1.Input-output analysis of 17 research institutions with data envelope analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2012;25(1):24-27
As more attention is given to people's life and health,China continues to increase investment in scientific research to improve the level of medical research. However, the efficiency of the investment is unknown. In this study,we used the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to investigate the input-output relative efficiency of the projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and completed in 2009 at 17 research institutes. We found 11 institutes to be DEA efficient, and 6 to be inefficient. It also showed that adjustment of research structure and setting performance objectives may improve the level of research management and increase the efficency of the investment.
2.Establishment of blended readers training model with 5 D interaction
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(12):67-69,76
A blended readers training model which combines online training (micro-lecture, online class, etc) with traditional training ( face to face teaching plus computer training) was proposed according to the theories in re-lation with blended learning, and scientific strategies for interaction of readers were established, which include the 5 dimensions ( demand, object, content, resource and evaluation) in order to integrate online learning resources and traditional offline training, optimize the allocation of training resources, and improve the training efficiency.
3.Training of information literary in reading popularization librarians
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(3):78-80
The important role of library in reading popularization was elaborated, with the main ways for reading popularization and the principal information literary education methods for reading popularization librarians listed, including learning of professional knowledge and skills, training of career virtue, and reading brand popularization. The training of reading popularization librarians and selection of characteristic brand plans can provide the theoretical basis for library to carry out this innovative service.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(6):42-46
Libraries are faced with the crisis of being marginalized in the era of network.Medical academic library should thus adapt to the changing information behaviors of users in study , teaching and scientific research and pro-vide their service according to the user needs-orientedsubject librarian service model , mobile library service model, and sharing commons service model. The service provided in the top 18 medical academic libraries in China according to the 3 models was analyzed, which showed their low popularization rate, insufficient depth and repeti-tion.Measures that should be taken for the solution of such problems were put forward.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(5):645-648
Objective:To study the masseter motor evoked potential(MEP)in patients with sleep bruxism(SB)and in healthy con-trols.Methods:30 subjects with SB and 30 healthy controls were included.MEPs were obtained by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).Tests were done during daytime when the subjects were awake. The data were statistically analysed. Results:In the patients AMT was 55(52,55)%,latency of c-MEP (6.7 ±1.3)ms,the amplitude of c-MEP 0.19(0.15,0.29)mV,latency of r-MEP (2.3 ±0.4)ms,the central conduction time(CCT)4.4(3.3,5.2)ms.In the control subjects AMT was 52(52,55)%,latency of c-MEP (6.4 ±0.7)ms,the amplitude of c-MEP 0.23(0.17,0.28)mV,latency of r-MEP (2.4 ±0.4)ms,CCT 4.0 (3.4,4.4) ms.No significant difference was found between the 2 groups in the measurements evoked by TMS.Conclusion:The MEP after TMS in patients with SB is similar to that of healthy subjects, indicating that the excitability of the cortical motor system is not changed in bruxism subjects,at least when evaluated by TMS.

Objective To analyze the flavonoid content of common fruits consumed in China.Method Thirty-eight fruits were sampled from Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Hangzhou. The contents of quercetin, kaempferol, luteolin, myricetin, apigenin were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. Results Pomegranate and hawthorn were the highest in contents of 5 flavonoids among 38 fruits.Quercetin distributed more widely and was more abundant than other flavonoids in fruits. The daily intake of 5 flavonoids from fruits by Chinese people was estimated to be 2.80 mg.Conclusion The content of flavonoids varies significantly among different fruits and quercetin is the most common flavonoid contained in fruits.

Objective To analyze the flavonoid content of common vegetables consumed in China.Method Forty-six vegetables were sampled from Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Hangzhou. The contents of quercetin, kaempferol, luteolin, myricetin, apigenin were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. Results Mei celery sampled from Hangzhou was the highest in content of 5 flavonoids among 46 vegetables.Quercetin distributed more widely and was more abundant than other flavonoids in vegetables. The daily intake of 5 flavonoids from vegetables by Chinese people was estimated to be 13.90 mg,in which quercetin accounted for 51.1%.Conclusion The content of flavonoids varies significantly among different vegetables and quercetin is the most common flavonoid contained in vegetables. The dietary intake of flavonoids was more from vegetables than fruits in Chinese people.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Objective: To study if the immune-enhancing effect of Arg was mediated via liver. Methods: The direct effect of Arg on T cell proliferation was measured by 3H-TdR incorporation. Rat hepatocytes were primarily cultured in serum-free DMEM/F12 medium, and then cultured in medium containing Arg(?mol/L:0,7.5,75,750,7 500), and the supernatant was collected at 0, 24, 48, 72 hours, and added to splenocytes culture, and T cell proliferation, NK cell activity and IL-2 activity,〔Ca 2+〕i were measured respectively. Results: Arg had no direct effect on splenocyte proliferation. The hepatocyte culture supernatant significantly increased the lymphocyte〔Ca 2+〕i ,IL-2 activity and T lymphocyte proliferation; 7 500 ?mol/L was most effective. Conclusion: Arg may enhance immune function via secretion of bioactive molecules by hepatocytes.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To explore the imaging diagnostic value of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST).Methods The retrospective study on GIST proved by operation and pathology in 11 cases was done. There were pneumobarium double contrast examination in 10 cases,CT scanning in 4 cases, superior mesenteric ateriography in 2 cases and fiberoptic endoscopy in 7 cases. Results The locations of tumors at gastric were 7 cases, intestinal 2,lipper and row oseophagus to gastric cardiac in 1,respectively.The detective rate of GIST was 100%,75%,100% and 100% respectively by pneumobarium double contrast examination,CT,arteriography and fiberoptic endoscopy. Conclusion Pneumobarium double contrast examination and fiberoptic endoscopy are important methods for diagnosis of GIST.CT and arteriography can better show the location of tumors and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant of tumor.
