Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Manganese(Mn) is one of the essential trace elements in biologic metabolism. With proper quantity,Mn acts as some enzymes’active groups, reactivators, and participates in the physiological functions of central nervous system.Overdose exposure to Mn in industry may result in occurrence of occupational manganism, which can cause damage of many aspects of the body such as nerve, immunity and reproduction. The aim of present essay is to review the current studies on nerval behavior function and biomarkers of manganism both in China and other countries.

The thermal characters such as temperature field, temperature grads and cooling power are very important for sur geons to estimate and improve curative effect. The freezing experiment around a 3.4mm cryoprobe was conducted and a multi dimensional numerical model based on enthalpy method and solved by finite element scheme for the freezing process of simu lative biological tissues during cryosurgery is presented. The results of the numerical solution were validated against experimen taal data .The utility of the numerical solution for the design and application of c ryodevices is demonstrated.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To explore the cognitive function, feature of P 300 event-related potentials and the relationship of them in children with epilepsy. Methods Auditory P 300 was measured by oddball paradigm and intelligence quotient was tested by WSIC-RC in 38 children with epilepsy. Results 1. The rates of FIQ less than normal IQ were 65.8 %, impaired intelligence 28.9 % in patient group. 2.The latencies and the amplitudes of P 300 were significantly delayed and decreased respectively in both patient groups (P

ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of 16-slices CT in urinary calculus. Methods25 cases of suspected urinary calculus were examined by 16-slices CT and some of these images were reconstructed with MPR. ResultsIn the 25 casces CT found 21cases of urinary calculus, among them kidney calculus 22 cases, urinary tract calculus 13 cases. In 5 of 21 cases, urinary calculus were not found with US.In all 6 cases urinary calculus were not detected by KUB and/or IVP. Conclusion16-slices CT was a valuable method in diagnosing urinary calculus.

Objective To compare the effects on neurobiological factors of attributional retraining group therapy (ARGT) or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) for major depressive disorder (MDD),anxiety disorder (AD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).Methods Outpatients with MDD,AD and OCD were divided into ARGT group (n =63) and SSRI group (n =66) according to the sequence of entering the study.MDD,AD and OCD patients were respectively measured with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),and Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) before and after 8 weeks treatment. All subjects were detected of plasma serotonin, norepinephrine, cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. Results After treatment,HAMD scores of MDD patients were reduced significantly in both ARGT group (t =18.411,P =0.000) and SSRI group (t =20.092,P =0.000) ; HAMA scores of GAD patients were reduced significantly in both ARGT group (t =13.989,P=0.000) and SSRI group (t=15.815,P=0.000) ;Y-BOCS scores of OCD patients were reduced significantly in both ARGT group (t =5.465,P =0.000)and SSRI group (t =4.792,P =0.000).In ARGT group,MDD (t =3.145,P =0.006),AD (t =2.785,P =0.012) and OCD patients (t =2.877,P =0.011) decreased plasma cortisol concentrations significantly. In SSRI group,MDD (t =-2.923,P =0.010) and OCD patients (t =-2.301,P =0.035) improved plasma serotonin significantly and MDD patients (t =-2.333,P =0.033) improved plasma norepinephrine significantly. Conclusion ARGT can modulate plasma cortisol level.SSRI can up-modulate plasma serotonin level. The two therapies take effect by different biological ways.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(5):327-331
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the level of H2-Ab1 in the nasal mucosa of mice with allergic rhinitis.
METHOD:
Twenty-four female 129/sv mice were divided into 2 groups: ovalbumin (OVA) group and control. The allergic rhinitis models were induced by classical method with OVA. After the last challenge, the pathological differences between the two groups were surveyed. The levels of H2-AB1 were measured by ELISA and quantitative real time PCR.
RESULT:
The expression of H2-Ab1 is higher in subjects with AR than that in controls (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
The levels of H2-Ab1 were highly increased in allergic rhinitis group, which might be associated with the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.

Clinical Medicine of China 2014;30(12):1259-1261
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients suffering from autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA) associated with acute kidney injury (AKI).Methods The clinical data of 2 case patients with AIHA and AKI in the People's Hospital of Huadu District of Guangzhou was analyzed and associated literatures were reviewed. Results Two patients presented with severe anemia, raised reticulocyte count, positive Coomb's test, and acute renal failure. They were no effect therapy when treatment with agent of erythropoietin (EPO),iron or folic acid. The level of serum indirect bilirubin was at normal range.Liver function and serum LDH were normal too. However, treatment with corticosteroids was effective. Conclusion When patients suffering AKI occur worsening anemia,AIHA probably should be concerned.Treatment with corticosteroids early is effective.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(8):1108-1111
Aim To investigate the periphery analge-sic effect of myricetin on a rat model of inflammatory pain and the mechanism. Methods Rat models of in-flammatory pain were induced by complete Freund ’ s adjuvant ( CFA) injection in left hindlimb plantar cen-ter. The thermal withdrawal latency ( TWL) was meas-ured before and after CFA or myricetin treatment. Elec-trophysiological method was used to identify the effect of myricetin on the action potential frequency and the voltage dependent potassium channel currents in small DRG neurons. Results Rats with CFA injected showed thermal hyperalgesia ( P <0. 05 ) and TWL in-creased significantly after myricetin intraperitoneally in-jected ( P <0. 05 ) . Current clamp recording showed the action potential frequency of small DRG neurons in rats was inhibited by myricetin ( P<0. 01 ) and voltage calmap recording showed the inhibitory effect of myr-icetin was enhanced by calcium depended potassium channel currents ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Myricetin exerts periphery analgesic effect by enhancing calcium depended potassium channel currents and inhibiting excitability of small neurons of dorsal root ganglion.

Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2009;0(03):-
The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become a main category of disease which affects human health today. It is helpful to search for its causes and main risk factors for scientific prevention and control of these diseases. Now,we have already paid close attention to effect of the airborne contaminant and meteorological factors on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Some reports about solo affect of two types factors have given a clear results;however,a little of unification evidences have been provided. This article reviews the solo and unification effects of pollutants and meteorological factors in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
