Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) in nodular gastritis in children and to further explore the rational use of antibiotics for drug-resistant H.pylori strains. Methods A total of 473 children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms undergoing gastroscopy from January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were enrolled. Two pieces of gastric antral mucosa in children with nodular gastritis were collected for H.pylori rapid urease test and H.pylori culture. The resistance of H.pylori to amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, moxilfoxacin and levolfoxacin was detected by agar dilution method and E-test. Results In 473 cases of nodular gastritis, 258 cases were H.pylori culture-positive. The resistance rate of H. pylori isolates to amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, moxilfoxacin, levolfoxacin was 6.2%, 34.9%, 49.2%, 8.9%and 5.0%, respectively. Dual resistance to clarithromycin and metronidazole was 23.3%. Moreover, 405 cases had a family history of H.pylori infection. Conclusions Nodular gastritis is a special sign of H.pylori infection in children. H.pylori infection has obvious familial aggregation. The low resistance rate of H.pylori to amoxicillin in children with nodular gastritis indicates that amoxicillin can be used as the main drug for eradication of H.pylori. Meanwhile, clarithromycin should be applied according to the drug sensitive test due to high resistance rate of H.pylori to clarithromycin.

Objective Through investigating the current situation of first national Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction in Xinjiang to provide the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases. Methods Selecting standardized training related personnel 133 people of 20 base hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey, and selecting the base hospit.al leaders, the management staff of functional departments, teachers and residents,a total of 254 people were given in-depth interviews. We conducted data collection mainly around the basic situation of the base hospitals and departments,to understand the basic situation, difficulties and problems of the standardized training of resident doctors in the base hospitals, and suggestions and opinions on the training work.We used x2 test,Wilcoxon rank test to make statistical analysis. Results Basic conditions of the hospital was not balanced,70% of the base hospital library number was 10 thousand ~5 million,75% of the base hospital computer had a volume of less than or equal to 30.There was statistical significance in the difference of the rate of operation between the cases and the skills in the southem/northeru region teaching/non professional teaching base hospital.Teacher level was not balanced, and only 5 hospital teacher training rate was greater than or equal to 80%,which met the national requirements.Enrollment of each department had a rising trend, including the department of pediatrics, psychiatry and other major shortage of profes-sional year by year, the increase in the proportion of 1 ~2 times.National financial aid was implemented, but lacked local financial input. Conclusion The balanced development of base construction, the continuous improvement of system construction and organization management, the improvement of the teachers' teaching and training quality, the improvement of the resident treatment and striving for more national and local financial allocation will be the focus of the construction and development of Xinjiang resident standardized training base.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
For more than 40 years primary hepatocytes culture technique has been utilized extensively for assessing effects of drug on metabolizing enzymes (especially cytochromes P450), drug metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and the mechanisms of cytotoxicity and genotoxicity. Human derived primary hepatocytes reserve the metabolism function and enzyme activity of liver. Therefore, this technique has been widely used as a reliable and efficient tool in the drug and xenobiotics evaluation and screen in vitro. This review focuses on primary culture technique of hepatocytes and its application in drug metabolism and toxicology research and evaluation.

Background Efficient and lowcost way to isolate keratocytes is helpful for research on cornea.Either relatively expensive or inefficient is the shortage of those means now applied, while raising the keratocytes through passage will change the phenotype of them quickly. Our aim is to approach the way getting keratocytes effectively utilizing modified two step enzymatic digestion by type I collagenase. Objective To evaluate the effect of isolating the bovine keratocytes utilizing two step enzymatic digestion and observe the morphological changes of the keratocytes during cultivation in vitro. Methods Keratocytes were isolated from bovine corneas using 0.5 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL type I collagenase digestion. The harvesting rate and viability rate of the primary keratocytes were evaluated.During the primary cultivation in vitro, the morphological changes of the keratocytes and their F-action distribution were observed.Results(1)The extracellular matrix of the bovine corneas were almost dissolved by the two step enzymatic digestion, followed the keratocytes completely isolated from the solid matrix. The amount of the harvested keratocytes from each cornea was(2.11±0.15)X106 on average while the viability rate was(91.69±3.73)% and the inoculation rate Was(81.20±1.25)%.(2)The primary keratocytes attached and spreaded out with dendritic and stellate morphology. After 3 days cultured, the branches of the keratocytes were contacting and formed networks. The F-actin detected by phalloidin binding showed a limited cortical localization. Conclusion (1)The method of two step enzymatic digestion can make the extracellular matrix of bovine cornea stroma completely degraded with the advantages in high efficiency of harvesting keratocytes and high cell viability and relatively simple manipulation. (2) The primary bovine keratocytes have dendritic morphology and with limited F-action distribute in cellular cortex.

By organizing and classifying the literatures related to acupuncture-moxibustion at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points in treating intervertebral disc herniation (IDH) published before December 31, 2013, to summarize the application status and features of Jiaji (EX-B 2) points. It’s found that its most favorable indication is IDH. It also further analyzed the action mechanism of acupuncture-moxibustion at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points in treating IDH, and brought up some ideas to highlight the further study.

Objective To compare the effect of atorvastatin and rosuvastatin on myocardial injure and inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Ninety six UAP pa-tients undergoing PCI were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups, patients were given atorvastatin(20 mg/d)or rosuv-astatin(20 mg/d)besides conventional treatment for 1 week before PCI.Datas were collected before medication,PCI and Twenty-four hours after PCI,including CK-MB,cTnI,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10.Results Twenty-four hours after surgery, the PCI, CK-MB,cTnI,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 of rosuvastatin group were lower than those of atorvastatin group(P <0.05),but IL-10 of ro-suvastatin group was higher than that of atorvastatin group(P <0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin (20 mg/d)is better than atorvas-tatin (20 mg/d)in the efficacy of UAP patients undergoing PCI,which can reduce the level of myocardial injure and inflammatory factors effectively.
