Objective To study clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with gestrinone in treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst and the prognoisi of patients. Methods A randomized, controlled, prospective study was used in this study, 78 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected in Sichuan province panzhihua city miyi people's hospital from august 2012 to august 2014, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with gestrinone (2.5 mg/time, two times per week, for 6 months) intervention; patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic intervention. After six months, the postoperative serum FSH (Follicle Stmi Ulating Hormone, FSH), Estradiol (E2) and Estradiol levels, ovarian biggest plane average diameter (D), the level of MMP-9 and TIMP -1 level, pregnancy outcome of two groups were compared and the outcome and the recurrence rate 18 months after treatment were followed up. Results Six months after treatment, the E2 and FSH levels in the observation group were better than control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01);the postoperative serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Observation group were better than control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01);there were 20 patients of D≤2 cm, 19 patients of D>2 cm, the postoperative ovarian shrink rate was 51.28% in the observation group; there were 5 patients of D≤2 cm, 34 patients of D>2 cm ovarian shrink ratio was 12.82% in the control group, the ovarian shrink ratio of observation group was obviously higher than control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01) . Follow-up for 18 months, the recurrence rate was 5.13%in the observation group, which was significantly lower than thatin the control group (25.64%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the pregnancy rate was 66.66%and 30.77%in the Observation group and control group, respectively, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01) . Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone can protect ovarian function of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst, improve pregnancy outcomes, and reduce recurrence rate, and has good clinical value.

Objective:Correlated factors of CET-4 scores and its washback effect on college English teaching were studied.Methods: more or less 1000 medical students′ CET-4 scores and their CET test anxiety levels were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and Excel software.Result: It was shown that medical students′ CET-4 scores are negatively correlated with their CET-4 test anxiety levels,and positively correlated with the English scores in College Entrance Examination with significance,also correlated with their genders,their graduating senior high schools,their parents′ educational background,and without correlation with their majors.Conclusion: The positive effect of CET-4 washback can be applied to improve college English teaching quality and the aptitude of English language learning among medical college students.

To identify the clinical efficacy,immunological consequences and adverse effects of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus.Nearly 100 patients have been reported and a 80% of them achieved marked reduction in global disease activity and clinical remission in lupus nephritis.Anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody is well tolerated in 90% of the patients,though10% of them had hypersensitivity reactions and 4 patients had severe opportunistic infection.

On the basis of assuming that the postgraduate education charge is a fact,this paper at fist studies the theory and realistic basis of postgraduate student charges and then analyzes its profit and fraud. Finally,some constructive suggestions are put forward to protect the enrollment chances of poor students and the development of basic discipline.

Objective To evaluate the application value of the hematology analysis combined with genetic diagnosis in the prena-tal diagnosis of thalassemia.Methods 2 368 parturients were performed the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia in the prenatal diag-nosis center of our hospital from July 2010 to April 2013,and those with positive hematological screening detection were performed the genetic diagnosis.Results The hematology analysis results showed 124 parturients of abnormal HbA2.The hematology analy-sis results in the abnormal parturients had the statistical difference compared with those in the rest healthy parturients (P <0.01). Among 124 pregnant women of hematological positive phenotype,there were 16 couples with the same genotype,in these 16 preg-nant women,15 cases were performed the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia,there were 7 cases of αthalassemia gene,2 cases of βgenotype,6 cases of normal genotype,3 cases of severe fetal thalassemia,including 2 cases of α-thalassemia(genotype--SEA/--SEA ),1 case ofβ-thalassemia(genotype 41-42/IVS-Ⅱ-654).All pregnant women terminated pregnancy after informing the patients.Conclu-sion The hematology analysis combined with genetic diagnosis plays an important role in the construction of perfect thalassemia prenatal detection and diagnosis intervention mode,and is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the application value of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)in prenatal diagnosis and compared with karyotype analysis of cells from amniotic fluid.Methods A total of 183 high-risk pregnant women received for a FISH and karyotype analysis who taken prenatal disgnosis in Meizhou people′s hospital between April 2012 and November 2013. Results According to the test results of karyotype analysis.There were 9 cases of chromosomal abnormality in 183 pregnant women.Among 9 cases,3 cases were trisomy 21,3 cases were trisomy 18,2 cases were XO and one case of XXY.One case of tri-somy 18 was showed normal using the FISH.Other cases were consistent with karyotype analysis result.Conclusion FISH is a rapid,reliable and prompt prenatal diagnosis method,combined with karyotype analysis will maximize the detection efficacy in pre-natal diagnosis of chromosome abnormalities.

Objective To evaluate the incidence and degree of organic impairment after neonatal asphyxia,analyze the high risk factors of this and find a new approach to lower the mortality of asphyxia.Methods Two hundred and twenty-two newborns with asphyxia were studied. They were divided into mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group, and the function of main organs were classified as mild and severe, too. Chi-square tests were conducted for statistical analysis.Results The incidences of organic impairment and multi-organ impairment with asphyxia were 90.1 % and 71.6 % respectively. Objective To investigate the short-term effect of pelvic floor muscle training (PFM) with biofeedback on stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in postpartum and post-menopausal women.Methods According to the different period that the SUI occurs,107 women with SUI were divided into two groups:the group of SUI in postpartum with 60 women,and the group of SUI in post-menopausal with 47 women.PFM with biofeedback was performed on all patients for 8 weeks.One hour pad-weighing test,voiding diary,transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound and female pelvic floor muscle assessment were recorded before and after treatment.Results There was statistically significant difference in 1 hour padweighing test between pre-treatment and post-treatment for the group of SUI in postpartum (the negative,mild,moderate,and severe cases of post-treatment:21,24,14,1,of pre-treatment:0,30,28,2; P＜0.05),and the group of SUI in post-menopausal (the negative,mild,moderate,and severe cases of post-treatment:7,22,11,7,of pre-treatment:0,14,25,8; P＜0.05).The strength of the pelvic floor muscles of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱin two groups after treatment were significantly different from those in pre-treatment (P＜0.01).The efficient rate of improvement in symptoms after treatment in the group of SUI in postpartum was 88％ (53/60) and the cure rate was 38％ (23/60).While the efficient rate in the group of SUI in post-menopausal women was 64％(30/47) and the cure rate was 15％ (7/47).There was statistically significant difference in the development of symptoms in two groups after treatment (P=0.003).Conclusion PFM with biofeedback is an effective treatment for SUI in postpartum and post-menopausal women,especially for postpartum ones.

Objective To constitute a database of chronic wounds for characterizing the patients with chronic wounds.Methods Based on the guideline of chronic wounds defined by international wound healing society,86 outpatients with chronic wounds were selected between January and October in 2013 to set up a wound database using the wound information management system.The parameters including etiology,age distribution,mean time of fracture healing and wound healing time posterior to different treatments were analyzed.Results (1) Statistical difference existed for cause distribution (P ＜0.05).Top three causes were trauma (29％),varicosity (26％) and pressure sore (19％).(2) Age distribution varied significantly among the patients with various causes of chronic wounds (P ＜ 0.05).(3) Statistical difference was observed in healing time of various types of chronic wounds (P ＜ 0.05).Diabetic wound and varicose ulcer took the longest healing time,with average 116.36 days and 88.48 days respectively.(4) Patients treated with novel dressings had shorter healing time than those managed with traditional dressings (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Trauma,varicosity and pressure ulcer are relatively common among the outpatients.Etiology of chronic wounds is strongly related to age and novel dressings contributed to a shortened cause of the disorder.
