· AIM: To observe the effects of PTEN and the tumor suppressor gene in proliferative LECs of the rabbit.·METHODS:Forty-two white rabbits were randomly divided into test group (36 rabbits) and control group (6rabbits). The transparent lenses of treated rabbits were operated with extra capsular cortex extraction, and the controls were kept untouched. The rabbits were sacririced at 1d, 3d, 1wk, 2wK, 1mo and 2mo after surgery.Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect proliferative cellular nuclei antigen (PCNA) as well as hybridization in situ and reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reactions (RT-PCR) were applied to detect phosphatase as well as tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN) mRNA in lens equartor.·RESULTS:PCNA expression increased significantly to a high level at 1wk, began to reduce 2wk later, and recovered to the normal level 1 or 2mo after the surgery.PTEN mRNA expressed positively in normal rabbit LECs.The relative PTEN mRNA contents reduced greatly at 1dafter operation and remained low level at 3d. Objective To explore the characteristics of emotion recognition in children aged 7-14 years. Methods Nine hundred and sixty-one students aged 7-14 years were enrolled to rate the emotion dimensions of valence, arousal and dominance with the scale of Native Chinese Affective Picture System for Children. The relationship among scores of each emotion dimension was analysed, and the differences in age and gender of each emotion dimension were determined. Results For positive pictures (score of valence >6), the score of valence was positively related to that of arousal and dominate (r=0.56, r=0.40, P<0.01). For neutral pictures (score of valence 4-6), the score of valence was negatively related to that of arousal (r=-0.70, P<0.01) and positively related to that of dominance (r=0.69, P<0.01). For negative pictures (score of valence<4), the score of arousal was negatively related to that of dominance (r=-0.95, P<0.01). There were significant differences in scores of emotion dimensions between genders (P<0.05). There were significant differences in scores of arousal and dominance among children with different ages (P<0.01). Age was weakly negatively related to score of arousal (r=-0.18, P<0.01), and was weakly positively related to that of dominance (r=0.10, P<0.01). Conclusion There are significant differences in age and gender for emotion recognition in children, and the ratings are various among pictures with different characteristics, which needs to be considered in further researches.

Objective:To explore the levels of serum adiponectin,insulin growth factor Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and prealbumin in preterm infants,and analyze their correlation with preterm EUGR infant.Methods:321 cases of preterm infants who were born in our hospital and transferred to neonatal department in 24 hours from January,2014 to January,2016 were enrolled in the present study.According to the weight at discharge,they were divided into the EUGR group and the non EUGR group,the growth and development as well as the levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA in the two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence rate of EUGR was 55.76％ (179/321) in the 321 cases ofpreterm infants;the weight of EUGR group was significantly lower than that of the non EUGR group at 42 th days and three months after birth(p＜0.05).The SDS of both groups were all negative,and that of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).The levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA of both groups were significantly lower than the control group at seventh days of birth,and the PA level of EUGR group was significantly lower than non EUGR group (p＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum adiponectin and PA levels between 7 days and 14 days in EUGR group (P ＞ 0.05),however,the serum adiponectin and PA levels in the non EUGR group was obviously increased and significantly higher than that of the EUGR group (p ＜ 0.05).The level of IGF-Ⅰ in both groups keep unchanged during two weeks (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The lower levels of serum adiponectin,IGF-Ⅰ and PA were closely related to the EUGR of preterm infants,which could be used as biochemical indexes to early diagnosis of EUGR.

Gas chromatography with mass spectrum detector ( GC-MSD) coupled with purge-and-trap system was set up to analyze the concentration of isoprene in natural waters. The best experimental conditions were established, including purge gas flow rate ( 50 mL/min ) , purge time ( 15 min ) , the optimum capillary column ( Rt-Alumina BOND/KCl) and the appropriate condition of temperature programming. When analyzing isoprene in natural waters, the precision was <4% (n=6), the detection limit was 0. 5 pmol/L and the recovery was 91%-102%. The preservative experiment showed that there was no obvious variation in sample concentrations of isoprene within 60 days. The concentrations of isoprene measured with the method ranged from 60 . 8 to 278 . 7 pmol/L in the Jiaozhou Bay and its adjacent river estuaries and from 44 . 7 to 77 . 2 pmol/L in Yellow River estuary, which was in good accord with those results reported in literatures in other coastal waters. In conclusion, the analytical method could meet the requirements of the analysis of concentration of isoprene in natural waters.

Objective To study the clinical law and imaging characteristics of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma.Methods The clinical law and imaging finding in 27 cases of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma confirmed by pathology were analysed CT scan was performed in all cases.MRI examination were carried out in 20 cases simultaneously.Results The first symptom in most cases was headache,and other symptoms were epileopsy,dizziness,hemiplegia,etc.This lesion was mostly seen in male around 40 years old.The lesions were mostly equal or high density on CT,equal or low signal intensity on T 1WI and closed to grey matter signal intensity on T 2WI.Tumors were enhanced obviously on contrast-enhanced scans,necrosis of center of focus was seen in 1/3 cases.The lesions were single or multiple.Conclusion The accuray diagnosis of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma can be done by combined clinical data with imaging features.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early cognitive rehabilitation on cognitive,physical function and quality of life in the patients transferred from intensive care unit (ICU).Methods A total of 120 cases of patients who were transferred from ICU to general wards was randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment according to their original disease,without cognitive intervention.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with cognitive rehabilitation training,2 times / week,2 h/ times,12 weeks of treatment.The cognitive function,physical function and quality of life of two groups were compared with the memory and executive screening scale (MES),the daily activity scale (ADL),and the concise Health Survey (SF-36) before and after treatment.Results Compared to before treatment,after treatment,MES,SF-36 (in addition to bodily pain) and ADL scale project score in the observation group was significantly higher,SF-36 bodily pain scores decreased significantly,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);Compared to the control group,after treatment,the MES,SF-36 (in addition to bodily pain) and ADL scale scores in the observation group of were significantly increased,the bodily pain score of SF-36 in the observation group compared with the control group decreased significantly,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Early cognitive rehabilitation can significantly improve the cognitive,physical function and quality of life in the patients transferred from ICU,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
