose EMSC-ceramic bovine bone for repairing of a Sprague-Dawley rat model of the periapical tissues defects. Results were observed by HE staining. Results:New pulp-cement like structures were formed and the result of experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: EMSC participates in the process of the periapical tissues regeneration.
8.Optimization of bone marrow mononuclear cell apheresis procedure
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2002;0(05):-
Object To optimize the apheresis procedure of mononuclear cells from bone marrow for different clinical treatments. Methods Bone marrow mononuclear cells were separated from bone marrow using COBE Spectra apheresis system. Cell morphology, cell counts, positive expression of CD34, CD133 and CD271 were detected, and the obtaining percent of total nuclear cells and mononuclear cells were calculated. The relationships between cell-morphology and CD34, CD133 and CD271, were also analyzed. Results 1)The positive expression of CD271 was correlated with monocytes before and after apheresis (P

Objective To evaluate the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride (PHC) on the level of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) and tyrosine kinase receptor-2 (Tie-2) during endotoxin-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in rats. Methods Forty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 180-220 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups using a random number table (n =10 each):control group (group C),ALI group,low-dose PHC group (group L-PHC) and high-dose PHC group (group H-PHC).ALI was induced with iv injection of lipopolysaccharide 5.0 mg/kg via the tail vein.In L-PHC and H-PHC groups,PHC 0.6 and 2 mg/kg were injected, respectively, via the tail vein at 1 and 24 h after lipopolysaccharide injection. The rats were sacrificed at 48 h after the initial injection of PHC to measure the lung water content, protein concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF),and the expression of Ang-1,Tie-2 and phosphorylated Tie-2 in lung tissues. The morphological changes of lung tissues were observed under light microscope and the ultrastructural changes of alveolar epithelial barrier under transmission electron microscope. Results Compared with group C,the lung water content and protein concentrations in BALF were significantly increased, and the expression of Ang-1 and phosphorylated Tie-2 was down-regulated in the other three groups (P < 0.05).Compared with group ALI,the lung water content and protein concentrations in BALF were significantly decreased, and the expression of Ang-1 and phosphorylated Tie-2 was up-regulated in H-PHC group (P < 0.05),and no significant changes were found in the parameters mentioned above in group L-PHC (P >0.05).The damage to lung tissues was significantly reduced in group H-PHC as compared with group ALI.Conclusion PHC can improve the permeability of pulmonary microvascular and reduce injury to alveolar epithelial barrier, thus ameliorating endotoxin-induced ALI in rats, and the effect is dose-related and up-regulation of Ang-1 expression and inhancement of Tie-2 activity are involved in the mechanism.
