1.Natural history of chronic hepatitis B:advances in clinical practice
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(07):-
With several new and effective antiviral agents had been evaluated and licensed in past ten years, natural history of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)has being affected fiercely. But up to now, chronic hepatitis B virus infection is still the most important etiopathogenisis of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Chronic heaptitis B is a dynamic process. The natural history of CHB can be schematically divided into five phases:immune tolerant phase, immune reactive phase, inactive HBV carrier state,HBeAg-nagative CHB,and HBsAg-nagative phase, which are not necessarily sequential. So correct prehension of the natural history of CHB is significant for the prevention, monitoring and appropriate treatment of CHB patients.
2.The role of mitochondrial permeability transition pore in the occurrence of septic myocardial depression
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2016;28(8):747-751
Sepsis is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dys-regulated host response to infection and septic myocardial depression (SMD) is a common complication. Pathogenesis of SMD is complicated and there is lack of specific treatment. Mitochondrial damage is an important pathological basis of SMD, and mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) plays an important role in maintaining the normal structure and function of the mitochondria. The change of MPTP during sepsis is summarized in this review so as to reveal the significant mechanism of MPTP in the occurrence of SMD.
3.Current research of hepatoblastoma in children
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(10):988-992
Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common malignant liver tumors among children. It typically begins with few symptoms, making it dififcult to diagnose and treat. The number of HB cases has been on the rise in recent years, resulting in gradual development of the research on various aspects of the disease. This paper is a round-up of the etiology, pathological classiifcation, clinical staging, prognostic factors and therapeutic principles of hepatoblastoma.
4.Local Angiogenesis and Neurological Functional Recovery After Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral ischemia activates endogenous angiogenic factors, and increase microvessel density and form new capillaries in ischemic brain tissues.Exogenous angiogenic factors can more effectively promote angiogenesis and the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic regions and peripherial tissues, improving local blood supply and reducing infarct size. The further study of the mechanisms and methods in promoting regional angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia will contribute to improve neurologic deficit.
5.Production,Extraction and Stability for Crude Phytotoxin Produced by Alternaria zinniae
China Biotechnology 2006;0(08):-
Alternaria zinniae was a plant fungal pathogen isolated from a world-wide weed Xanthium occidentale, which could cause some weeds of Asteraceae disease. It was found that the fungus made disease spot on the leaf through producing secondary metabolite—phytotoxin. The toxin-producing capability of the fungus was studied. The optimal cultural conditions for producing phytotoxin were temperature 25℃,pH 6.5,cultured period 9~11d,rotating speed 110r/min,darkness and enough dissolved O_2,crude toxin was obtained through large scale fermentation. Analysis on the influence of time, temperature, lightness for storing on the stability of phytotoxin of Alternaria zinniae showed that the phytotoxin had the potential to develop as a herbicide originating from microorganism.

Objective To evaluate the change of the amount of collagen in the viemedic RF ASC01IC non-ablative photorejuveantion,in order to provide reference for effective clinical treatment. Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups, with ten rats in each group. The rats'skin was dividied into two areas by spine. The left side was used as control, and the right side was experiment side, which was treated with RF by viemedic RF ASC011C for five times at interval of seven days, and ten minutes in each time. The content of collagen in the dermis was measured by immunohistochemical method, the thickness of collagen bundles in the dermis was measured under HE staining and the quantity of collagen fibers was compared by collagen fibers staining. Results Epidermis was more smooth, the collagen fiber was thicker and the content of fibroblasts, collagen was higher in experiment side.Image quantitative analysis showed significant improvement in area density of collagen fibers. Conclusions RF is a very safe and effective method for non-ablative photorejuvnation.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To establish a method for the simple and rapid extraction and detection of nitrosodipropulamine(NDPA).Methods NDPA at levels of?g /L grade in chemical industrial wastewater was enriched efficiently using the purge and trap(P&T)method with a Trap3tube under the standard program, including the flow rate of purge gas(40ml/min),the time of purge(11min),the temperature of desorb(225℃),the time of desorb(4min),the temperature of bake(230℃)and the time of bake(10min).The NDPA concentrations were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS )and chemical ionization(CI )and select ion mode(uSIS)coupled with the purge and trap(P&T)(P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS)method Results The detection limit, recovery rates and relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method were3?g /L,62.60%-96.31%and7.5%respectively.The linearity of method was good in the5-30?g /L range with the correlation coefficient 0.978.Conclusion The P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS method could be used to detect semi-volatile NDPA in chemical industrial wastewater.
9.The effects of transfection of a truncated BMP-II receptor on the prolife ration of Tca8113 cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective: To study the effects of BMPs signals on the proliferation of tongue cancer Tca8113 cells. Methods: Th e cDNA of truncated BMP-II receptor was transfected into Tca8113 cells by usin g FuGENE6 transfection kit, the transfected cells were named Tca8113ZR. The pro liferation and DNA synthesis of Tca8113 and Tca8113ZR cells were investigated b y MTT assay,FCM and BrdU analysis. Results: In MTT assay the A value of Tca8113 and Tca8113ZR cells was 0.47?0.01 and 0.35?0.01 (P0.05).Conclus ion: BMPs might be involved in the development of squamous cell carc inoma of tongue.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(03):-
Objective To understand the effects of NO signal system on the ciliary beating frequency (CBF) of airway epithelial cellMethods Nine normal male Sprague-Dawley rats were anesthetized with isoflurane Their tracheas were rapidly removed using aseptic technique The mucosa of trachea were cut into 1mm2 explants and cultured in DMEM The explants were divided into 5 groups as bellow: L-Arg group, 1-Hydroxy-2-oxo-3-(N-ethyl-2-aminoethyl)-3-ethyl-1-triazene (NOC-12) group, D-Arg group, 8-Br-cGMP group, and phosphate buffered saline (PBS)group Actively beating ciliated cells were observed, and their motion was quantified by measuring CBF using phase-contrast microscopy and videotape analysis Results L-Arg increased CBF from (7 43?0 75)Hz to(8 59?0 93)Hz (P
