1.Non-operation treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(30):5531-5538
BACKGROUND:Knee osteoarthritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the elderly, the incidence in the postmenopausal women is significantly higher than that in other groups. The clinical manifestation is various, mainly pain and dysfunction of the knee joint. There are many methods for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis, and the non-operation treatment is the main and basic treatment method. OBJECTIVE:To summary the advantages and limitations of various non-operation treatment methods of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS:The VIP database, Wanfang database, CNKI database, Medline database and PubMed database were retrieved for the clinical reports and reviews on epidemiology, related factors, pathogenesis and non-operation treatment of knee osteoarthritis from January 2000 to May 2013 with the key words of“osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment”in Chinese and “osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, pathogenesis, therapy”in English. The reproductive researches and atypical reports were excluded. RESULTS AND CONCLUSlON:The etiology of knee osteoarthritis is unknown, and the pathogenesis may be related to various, of factors such as age, sex hormone, load conduction disturbance and genetic correlation. The clinical manifestations of knee osteoarthritis are varied, and many clinical treatment methods can be selected, but different treatment methods have different indications and the effects are not identical, and each has its own merits. Drugs are the most commonly used means for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage, which can significantly relieve the pain and improve the function of knee joint. Strength training and mechanical vibration are new methods of treatment, although not widely used in clinic, the effect has been gradual y confirmed, but stil need clinical exploration and experience accumulation. In addition, a large number of clinical data also showed that the oral drug in combination with life changing, exercise or muscle training therapy, its clinical effect is often better than single therapy.

Objective To study the characteristics of peptic ulcer (PU) of korean nationality(KN).Method The 4842 cases of PU were detected by gastroscopic technique from Jan 1985 to Apr 1999.The patients were divided into Korean nationality(KN,n=3124) and Han nationality(NH,n=1718) groups, the difference of between two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The morbidity of gastric ulcer C(GU) in KN group was obviously higher than that of HN group, however, the morbidity of duodenal ulcer(DU) was lower in KN group.Morbidity of GU was signifcantly higher than those of DU in KN group. In contrary to KN group,it was lower in HN group. The moraibity of composite ulcer(CU) in KN group was significantly higher than those of HN group in the spring, but in the autumn, the CU morbidity of HN group was higher.PU morbidity of KN group in the spring and winter were markedly higher than those of HN group. The helicobacter pylori(HP) infective rate of the patients with PU in KN group was significantly higher than those of HN group.HP positive rate of the patients with DU was obviously higher than that of the patients with GU.The morbidity of ulcer in KN group was significantly higher than that in HN group at gastric antrum, gastric body, anterior wall of duodenal bulb respectively, but the ulcer morbidity of gastric angle, pyloric canal, greater curvative of duodenal bulb were higher in HN group than that in KN group. The morbidity of all types peptic ulcer in KN group was remarkable higher than that of HN group in age over forty. In constrast, under forty-age-old(or equal to forty),the PU incidence of those anatomical situs of KN group was lower than that of HN group. The average phathogenic attack age of all type ulcer in KN group were significantly higher than that in HN group. The morbidity of ulcer of gastric antrum and anterior wall of duodenal bulb were most in two nationality groups, the autumn was the most season in two nationality groups. Conclusions PU of KN has own characteristics in detectable rate, attack season, pathogenetic situs, age of PU attack as well as HP infection etc.

Objective:To explore the progress and prospect of evaluation methods for infertility patients. Methods:From September 2017 to December 2020,199 cases of infertility patients who have accepted mini-hysteroscopy examination in the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology,Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University. The patients who had primary ovary insufficiency, tubal infertility were excluded;patients with hysteroscopy contradiction, such as acute or sub-acute vaginal tract inflammation,en-dometrium lesion or endometrium carcinoma, severe cardiovascular, liver or kidney insufficiency were excluded.40 patients were excluded and 15 patients lost follow up,144 patients were eventually included in the analysis. The patient's age, body mass index, infertility etiology, preoperative and postoperative stimulate ovulation cycle, pregnancy state and pregnancy time were recorded. The effect of mini-hysteroscopy on ovulation induction cycle was analyzed in pregnant patients. Results:The average age of 144 patients was 32.10±4.67 years old.96 (66.67%) patients were found to have intrauterine abnormalities, while 48 (33.33%) patients were found to have normal intrauterine cavity.48 cases of pregnancy, accounting for 33.33%;the median and interquartile ranges[M (Q1,Q3)]of ovulation induction cycles before and after surgery were respectively[3 (0,5)],[2 (1,3)],the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among the 48 pregnant patients,32 of them had no structural lesions in hysteroscopy, the ovula-tion induction cycle of these patients before and after hysteroscopy were respectively[5 (0,9)],[1 (0,3)],the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Uterine cavity evaluation is important for the assessments of fertility. As an advanced diagnosis instrument,mini-hysteroscopy can not only timely detect the intrauterine abnormalities of patients, but also with great application value in shorten the ovulation cycle in infertility patients and increase the pregnancy rate.

In recent years, with the rapid development of medical research, cancer diagnosis and treatment technology have significantly improved young cancer patient's survival rate.Anticancer therapy such as chemotherapy,radiother-apy,or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can lead to premature ovarian insufficiency. The endocrine and reproductive function of the ovary is critical to women's physical and mental health.Ovarian tissue cryopreser-vation and transplantation can protect not only female fertility but also preserve ovarian endocrine function. This paper interprets the guidelines for ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation issued by the Chinese Society of Gynecological Endocrinology affiliated to the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology. The purpose of this guideline's interpretation is to promote more medical workers to understand the technology of ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation, which can provide patients with more choices of fertility protection methods and improve their quality of life.
