1.The diagnostic and treated analysis of primary cervical adenocarcinoma
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(12):59-62
Objective To explore the clinical features of primary cervical adenocarcinoma in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with primary cervical adenocarcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The age was 18-75 (53.23 ± 11.37) years old and 20 (80%,20/25) patients was postmenopause. The gynecologic examination showed that cervical shape was irregular, cervical canals pachynsis, hardening, extension and widen. The gross type included 1 case of erosio lump type,2 cases of fungating type,17 cases of nodus and induration ulcer type,5 cases of cervical canals type.Twenty-two patients received extensive hysterectomy and 2 patients received sub-extensive excision,1 patient was forbiddened and was only received chemical therapy for the abdominal extensively adhesions with little ascites.Twenty-three patients were performed surgery and extracorporeal irradiation or high to midst dose rate after loading program radiotherapy; twelve of them were performed chemoradiation, but eleven patients couldn' t tolerable the chemical side effects and only took radiotherapy. The 5-year survival rate was 76% (19/25).The poorest prognostic patients were the stage Ⅳ women, which died after 3 months and 9 months respectively from first visit the doctor. The mass diameter and the early FIGO stage were correlated with prognosis (P <0.05).But age, gross type, pathological type, treated methods had no correlation with prognosis (P > 0.05).Conclusions Cervical adenocarcinoma would be predilection postmenopause female. The common signs include cervical shape irregular, cervical canals pachynsis, hardening, extension and widen. The 5-year survival rate of the patients who received operation combined modality therapy in early stage and with small mass size is higher. The prognosis would be poor relatively in late FIGO stage and mass diameter over 4 cm.So,early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment would be the key ways to improve 5-year survival rate.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(2):161-163
Objective To study MR imaging features of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumors (DNET). Methods MRI ap-pearances of 10 patients with surgery and pathology proved DNET were analyzed retrospectively. All of 10 patients underwent routine and contrast-enhanced MRI. Results All lesions were located in the regions near the surface of brain, including frontal lobe (4 ca-ses) ,parietal lobe (4 cases),temporal lobe (1 case) and parietoinsular lobe (1 case). The lesions appeared as sector in 4 cases, re-versed triangle in 4 cases, irregularity in 2 cases. Homogeneous or heterogeneous long T_1 and long Tz signal intensity were seen on MR imaging. The lesion showed predominant cystic component and septa, no obvious mass effect and peritumoral edema could be found in all cases. Bone thinning of the adjacent calvaria could be seen in 6 cases. On post contrast MRI scan, the lesions had no obvi-ous enhancement in 6 cases ,while mild enhancement could be found in the intra-tumorous solid nodule or septations in 4 cases. Conclusion DNETs are of certain clinical manifestations and MRI features,it is helpful for preoperative diagnosis of DNET.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):323-326
Objective:To prepare a novel dental lithium disilicate glass-ceramic,and to study its properties.Methods:A2 colored novel glass-ceramic was prepared by sintering technique. The flexural strength, density, elastic modulus, hardness, fracture toughness, translucency and microstructure of the novel glass-ceramic and IPS e.max Press (LT A2,MO1 and HO1 )ceramic ingots were studied. Results:The novel glass-ceramic demonstrated a lower flexural strength (31 5 MPa)than MO ceramic ingot(338 MPa)(P <0.05). The other mechanical properties of the novel glass-ceramic were similar to those of LT and MO ceramic ingots(P >0.05).The translu-cency parameter of the novel glass-ceramic(21 .2)was higher than that of HO(1 6.5)but lower than that of LT(27.8)and MO(27.5) ceramic ingots(P <0.05).SEMimages showed an interlocking microstructure of rod-shaped Li2 Si2 O5 crystals in all the glass-ceramics investigated. Conclusion:The mechanical properties, translucency and microstructure of the novel glass-ceramic are similar to those of IPS e.max Press ceramic ingots, which can meet the requirements of clinical application.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2011;25(13):588-589
OBJECTIVE:
To study the expression of IgE in recur repeatedly children otitis media with effusion (OME), and the relativity of IgE between adenoid and middle ear effusion.
METHOD:
Thirty-five cases diagnosed of OME in our department, were enrolled in the research. Thirty-one adenoidal hypertrophy cases were selected as control group. Obtained middle ear effusion and adenoid samples from experimental group, and obtained adenoid samples from control group. All adenoid samples were taken for tissue homogenate. Determination all samples of concentration of IgE by ELISA. SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for all relevant data processing and analysis.
RESULT:
Compared the IgE content between experimental group and control group with adenoid samples, IgE content increased significantly in experimental group (P < 0.05), and IgE in experimental group of middle ear effusion samples were also increased (P < 0.05). The content of IgE in the experimental group of middle ear effusion and adenoid assumed straight-line correlation, in negative correlation (r = 0.580, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
The occurrence of OME is related to immune factors. Adenoidal hypertrophy may lead to local immunity enhancement, may cause middle ear cavity immune system abnormality, give rise to recur repeatedly with OME and procrastinate does not recover.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2019;39(6):360-364
Objective:
To construct 131I-the fifth generation polyamidoamine (PAMAM(G5.0)) with targeting peptide Ser-Arg-Glu-Ser-Pro-His-Pro (SRESPHP; SR) or Gly-Pro-Leu-Pro-Leu-Arg (GPLPLR; GP) and double targeting peptide SR/GP, and evaluate the targeting ability in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) model.
Methods:
PAMAM(G5.0), PAMAM(G5.0)-SR, PAMAM(G5.0)-GP and PAMAM(G5.0)-SR/GP were radiolabeled with 131I by chloramine T method. The radiolabeled yield and radiochemical purity were determined by thin layer chromatography. MTC xenografts were developed and the percentage radio-activity of injection dose per gram of tissue (%ID/g) in tumor and organs was measured at 24 h post-injection. Region of interest (ROI) was drawn and the tumor/non-tumor (T/NT) ratios at 4, 8 and 24 h post-injection were calculated and compared among different groups. One-way analysis of variance, repetitive measurement analysis of variance and Dunnett-
