The author carried on bibliometrics statistical analysis of published papers during 2003-2012 by Disease control agencies of Chongqing and put forward some suggestions based on the results of the analysis.The results showed that in 10 years,the number of published papers for a total of 1154 with an average annual growth rate of 10.41％,of which 467 core journals,journal article 687.the difference between the municipal,district and county larger.The quantity and quality of published papers showed an upward trend,but there is still development space and the quality of the paper should be improved.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Rab7 on cytokine induced by TLR7 (Toll like receptor-7) R848 activated in Raw264.7,and discusses the influence of Rab7 on MAPK signal transduction.Methods: TLR7 downstream cytokines such as TNF-α,IL-6,IFN-α,IFN-β and IP-10 activated by R848 were detected through Q-PCR in Rab7 silenced mouse macrophages,and then analysis of phosphorylation of MAPK determined with Western blot showed the effect of Rab7 on signal transduction of MAPK.Results: Rab7 inhibit production of cytokine activated by TLR7,and also,Rab7 had an inhibitory effect on MAPK signal pathway.Conclusion: The experimental results further illustrate that the Rab7 is the TLR7 signal transduction pathway negative regulatory factor,and to participate in MAPK signaling pathway.

Objective:To establish cell lines stably expressing Rab5a and its the inactive mutant Rab5aN133I,analyze the effect of Rab5a on the expression of cytokines in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells .Methods:RAW264.7 cells were transfected with Rab5a and its inactive mutant vector Rab5a N133I separately,and then screened by G418.Rab5a stable expressing cell lines were identified by Real time-PCR.The growth of the stable cell lines was analyzed by MTT assay.After the stable cell lines were stimulated by LPS for different time periods,the expression of iNOS,TNF-αand IL-6 was detected.Results:Rab5a and Rab5aN133I transfection resulted in elevated Rab5a mRNA expression compared with the control cells ( P<0.05 ).Rab5a overexpression enhanced the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells.However,the proliferation of Rab5aN133I cells was significantly slower than the control cells ( P<0.05).Overexpression of Rab5a promoted LPS-induced production of iNOS,TNF-αand IL-6 in RAW264.7 cells (P<0.01). Conversely,overexpression of Rab5aN133I abolished the stimulating effects of Rab5a.Conclusion: Rab5a promoted LPS-induced expression of iNOS,TNF-αand IL-6 in RAW264.7 macrophages in a GTP-binding ability-dependent manner.

In order to clarify the chemical constituents in Qiliqiangxin capsule, a rapid ultra-performance liquid chromatography/orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS(E)) method was established. Forty peaks were identified on line using this method. The herbal sources of these peaks were assigned. The results implied that triterpenoid saponins, flavonoid glycosides, C21-steroids and phenolic acids were included in the main components of Qiliqiangxin capsule. The method is simple and rapid for elucidation of the constituents of Qiliqiangxin capsule and the results are useful for the quality control of Qiliqiangxin capsule.

Objective To compare cortical bone screwing and Endobutton plating for the treatment of ankle joint fracture complicated with injury to the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. Methods Fifty-eight pa-tients with ankle joint fracture and injury to the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis were treated at Department of Orthopedic Surgery, The Affiliated Hospital to Guangdong Medical University from January 2014 to June 2016. Half of them were treated by conventional cortical bone screwing. They were 16 males and 13 females with an average age of 43.2 ± 4.1 years. The other half were treated by Endobutton plating. They were 15 males and 14 females with an average age of 44.1 ± 3.9 years. The 2 groups were compared in terms of intraoperative bleed-ing, operation time, tibiofibular clear space ( TBCS ) , tibiofibular overlap ( TBOL ) , the American Orthopedic Foot Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot scale and complications. Results The cortical bone screwing group needed significantly shorter operation time (63.4 ± 5.4 min) than the plating group (89.6 ± 6.2 min) ( P ＜0.05) . There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in intraoperative bleeding ( 68.9 ± 6.3 mL versus 67.4 ± 6.4 mL ) , TBCS ( 4.6 ± 0.3 mm versus 4.7 ± 0.3 mm) , TBOL ( 7.5 ± 0.4 mm versus 7.4 ± 0.4 mm ) , good to excellent rate by AOFAS score ( 72.4% versus 75.9%) , or rate of complications ( 6.9% versus 10.3%) ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Since cortical bone screwing and Endobutton plating show no signifi-cant difference for the treatment of ankle joint fracture complicated with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury, a proper surgical procedure should be decided according to the specific conditions of the patient.
