Carcinosarcoma(CS)of the uterus is a rare class of malignant female pelvic neoplasms.The primary modality of therapy for uterine CS is surgery.Postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy may only improve loco-regional control.Standard adiuvant treatment of uterine CS has shifted from primarily loco-regional radiotherapy to chemotherapy.Potentially more effective adjuvant chemotherapy regimens will be investigated.Chemotherapy can extend life for patients with advanced,persistent,or recurrent uterine CS.However,effect of chemotherapy remains to be further enhanced.

Objective To cultivate mice glomerular podocyte with high glucose and high Ang-Ⅱ,observe the morphocytology of podocyte,and investigate protein kinase C (PKC) activity,the expressions of nephrin and CD2-associated protein (CD2AP),and apoptosis of podocyte with injuries cultivations.Methods The conditions immortalization mice podocyte cell lines was cultivated,after passage and differential induce,the cell lines was divided into six groups:normal group,high glucose group,high Ang-Ⅱ] group,the above two mixed group,intervened group of PKC inhibitor,and hypertonic group.After 72 hours,cell apoptosis rate was detected with flow cytometer; PKC activity was detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 24 hours and 48 hours ; The expressions of nephrin and CD2AP mRNA were detected by real time-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results (1)After 24 hours,the PKC of high glucose group and high Ang-Ⅱ group were more activated than normal group [(47.09 ± 1.19) pmol/L,(42.93 ±0.71) pmol/L,P ＜0.05].The activated phenomenon was more obvious in the mixed group.Compared to 24 hours [(58.75 ±0.71) pmol/ L,P ＜ 0.01],PKC was more activated in 48 hours (P ＜ 0.05).(2) Nephrin mRNA was reduced in podocyte exposed to high glucose and high Ang-Ⅱ at least 24 hours (56.87 ± 0.74,48.54 ± 0.86,P ＜ 0.05),and was reduced more in mixed group (11.7 ± 1.54,P ＜ 0.01).(3) CD2AP mRNA was reduced in podocyte exposed to high glucose,high Ang-Ⅱ,and mixed environment at least 48 hours (56.09 ± 1.46,67.68 ±2.58,and 54.08 ±2.74,P ＜0.05).The decrease trend of nephrin and CD2AP mRNA was restrained by PKC inhibitor(90.75 ± 1.33,P ＜0.05).(4) After 48 hours and 72 hours,the apoptosis rates of high glucose group,high Ang-Ⅱ group,and mixed group were risen compared to normal group (P ＜ 0.05).The increase of apoptosis rate can be restrained by PKC inhibitor.Conclusions High glucose,and high Ang-Ⅱ can activate the podocytes PKC activity,inhibit the expression of nephrin and CD2AP mRNAs,and induce podocyte apoptosis.PKC signaling pathway plays an important role in the injury mechanism of Ang-Ⅱ and high glucose to mice podocyte.

Objective To study the contraction of artery in colonic cancer.Methods Arteries in the cancer part and the cancer ambient part of patients with colonic cancer,the concentration-contractile curves induced by the noradrenaline(NA),sarafotoxin 6c(S6c) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in cumulative application were recorded by myograph.Results The E_(max) and pD_(2)of normal colonic artery contraction induced by NA were(97?19)% and(5.94)?0.17.The E_(max)and pD_(2) of contraction in colonic cancer artery was lower than that in cancer ambient artery(P0.05)).Conclusion The ?-adrenoceptor and ET_(A) receptor are main receptors mediating contraction in colonic cancer artery.

Objective To explore the expression of c-met mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinomas(NPC) and its relation with clinical biological behavior. Methods In situ hybridisation was used to detect mRNA expression of c-met in 15 cases NP and 55cases NPC. Results The positive rate of c-met mRNA in NP and NPC cells were were 13.3 %(2/15) and 61.8 %(34/55) respectively. The expression of c-met mRNA was significantly correlated with lymphnode metastasis, local invasion(basilar destroying) (P 0.05). Conclusions The abnormality expression of c-met gene expression was well correlated with the biological behavior of metastasis and invasion. The expression of c-met mRNA could serve as an important index to estimate the prognosis of NPC. c-met may be a new diagnostic/therapeutic targert of NPC.

AIM:To observe the effect of fenoterol and ipratropium bromide alone or combined in the treatment of childhood acute paroxysm of asthma.　METHODS: Ninty-five children with acute paroxysm of asthma were divided into 3 groups:group A of 30 children (age 6 a ±s 4 a) received 0.5% fenoterol 2-6 a 0.1 mL, 6-14 a 0.2 mL; group B of 30 children (age 7 a±3 a) received 0.025% ipratropium bromide 2-6 a 0.5 mL, 6-14 a 1 mL; group C of 35 children (age 6 a±3 a) received the same dosage of fenoterol+ipratropium bromide as the other two groups. The drug in 3 groups diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride to 3 mL, aerosol inhalation spray inhalation, tid, for 2-5 d.　RESULTS: The obvious effective rate 63% in group A was similar to that of group B 60% (P>0.05), but was lower than that of group C 86% (P<0.05). The adverse reaction wasn't found in 3 groups.　CONCLUSION: In treating the childhood acute paroxysm of asthma, the effect of fenoterol is similor with ipratropium bromide, but the combination drug gives a better therapy than either drug alone.

Objective To investigate the renal function of the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its effect on patients' outcome.Methods The renal function of 680 patients with AMI,received the conventional therapies, such as thrmbolysis, antiplatelet and antianginal therapies were investigated. According to it, 228 patients with renal dysfunction[GFR ＜90ml · min-1 · ( 1.73m2 ) -1]were divided into observation group,while the others[GFR≥90ml · min-1 · (1.73m2) -1]were divided into control group. To analyse their clinical characteristics、the inhospital mortality、one year mortality and the heart ocurrence rate in one year. Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the observation group were older、more likely to be women、and more likely to have hypertension、diabetes mellitus、coronary heart disease. The inhospital and one year mortality were higher ( 17. 8％ vs 9.74％ ,P ＜0. 01 ;25.00％ vs 14. 44％ ,P ＜0. 01 ) and the heart ocurrence rate was higher(57. 14％ vs38. 96％ ,P ＜ 0. 01 ) in one year in the observation group than that in the control group. ConclosionThe AMI patients with renal dysfunction were more likely to have concomitant diseases, worse ill condition and outcome. Renal dysfunction was an independent risk factor for the outcome in the patients with AMI.
