Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):43-45
Objective To investigate the effect of controlled-release dinoprostone on odinopoeia in prolonged pregnancy. Methods 94 cases of prolonged pregnancy women selected in First People's Hospital in Pinghu City from January 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. The control group were given misoprostol to induce labour, while the observation group were given controlled-release dinoprostone to induce labour. The Bishop score, odinopoeia effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups and expressions of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and PGF2αin deciduas of observation group were compared between induction success group and induction failure group. Results The Bishop score in observation group was higher than that in control group 12h post-administration(P<0.05).The total efficiency of cervical ripening, the induction success rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and the incidence of complications between two group was not statistically significant. The PGE2 and PGF2αconcentrations in induction success group were higher than those in induction failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The controlled-release dinoprostone could achieve similar security of misoprostol in odinopoeia, but has more significant induction effect.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2001;11(1):13-14
OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical characteristics of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis(SBP) in patients with severe type of viral hepatitis.METHODS A retrospective review of 120 cases of SBP associated with severe type of viral hepatitis was performed.RESULTS Clinical manifestations were as follows:fever 85.0%,abdominal tenderness 51.6%. 63.3% of the total white blood cells count in the ascitic fluid under 0.5×109/L,85.0% of polymorphonuclear cell ratio above 0.50.The positive culture of the ascitic fluid 24.2%,whereas 42.9% of the isolated microorganisms were Escherichia coli.CONCLUSIONS Clinical manifestations in SBP may be non-specific or absent. The total white blood cells count in the ascitic fluid are often under criteria for diagnosis.E.coli was the most common culture isolate.PMN ratio is the reliable parameter for the diagnosis of SBP.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2005;17(1):53-56
Objective To discuss the genetic relationship between Chaoxian and the other populations with STR polymorphisms, and study the origination of Chaoxian with historical data, analyze the difference among them. Methods Samples were obtained from 91 unrelated individuals of Jilin province. PCR amplification was performed using PE9700, the results were analyzed with the GeneScan software and then using the Genetic Analyzer ABI377 and Genotyper2.5. Tests for Hardy Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) and the clustering map were carried out using SPSS11.5. The DA (genetic distance) according to Nei's was calculated and a phylogenetic tree based on the neighbor-joining method using Mega2 software package was constructed. Results 81 alleles and 196 genotypes were observed, with the corresponding frequencies ranging from 0.0055 to 0.4615 and 0.0110 to 0.2747, the observed and expected of genotypes were evaluated using χ2-test and all of the loci were in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). Chaoxian was clustered with the other Chinese ethnic groups, then the American Black and the White; it was clustered with the Baishan Han, the Beijing Han of China first, then the South Korean. Conclusion The differentiation among races is larger than that among minorities, and, the differentiation among minorities is related to and is consistent with their geographic location.

Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention published three confirmed novel H 7N9 avain influenza virus in-fection cases on March 31 ,2013 .The disease then spread across China and caused extremely high morbility and mortality , which trig-gered extensive attention .These cases were caused by a novel H 7N9 avian influenza virus which was highly mutable .Once the virus a-dapted to human respiratory epithelium receptors , a pandemic outbreak would occur immediately .This article summerizes the research progress on the H7N9 avain influenza, including epidemiologic characteristics , etiology features, clinical manifestation, detection tech-niques as well as theraputic and prevention strategy .
8.EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF CD44v6 PROTEIN IN SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA OF THE TONGUE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
To study the expression and significance of CD44 splice variant V6 in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. The expression levels of CD44v6 protein were determined immunohistochemically in 40 squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue specimens (24 non metastatic primary tumors and 16 metastatic lymph nodes), 12 squamous cell papilloma and 9 normal tongue mucosa using murine exon V6 specific monoclonal antibody. The CD44v6 overexpression was detectable in 29 of 40 squamous carcinoma of the tongue, in 2 of 12 squamous cell papilloma, in 0 of 9 mormal mucosa, P
9.Amplification of Full-length mRNA 5′Ends Based on Template-switching Effects
China Biotechnology 2006;0(12):-
"CapFinder" technology, which can be used to clone the full length of 5′ UTR sequence of mRNA,was described. This technology used the terminal transferase activity of certain MMLV RT variants that added 3-5 residues(predominantly dC) to the 3′end of the first-strand cDNA exhibited when MMLV RT reached the 5′cap structure of mRNA.In the reverse reaction system containing GGG oligo, the terminal transferase activity was harnessed by the GGG oligo whose terminal stretch of dG residues can anneal to the dC-rich cDNA tail and serve as an extended template for RT.After RT switch templates from the mRNA template to the GGG oligo,a complete cDNA copy of the original RNA was synthesized with the additional GGG oligo sequences at the end.5′UTR of mRNA can be amplified with GGG oligo as forward primer and a gene-specific reverse primer.5′UTR of Bt toxin receptor E-Cadherin gene in midgut of cotton bollworm was cloned.
10. A case-control study on the associations of ER codon 325 and PR +331G/A with the risk of breast cancer
Tumor 2008;28(10):859-863
Objective: To investigate the association of estrogen receptor (ER) codon 325 and progestin receptor (PR) +331G/A gene with the risk of breast cancer and the influence of the two genes combined with the environmental risk factors on breast cancer. Methods: A case-control study was performed. Two hundred and six cases with newly diagnosed breast cancer were collected. Two hundred and fourteen healthy women were matched according to age frequency (± three years). The epidemiological data were collected by questionnaire using structured tables. The 3 mL venous blood was collected and the genotypes of ER codon 325 and PR + 331 G/A were determined by fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results: Compared with CC, the adjusted OR was 0.99 (95% CI: 0.61-1.61) and 1. 13 (95% CI:O. 62-2. 04) for CG genotype and GG genotype of ER-codon 325, respectively. The adjusted OR was 1.51 (95% CI: 0.74-3.07) for GG genotype of PR + 331 G/A. No synergistic effects of ER codon 325 and PR + 331 G/A were observed in increasing the risk of breast cancer (Trend analysis, P = 0.409). The adjusted OR was 3.57 (95% CI: 1. 21-10. 52) for the ER codon 325 CG- and GG-genotyped women with spontaneous abortion history compared with that in CC-genotyped women without spontaneous abortion history. Additive models test demonstrated that the difference tended to be significant (S = 3.06, AP = 0.97, u = 1.898 1 , P = 0.058 8). Conclusion: The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of ER codon 325 and PR + 331 G/A genes are not associated with the risk of breast cancer. The SNP of ER codon 325 with spontaneous abortion history tends to synergistically increase the risk of breat cancer.
