Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2017;25(4):246-249
Objective To investigate the role of the plan-do-check-action(PDCA) cycle in the quality management of intravenous infusion devices. Methods Based on the self-controlled design and cross-sectional study, the application of intravenous infusion devices before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle was investigated and compared, and the role of PDCA cycle in intravenous infusion device was evaluated.ResultsThe patients treated with intravenous infusion of 38 departments were investigated (1 152 cases in stage P and 1 140 cases in stage C).After the application of PDCA cycle, the accuracy rate of intravenous infusion device use increased from 93.2% to 97.4% (χ2=13.030, P<0.001).The accuracy rate of needle indwelling (98.6% vs.95.7%, χ2=8.894, P=0.003) and central venous catheter use (87.5% vs.38.9%, χ2=12.963, P<0.001) significantly increased after the application of PDCA cycle. Conclusion The PDCA cycle can remarkably improve the management quality of intravenous infusion devices.

4.Inorganic Arsenics Have Different Actions in the Induction of DNA Strand Breaks in Primary Cultured Human Skin Fibroblasts
Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the action of inorganic arsenic in the induction of DNA strand breaks in primary cultured human skin fibroblasts. Methods Sodium arsenate and sodium arsenite were used as test inorganic arsenics. DNA strand breaks were assessed by single cell gel electrophoresis assay (SCGE). Results Arsenate at 1~10 ?mol/L dose_dependently induced DNA strand breaks in cells. Arsenate at lower concentrations induced mainly degree I DNA strand breaks, while the proportion of cells with degree Ⅱ DNA strand breaks increased to 50% when treated with 10?mol/L arsenate, but no cells with degree ⅢDNA strand breaks were observed.Cells treated with 1?mol/L arsenite showed no significant increase in DNA strand breaks. At the concentration of 10?mol/L, however, arsenite induced DNA strand breaks with different degrees, and the apoptotic type DNA strand breaks were the major type. Conclusion Sodium arsenate mainly induced general type DNA strand breaks and sodium arsenite induced apoptotic type, beside general type of DNA strand breaks in primary cultured human skin fibroblasts. This could be explained by their different reaction modes with DNA, and further studies were needed.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the characters of ERP in undergraduates with different trait anxiety during exam stress. Methods: By the State Trait Anxiety Inventory, one group of 15 undergraduates with high trait anxiety and another group with low trait anxiety were chosen from 200 participants in Band 4 College English Test. Their change of P3 were observed through NeuroScan 32 Channel ERP System during pre- exam and post- exam. Results: The amplitude of P3 of the group with low trait anxiety was enhanced while another group with high trait anxiety had no significant difference after exam; The latency of P3 of the group with low trait anxiety were decreased while another group with high trait anxiety had no significant difference after exam; There weren’t significant differences in amplitude and latency of P3 between high trait anxiety group and low trait anxiety group before exam; There were significant enhance of amplitude of P3 and decrease of latency of P3 in low trait anxiety group after exam as compared with high trait anxiety group. Conclusion: The result suggests different trait anxiety groups have different cognitive functions. When confronting with the same stress.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To explore post-operative treatment and intensive care of infants with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods Clinical data of post-operative treatment and intensive care in 264 infants with CHD were analyzed retrospectively from May.1998 to Apr.2006.Among them,256 cases underwent radical operation, and 8 cases with palliative operation. Results Sixteen cases died early.Among them, after operation, there were 8 cases with Fallot′s syndrome,2 cases with complete atrioventricular canal anomalous,3 cases with ventricular septal defect(VSD)and pulmonary hypoplasia(PH),1 case with tricuspid atresia,1 case with single ventricle, and 1 case with persistent truncus arteriosus.Causes of death include low cardiac output, acute renal failure, degree of Ⅲ atrioventricular block(AVB),lung infection, respiratory failure and arrhythmia. One case with complete pulmonary vein ectopia was discharged due to post-opertative refractory hypercapnia;1 case with atrial septal defect(ASD)and patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) died of refractory heart failure due to high pulmonary arterial pressure 1 year after operation;1 case with tetralogy of Fallot died of lung hemorrhage after radical correct operation followed by palliative outflow tract deo-ppilant operation.Of them 245 cases alive, there were 233 cases with heart function grade Ⅰ,12 cases with grade Ⅱ.Conclusion Correct management of respiratory system, systemic electrocardial care, handling with arrhthymia on time, low cardiac output and nutritional support are the important measures in improving survival rate of infants with CHD.

Objective To develop the clinical application and the method for functional repair in fa- cial nerve defect in parotideetomy of parotid carainoma. Methods Defect of facial nerve in parotidectomy was repaired by transplantation of sternocleidomastoid muscle-great auricular nerve flap with anastomosis of great auricular nerve-facial nerve under microscope. Results Eight eases of facial nerve defect in parotid carcinoma were repaired by this method. The facial nerve function almost recovered and access to normal dur- ing 3 to 6 month after operation in this series.6 of 8 patients achieved a gradeⅡ,2 of 8 patients achieved a gradeⅢ.Conclusion Reconstruction of facial nerve defect using sternocleidomastoid muscle-great auricu- lar nerve flap can provide better blood supply for the plerosis and regeneration of nerve. The nerve flap also ac- celerate the functional recovery after nerve grafting.

Objective To Study the effect of thyroid peroxidase-Ab (TPO-Ab) on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) ending. Methods From March 2011 to October 2013, a total of 378 assisted reproduction cycles in Reproductive Medical Center of Qinghai Provincial People ’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed in. Experiment group included 69 cycles from patients with positive thyroid peroxidase antibody and normal thyroid function and control group 309 cycles from those with negative thyroid peroxidase antibody and normal thyroid function. Results IVF fertility rate (79.76%) and high quality embryo rate (46.59%) in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group (84.08%, 54.49% respectively) and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); abortion rate (33.33%) in experiment group was obviously higher than that in control group (16.11%), which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Positive thyroid peroxidase antibody exerts adverse effects on IVF-ET ending since TPO-Ab reduces IVF fertilization rate and high quality embryo rate and increases the rate of abortion.
