1.Diagnostic value of colposcopy combined new thinprep pap test in cervical cytology precancerous lesions

Objective To evaluate the new colposcopy combined cytology thinprep pap test(TCT) in cervical screening in the diagnosis of disease. Methods 1 266 patients detected by gynecologic cervical cytology were conducted on colposcopy and liquid-based thin-layer cytology of the Joint Inspection. Results 1 266 cases in which seized 169 cases of abnormal cervical lesion detection rate of 13. 35%,abnormalities in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and 126 cases,accounting for 9.99%. The incidence of cervical intraepithelial lesions detected no difference between age groups was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Thinprep cytology combined colposcopy cervical precancerous lesions was a reliable method for early diagnosis.
2.Construction of the standard curve for Real-time PCR detecting the expression of Angptl3 in rats

Objective:To construct the standard curve for real-time PCR detecting the tissue expression level of Angptl3 in SD rat.Methods:The total RNA of the SD rat's liver was the template.We got lots of the Angptl3 partial DNA sequence by RT-PCR.The products were cloned into the pUCm-T vector,Then we diluted the solution of plasmid and used real-time PCR(SYBR GreenⅠ)to construct the standard curve.Results:The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.997 6.The reaction efficiency was 0.862 3.The correlation and the amplify efficiency were good.Conclusion:It is successful to construct the standard curve for real-time PCR detecting the tissue expression level of Angptl3 in SD rat.

6.Epidermal growth factor combined with degradable collagen membrance in prevention of tendon adhesion

BACKGROUND: The problems such as fast drug degradation, great drug loss and poor barrier effect exist when using liquid molecular biomaterial as barriers in preventing tendon adhesion. Accordingly, it has aroused increasing attention to seek for membrane biomaterials as barriers. Simultaneously, it found that tendon cells would proliferate and differentiate under controls of multiple endogenous growth factors that promote tendon endogenous healing. However, it is poorly understood which the specificity factor for tendon healing is. OBJECTIVE: To study effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) combined with degradable collagen membrane on preventing tendon adhesion and improving tendon endogenous healing. METHODS: Thirty ten-month old leghorn cocks were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 10 animals in each group. The third toe of left foot of each animal was prepared for avulsion model, and sutured with improved Kessler method. The broken ends were encapsulated with EGF combined with degradable collagen membrane (combination group), degradable membrane alone (collagen membrane group) or without treatment (blank control group). Four weeks later, the specimens were evaluated by gross observation, biomechanical test, light microscope and electron microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the combination group, there were a large amount of type Ⅰ collagen inside the sutured tendon, they were closely and lined up in order. The amount of collagen-fibronectin was less and the adhesion obviously was less than the control group. The tendon cells were matured. The adhesion in the collagen membrane group was slightly, there were a large amount of type Ⅲ collagen inside the sutured tendon, which loosely but well organized. In the blank control group, type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen arranged crisscrossed, with heavy adhesion. The results suggest that EGF can promote tendon endogenous healing and degradable collagen membrane can prevent tendon exogenous healing, thus, prevent the formation of adhesion.
7.Effects of mechanical factors on proliferation and differentiation of tissue-engineered stem cells

BACKGROUND:With the development of tissue engineering technology and the deep research of tendon regeneration, many problems caused by traditional tendon transplantation wil be solved. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate and prospect the effects of corresponding mechanical systems on seeding cel s based on the characters of tendon, stem cel s as wel as mechanical systems. METHODS:CBM, CNKI, CqVip and PubMed databases were retrieved for reviews and articles related to tissue-engineered tendon published from January in 2005 to December in 2015. The keywords were“tissue engineering, tendon, tendon stem cel , mechanical stimulation and seeding cel s”in Chinese and English, respectively. Final y a total of 63 articles were selected for overview. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:As al kinds of stem cel s and the corresponding mechanical systems exhibit advantages and disadvantages when applied for tissue engineering, it is advisable to make appropriate choices according to the research needs. Tendon stem cel s show a broad application prospect in tendon regeneration, which wil grow into required tendon tissues through appropriate, accurate and gentle mechanical stimulations, thereby providing another alternative to improve the tendon healing.
8.Analysis of Clinical cases of Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia complicated with Cardiac Damage.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical cases of children mycoplasma pneumonia (CMP) complicated by cardiac damage. Methods Eighten cases of CMP (MP group) and eighten children without CMP (NMP group) were selected to do electrocardiogram (ECG) and to evaluate serum myocardium zymogram. Results Compared with NMP group, MP group showed high incidence rate of abnormal electrocardiographic pattern, suach as ST - T change, sinus tachycardia, premature beat and high serum level of LDH,CK - MB,HBDH. Both presented statistical difference. Conclusion CMP easily causes cardiac damage of children.
9.Study on Extraction of Baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extract and to optimize the extraction technique.METHODS:The content of baicalin was adopted as index and was deter?mined by HPLC;Single factor test and orthogonal test were employed to optimize the extraction technique.RESULTS:The detected concentration of baicalin showed a good linear relation in the range of0.05912~0.02956mg/ml(r=0.99974),the average recovery was99.5%,RSD=1.10%(n=5);The optimal technique was twice recirculation in water solvent14times the amount of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi flour,each time for1hour.CONCLUSION:The established method is conve?nient,and the extraction technique is stable,reasonable and practicable.

Objective:To discuss the changing position in three dimensions of maxillary dentition magnetic arch expansion after.Methods: Thirty patients who were in-patient cases were selected, and received three-dimensional data measured before and after treatment it its spiral CT, observed the three-dimensional position of maxillary dentition before and after treatment, and the angle of landmarks change data paired sign test for comparison.Results: Patients in the vertical position of maxillary dentition before and after treatment, sagittal and horizontal direction are changed. First premolars, first molars occurred cheek overall movement and dumping; the maxillary first premolar region is the largest widening position; three-dimensional position of the maxillary central incisor forward, the next move.Conclusion: Patients before and after the change of maxillary dentition MPE can be clearly presented in accordance with spiral CT, lay the foundation for further research MPE mechanism.
