Objective To investigate if the endothelin-1 (ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) can affect renal artery blood flow and explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy.Methods 18 patients of gestational hypertension,18 patients of gently preeclampsia,20 patients of severe preeclampsia and 20 normal pregnancy women were chosen in random.Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect the peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic velocity (EDV),resistive index (RI),pulsatility index (PI) of renal interlobar artery.The levels of serum ET-1 and NO were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and nitric acid recovery respectively.Results The level of EDV in preeclampsia patients were significant lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).The levels of RI,PI,S/D in preeclampsia patients were significant higher than the control group (P ＜0.05).The level of ET-1 in study group was higher than control group (P ＜0.01).The level of NO in study group was lower than control group (P ＜0.01).There was positive correlation between the RI,PI,S/D of renal interlobar artery and the level of serum ET-1.There was inverse correlation between the RI,PI,S/D of renal interlobar artery and the level of serum NO.Conclusions Endothelial dysfunction can cause unbalance of renal vessel systolic-diastolic function.The level of renal artery blood flow parameters can reflect the state of vessel function and have clinical value in hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy.

Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance between CTGF of fibrosis marker and coronary heart disease .Methods Totally 102 cases of coronary heart disease patients by coronary artery angiography ensured were used as coronary heart disease group ,98 cases with age and sex strict matching of coronary heart disease were normal and were used as con-trol group;T test was used to analysis the difference with disease group and control group at base clinical data ,serum CTGF and TGF-β1 ,the correlation between coronary heart disease and serum CTGF level was evaluated by logistic regression analysis ,and clinical diagnosed value was evaluated .Results Triglyceride ,total cholesterol ,apolipoprotein A1 ,high density lipoprotein ,lipopro-tein alpha ,low density lipoprotein ,TGF-β1 and CTGF in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0 .05) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that CTGF and TGF-β1 were positively correlated (r=0 .773 ,P=0 .002) . Serum CTGF can play positive role in the evaluation of the risk stratification of coronary heart disease .Conclusion Age ,smoking , hypertension ,total cholesterol ,apolipoprotein A1 ,high density lipoprotein ,low density lipoprotein ,lipoprotein alpha ,CTGF and TGF-β1 were influencing factors for coronary heart disease .Detection of CTGF in clinical work can be used as assessment coronary artery stenosis and severity index .

Objective:To investigate the recent and permanent effects of pretreatment with midazolam on muscarinic receptor of brain in healthy and scopolamine-treated rats. Methods:(1) In recent effect group, thirty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (Con, n=9), midazolam group (Mid, n=9), scopolamine group (Sco, n=10), midazolam+scopolamine group (Mid+sco, n=10). On the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days, Mid group and Mid+sco groups were treated with intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg/kg midazolam per day while Con group and Sco group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of the same voluminal physiological saline per day. On the 4th, 5th, and 6th days, Scopolamine 0.8 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection per day was administered in Sco group and Mid+sco group while same voluminal physiological saline was administered in Con group and Mid group. (2) In permanent effect group, thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (Con, n=9), midazolam group (Mid, n=9), scopolamine group (Sco, n=9), midazolam+scopolamine group (Mid+sco, n=9). Objective To survey the relationship between myocardial damage of chronic and latent Keshan disease with A360P missense mutation in desmin gene exon6. Methods By clinical epidemiology method,30 cases had been collected randomly among chronic Keshan disease patients and 30 cases equally among healthy adults (inner control groups) in Diantou town,Huangling county,Shaanxi province,a Keshan disease area,and 30 cases among health adults(outer control group) in Chang'an district,Xian city,a normal area. Genome DNA had been extracted from 90 blood samples. Different restriction sites had been analyzed by the methods of PCR,digested by restriction endonuclease and electrophoresis. By virtue of Bsp1286 Ⅰ enzyme,122 bp and 60 bp strap could be found in control group from exnn4,showing that Bsp1286 Ⅰ enzyme was active. By virtue of Bsp1286 Ⅰ enzyme,desmin gene exon6 was digested to 184 bp and 66 bp strip when A360P missense mutation site exited in exon6. Results One hundred and twenty two bp and 60 bp strap could be found in control group from exon4 digested by Bsp1286 Ⅰ ,which showed Bsp1286 Ⅰ enzyme was active. Two hundred and fifty bp strips can only be found in digest products of exon6. One hundred and eighty-four and 66 bp strips which were the products of DNA digested by Bsp1286 Ⅰ could not be found. A360P missense mutation site of desmin gene exon6 had not been found among chronic and latent Keshan disease patients and tow control groups in Keshan disease area and in normal area. Conclusions A360P missense mutation site of desmin gene exon6 has not been found among chronic and latent Keshan disease patients. A360P missense mutation of desmin gene exon6 probably is not predisposing genes of chronic Keshan disease.

The influence of ?-ionone and ergosterol on the growth and the yield of CoQ_ 10 in yeast was investigated. The results indicated that ?-ionone had the stimulative effect on the biosynthesis of CoQ_ 10 in yeast, and 28.3% increase of the CoQ_ 10 content in the cell was observed when the concentration of ?-ionone in the medium was 0.208?10~ -3 mol/L. Little ergosterol also had the same effect with ?-ionone, while 31.3% increase of the CoQ_ 10 content in the cell was observed when the concentration of ergosterol in the medium was 0.15?10~ -4 mol/L. However, the biosynthesis of CoQ_ 10 was inhibited when the concentration of ergosterol was 0.60?10~ -4 mol/L. Addition of ?-ionone and ergosterol to the medium resulted in 36.1% increase over the control. The results showed that the cell could effectively accumulate more CoQ_ 10 with the addition of ?-ionone and ergosterol to the medium.

Objective To observe the dynamic levels of IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 produced by Balb/ c mice infected with DEN_2 clinical strains and to study their relation.Methods The Balb/c mouse in- feetion model was established by multiple-site subcutaneous injection with various doses of DEN_2 clini- cal strain.Mouse plasma samples collected from different experiment groups at various time after in fection were tested for IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 levels with sandwich ELISA.Results After primary in- feeted with DEN_2 B strain,the levels of IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 of all experimental groups were not sig- nificantly higher than the normal control group while the levels of experimental groups increased sig- nificantly after re-infection.The level of IL-2 reached to peak[average value of(101 522.44?10 465.375)pg/ml]at the 4th day after re-infection(the 20th day after the primary infection),and then the level gradually reduced.The levels of IL-5 in the Balb/c mice of the group 1 and 2 reached to peak at the 1st day after re infection(the 16th day after the primary infection),and there was signifi- cant difference between these two groups and the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6 in all experimental groups reached to peak at the 1st and the 2nd day after re-infection.The peak value of the third group is the highest comparing with the normal control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Th2 response was predominant in the second infection phase.

Objective To investigate the influence of low calcium dialysate (DCa1.25) and midodrine hydrochloric (MHC) on blood pressure in hemodialysis patients. Methods Dialysate calcium concentration was changed from 1.5% (DCa1.5) to 1.25% in patients with hypercalcaemia pre- or post-dialysis.For patients with intradialytic hypotension(IDH), pre-dialysis antihypertensive drugs were ceased.If that didn′t work, MHC 2.5 or 5 mg was administered to them 30 minutes before dialysis were ceased.MHC was also administered to patients who had not taken antihypertensive drugs. The blood pressure (BP) and blood volume were recorded during dialysis. UCG and autonomic nerves function test including BP supine and standing test and sustained hand-grip test were measured as well. Results Twenty-one hemodialysis patients were involved in this study including male 9 and female 12. The average age was (54.4?14.2) years old,the time on dialysis (33.04?30.1) months. When DCa1.5 was changed to DCa1.25, 9 cases (42.9%) could maintain stable BP, but IDH occurred in 10 patients(47.6%) with symptoms such as swirl,sweat or cramp, one with lower extremities cramp and one with heart discomfort but without IDH. Objective To summarize the characteristics of ecthyma gangrenosum and explore its significance in early diagnosis of pseudomonas aeruginosa sepsis in children.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 11 children with ecthyma gangrenosum who were hospitalized at Guangzhou women and children's medical center between May 2008 and Apr 2011.Results Eight cases were male and 7 were less than twelve months,the oldest was 2 years old,all of them were diagnosed as Pseudomonas aeruginosa spesis.Two patients had a single lesion,and the others had multiple lesions.Ecthyma gangrenosum located on the trunks in 7 cases,on anogenital areas in 5 cases,on extremities in 5 cases and on faces in 3.The lesions appeared on day 2 to day 10.On average,they developed on day 5.Seven patients developed ecthyma gangrenosum before admission,the course of the illness before admission was 6 days.Fever and multiple organ dysfunction occurred in all the patients and their cultures grew pseudomonas aeruginosa,blood cultures were positive in 8 cases,the others were isolated psudomonas aeruginosa from tissue of the lesion,discharge,ascites,pleural effusion,respectively.The time of ecthyma gangrenosum appeared was earlier than the time of the culture results reported.All of the patients were started empiric antibiotics therapy on admission,the initial antibiotic regimen was appropriate in 9 patients,8 needed surgical intervention,4 were treated with continuous blood purification.Ten patients survived and 2 died,the hospital stay was from 1 to 63 days,the average was 30.Conclusion Ecthyma gangrenosum is a known cutaneous manifestation of pseudomonas aeruginosa sepsis,which is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment,and then the outcome will be improved.
