Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and its influence on cytokines,cerebral hemodynamics and vascular endothelial function.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,142 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the People's Hospital of Yuhuan were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the digital table,with 71 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Danhong injection combined with edaravone,while the control group was only treated with edaravone.Both two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effects,changes of cytokines,cerebral hemodynamics,vascular endothelial function,activity of daily living index(Barthel index) and neurological deficit score(NIHSS score) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.14％ (64/71),which was higher than 74.65％ (53/71) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =5.874,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CRP [(5.43 ± 1.20) mg/L] and IL-6 [(32.15 ± 7.39) ng/L] in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group [(9.38 ± 1.74) mg/L and (67.43 ± 10.29) ng/L] (t =15.747,23.465,all P ＜0.05).After treatment,the Vp [(69.83 ± 3.24) v ·-1 · s-1] and Vm [(35.24 ± 2.10) v ·-1 · s-1] in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group [(63.81 ± 2.68) v ·-1 · s-1 and (32.18 ± 1.73) v ·-1s-1],while the PI in the treatment group [(0.72 ± 0.04)] was lower than that in the control group [(0.83 ±0.07)],the differences were statistically significant (t =12.064,9.477,11.497,all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum level of ET-1 [(60.17 ± 5.46) mg/L] in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group[(73.21 ±6.78)mg/L],while the NO level in the treatment group[(72.15 ±7.39) ng/L] was higher than that in the control group [(61.43 ± 10.29) ng/L],the differences were statistically significant (t =12.622,7.130,all P ＜0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score of the treatment group [(68.93 ± 7.83) points] was higher than that of the control group [(54.57 ± 7.38)points],while the NIHSS score of the treatment group [(9.34 ± 1.97)points] was lower than that of the control group [(14.54 ± 2.89) points],the differences were statistically significant (t =11.246,12.528,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective,which can alleviate inflammation and improve cerebral hemodynamics and vascular endothelial dysfunction.

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined induction therapy of interferon(IFN) and chemotherapy on survival of the patients with small cell lung cancer(SCLC)by meta-analysis.Methods Search all of clinical trials for addition of IFN to initial chemotherapy and single chemotherapy for induction therapy in SCLC patients in MEDLINE、EMBASE and COCHRANE Library.The references of related studies and education books of ASCO and ESMO meeting were handsearched.The quality of included trials was evaluated.Data were extracted by two reviewers independently with a designed extraction form.Revman 4.2.7 software was used for data analysis.Results The addition of IFN increased 1-year survival and response rate,but both of the results had no significant statistical difference.Conclusion IFN-chemotherapy induction treatment might not influence survival and response rate of patients with NSCLC.To resolve the problem,a series of controlled,prospective,randomized,double-blind,well-designed,multi-center trials should be performed.

Objective To investigate the alteration in gene expressions of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ in tissue of obstructive low compliant bladder of rats. Methods Gene expressions of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ in the rat bladder tissues were evaluated with RT-PCR. Results The gene expressions of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ in smooth muscle of low compliant bladder were up regulated, but the level of type Ⅲ gene expression was stronger than that of the type I. Conclusion Collagen type Ⅲ and Ⅰ gene expression was upregulated in tissue of obstructive low compliant bladder of rats. Up regulation of collagen gene expression was related to low compliant bladder after obstruction.

The physical and chemical factors affecting the allergenic potency of the house bdust mite Dermatophagoides farinae extract were determined by skin test and ELISA technique in the asthmatic patients sensitive to the mite. The results showed that the allergenic potency of the extract could be reduced by heat sterilization, trypsin trea-tment and lyophization,but not lost completely,and that the potency could be increasedby supersonic treatment and repeated freeze-thaw(but less than 10 times).It was alsoshowed that the allergenic potency of the extract preserved at -20℃ was more stablethan those preserved at 4℃ or at room temperature,and that the mite extract preservedat 4℃ more than 9 years still had allergenic potency.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between hearing loss and acoustic neuroma(AN),the tests of pure tone audiometry,acoustic emissions impedance audiometry,audiometry brainstem response(ABR)and evoked otoacoustic emissions(EOAE)wee measured in 14 patients (16 ears)from March 1999 to December 2000.Methods:Fourteen patients (16 ears)with acoustic neuroma (8 males and 6 females,ranging in age from 21 to 72 years old)were diagnosed by CT or MRI scaning,and final confirmed by surgery and pathology.In the auditory tests ,efferent suppression test was curried out only in 4 ears with recordable emissions,promontory stimulation test (PST)was examined only in 5 ears with severe or profound deafness (hearing loss≥80dB SPL)who have no both measurable ABR and recordable EOAE.Results:It was found that 2 ears (12.5%,2/16)of the AN ears showed neural impairment,6 ears (37.5%,6/16)were cochlear impairment and 8 ears (50.0%,8/16)were cochlear-retrocochlear impairment.All of 4 tumors ears with EOAE emission have a disorders of efferent function.Conclusion:EOAE test had significant value for evaluation of the status of cochlear function (at the level of outer hair cells)in AN patients.The retrocochlear auditory nerve function of AN patients were evaluated by the tests of ABR combined PST which showed significant value.Results showed that the hearing impairment of AN have different levels of the peripheral auditory system according to auditory tests,including cochlear,eighth cranial nerve and efferent nerve level at the same or independently.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of thyroid. Methods The clinical case and follow-up data (n=3) of MFH of thyroid from our hospital between 2000 and 2007 was analyzed, with the correlating references reviewed. Results MFH of thyroid accounted for 0.574% (3/523) of malignant tumor of thyroid. MFH of thyroid progressed so fast as to invase recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) and /or cervical lymph nodes. Conclusions The diagnosis of MFH of thyroid is difficult, for it is easy to be misdiagnosed as thyroid carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry pathology can provide a good differential diagnostic value, with CK negative, Tg negative, and Vimentin positive to support the diagnosis of MFH. Extensive and thorough excision should be the main choice to treat MFH of thyroid. Patients of MFH of thyroid often died of recurrence or metastasis in 2 years after operation. MFH of thyroid is a kind of rare thyroid primary tumor, with malignancy of high grade and poor prognosis. The disgnosis of MFH of thyroid depends on immunohistochemistry staining, while excision should be the main choice for treatment.
