Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(52):9069-9076
BACKGROUND:Cervical expansive unilateral open-door laminoplasty has obtained definite curative effects in treatment of cervical spondylosis in the clinic.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the effects of cervical expansive unilateral open-door laminoplasty for cervical spondylosis from the evolution of surgeries, the advantages and disadvantages of each surgery and postoperative complications.
METHODS:Unilateral open-door, expansive laminoplasty, indications, and postoperative complications were key words. Computer was used to search VIP journal ful-text database and PubMed database, and 65 articles were used for further analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Cervical expansive unilateral open-door laminoplasty for multi-segmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy, ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament and spinal cord injury without radiographic spinal fracture and dislocation combined with spinal stenosis had obtained affirmative outcomes. Clinicians should careful y select operation mode and be conscious to prevent postoperative complications.

3.Value of prenatal dexamethasone treatment in the prevention of wet lung syndrome of the newborn
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(4):29-31
Objective To explore the effect of the prenatal dexamethasone treatment on the preventionof wet lung syndrome in the newborn of elective caesarean section at term. Methods Two hundred cases of elective caesarean section at term (the gestation age was less than 39 weeks) were divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each by random digits table. Observation group was treated with four intramuscular injections of 6 mg dexamethasone in the 24 hours to 7 days before delivery, and control group was treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection with the same method. The clinical data and the incidence of the wet lung syndrome of the newborn were collected. Results The incidence of the wet lung syndrome of the newborn was 1%(1/100) in observation group and 9%(9/100) in control group, and the incidence of the severity of the wet lung syndrome of the newborn was 1% ( 1/100) in observation group and 2%(2/100) in control group. There were no complication in observation group and 1 case in control group. The incidence and the severity of the wet lung syndrome of the newborn in observation group were less than that in control group significantly (P = 0.009,0.049). Conclusion Prenatal dexamethasone treatment can reduce the incidence of the wet lung syndrome of the newborn and decrease the incidence of the severity and complication of elective caesarean section at term.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):221-224
Bronchial asthma is the chronic airway inflammatory disease that characterized by reversible airflow limitation .The presence of airway inflammation could lead to airway remodeling .In recent years , many studies have found that arginase plays an im-portant role in the airway inflammation and airway remodeling of asthma .It not only reduces airway release nitric oxide and increases airway hyperresponsiveness , but also its metabolites such as putrescine , proline, etc can induce cell proliferation and collagen synthe-sis, leading to airway remodeling .In this paper , the arginase and its role in the pathogenesis of asthma are discussed .

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective:To explore the effect of ginsenodels on the memory retention of rats of animal models of schizophrenia. Methods:The rats in experiment were divided into experimental group and control group, the rats in the experimental group were orally given Ginsenosides, and rats in control group were given normal saline. Both groups were treated for 5 days, then given injection of MK801 to establish animal models of schizophrenia. Before (d0), during (d1,d3) and after (d5) MK801. Several behavior models such as active avoidance reaction (AAR) and once passive avoidance reaction (OPAR) were used to research the process of learning and memory before and after experimental. Results:In the active avoidance reaction, the rats of experimental group were used to increase, and the fade away slowed to the rats of controls groups significantly (231.79?18.90/158.28?6.78,134.86?15.49/92.29?9.22,81.64?17.29/36.08?17.12,t=10.35,6.68,5.29,P

Objective To investigate the early diagnostic methods for sub-clinical hepatic encephalopathy (SHE).Methods 46 hepatocirrhosis patients without hepatic encephalopathy (SHE group) were recruited to perform P300, brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), numeral connection teat (NCT),mini-mental state examination (MMSE)and electroencephalogram (EEG), compared with 43 unhepatopathy patients (control group) and within following up.Results The P300 delitescence and the NCT value in SHE group were obviously longer than those of the control group (allP

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To study the prognostic value of left ventricular endocardial pacing in percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation(PTSMA)in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM).Methods Fifteen HOCM patients with resting left ventricular outflow gradient(LVOTG)≥30 mmHg and/or stress LVOTG≥50 mmHg were included in this study.Left ventricular endocardial pacing was attempted in the patients 20 minutes before PTSMA.Heamodynamic parameters and LVOTG were monitored during operation and follow up echocardiography was performed 1 month after the operation. Results The mean chickness of the ventricular septals decreased from 22.07?7.85 mm before PTSMA to 17.39?5.79 mm 1 month afterwards(P

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2009;29(2):217-220
Objective To design leaf patterns for Multileaf Collimator(MLC)routine quality assurance(OA)with a 2D diode array. Methods According to the detector distribution characteristic of the 2D diode array and basillg on the"picket fence"pattern, design the"stepwise"pattern. For each diode involving MLC QA,a calibration curve of relative output versus leaf positioning error was measured through delivering a set of patterns with different intentionally introduced positioning errors. When this proposed technique was delivered, the referenced patterns were exposed, and the calibration curves were used as a mean to quantitative determination of the leaf possible positioning errors through the detector readings. Results Compared with the"picket fence"pattern, the"stepwise"pattern not only had a high detecting efficiency, but also increased the dosimetric sensidvity to leaf positioning error.A 1 mm Ieaf positioni.error corresponds to a dose variation of 25% for the"stepwise"pattern, while for the"picket fence"pattern the same positioning error just causes a 17% dose vailation. Conclusions The new"stepwise"pattern is more efficient to be carried out,and more sensitive to sub-millimeter changes of leaf positioning.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2001;24(1):17-18
Objective:Use ligustrazin and salvia miltiorrhiza to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, for the experimental result was perfect in animal modal.Method:These two drugs combined with prednisone in 15 patients as treated group, prednisone in 10 patients as control group.Result:At 1,6 months followed up,the dyspnea and cough improved markedly.Chest radiograph and pulmonary function improved slightly. There were no differences between two groups. After 24 month the combined group 13(73%) stabilized,4(27%) relapse or deterioration,no death.Control group 6(60%) stabilized,3(30%) relapse or deterioration,1(10%) death,Conclusion:Combined group was better then control group.Ligustrazin and salvia miltorrhiza could decrease alveolitis and inhibit the formation of procollagen. It also improve the patient's immunity.
