Research-Based Teaching is to cultivate students’ competence of study and innovation, which requires teachers to change their concept and make careful design and full preparation before they put it into practice. The practice shows that adopting the teaching method of bringing students’ autonomous study into full play and intensifying the training of their scientific research is an important approach to implement it. Research-Based Teaching will play a more and more important role in cultivating students’ comprehensive competence.

Cancer stem cells are a new field with the gradual deep understanding of the stem cell research. Although its history is not long, the rapid development showed a good potential prospect. The existence of cancer stem cells and its use as tumor formation, growth and metastasis-based approach has been widely recognized. In theory, cancer stem cells derived from normal stem cells can transform. Cancer-causing factors can also be derived-from the dedifferentiation induced cells. Because it contains all-round, multi-and single stem cell, with the proliferation and differentiation potential of different directions, it is possible to explain the heterogeneity of tumor cells, and reasons for hypoxic environment, anti-cancer drugs and radiation resilience. In this area, it has been made a lot of progress in recent years. However, there are still some problems to be solved. Such as the identification of cancer stem cells, biological function and mechanism.

Objective To certify insuline resistance in nonobese patients with essential hypertension(EH) and observe effect of imidapril. Methods An oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) and insulin releasing test(IRT) were performed on 40 nonobese EH patients before and after imidapril treatment, the plasma levels of glucose and insulin were tested and compared with those of 16 normal subjects. Results The insuline level of fasting or 30,60,120 min after OGTT were significantly higher than those in normal group(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To assess myocardial ischemia in metabolic syndrome (MS), and risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) in MS, and to evaluate myocardial nuclein perfusion imaging (MPI). Methods 140 in-patients were divided into three groups according to the diseases they suffered from: metabolic syndrome (MS): 82 cases (m/f=54/28), essential hypertension (EH): 38 cases (m/f=15/23), and diabetes mellitus (DM): 20 cases (m/f=10/10). The degree of myocardial ischemia was detected by myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT MPI). Results (1) The percentage of myocardial ischemia in MS group was 81.7%, and 56.8% of the patients in this group suffered from severe ischemia. Both percentages were higher than that in the other two groups (P

Objective To investigate the effect and perioperative nursing experience of surgical operation on patients with incomplete cervical spinal cord injury caused by traumatic cervical spine fracture. Method Fifty-nine patients with traumatic cervical spine fracture in our hospital from January 2011 to 2014 were nursed perioperatively, including before operation , training accttenty with swallowing and blowing balloons besides basic nursing care , and after operation , mental care , close observation and functional exercises postoperatively. Results The operation time was (110.5+13.0) min, the amount of bleeding was (155.6+7.5)mL. Three patients developed hematoma compression, 13 patients developed high fever. All patients were cured after treatment and nursing. Conclusion Preoperative training of swallowing and blowing balloon is fundamental for ensured surgical effect and intraoperative surgical cooperation and close observation together with postoperative mental care, close obsersation and functional exercise are the guarantee for surgical effect.

Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common degenerative joint disease. Biomechanics of lower extremity plays an important role in KOA. Foot progression angle, with the advantages of non-invasive, convenience, has been attached great importance by people gradually. Changing foot progression angle may effect the knee adduction torque, tibia rotation, muscle activity, which leads to change the load of the knee joint, and alleviate the pain, improve the function of knee joint and the quality of life of the patients.
