Objective To research the pathogenesis, clinical types and therapeutic effects of acute renal failure.Method All eighty-eight patients with acute renal failure(ARF) treated by hemodialysis were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital for last more than 4 years, and the etiology, clinical types of ARF and the clinical outcome of treatment were summarized. Results ARF patients with pre-renal reasons were 78 41%,single renal cortex and/or medullary disease leading to ARF were 20 45%,post-renal reason was only 1.14%;ARF induced by drugs were 20 45%,the main drugs were aminoglycosides(13/18);mortality rate was 30 97%,but the complete recovery rate was only 37 5%.Conclusion Clinical doctors must be careful observe the patients complications decrasing signs of the blood volume and supplementing blood volume in timely to avoid renal ischemia, these treatment may prevent ARF and kidney lesion induced by drugs, but the prognosis of patients with hemodialysis in ARF is not good.

Objective To explore the possibility of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)combined with striatal conditioned medium promoting the directional differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)into dopaminergie neurons. Methods 1.Separation and culture of BMMSCs:BMMSCs were harvested from healthy adult Wistar rats for serial subcultivation.2.Preparation of Striatal conditioned medium:newborn Wistar rats within 24 hours were selected, and their brain tissues were removed to prepare striatal conditioned medium.3.Induced differentiation of BMMSCs:the 5th passage BMMSCs were collected and pre-induced in low glucose-Dulbecco's modified eagle medium(L-DMEM)containing bFGF and EGF.Twenty-four hours later,pre-induction liquor was replaced with striatal conditioned medium for further induced differentiation.4.Result assessment:the morphological changes of stem cells were observed under inverted phase microscope. The expression of neuron specific enolage(NSE)and tyrosine hydmxylage(TH)were identified by immunocytochemical technique. Results The cell body of rat BMMSCs contracted into round and spindle shape after induction by bFGF and EGF combined with striatal conditioned medium.Partial neuron-like cells with prominence could be found.Immunocytochemieal detection showed that the percentages of NSE and TH positive cells were(72.70±14.81)% and(34.50±15.93)%,respectively.Conclusion BMMSCs can be induced directionally into dopaminergiC neurons by bFGF and EGF combined with striatal conditioned medium in vitro.

Eccrine poroma is a benign neoplasm, whicn is thought to originate from the eccrine sweat gland. Previous studies suggest that these are primarily lesions of the hairless acral surface. We report a clinicopathological case of a 30-year-old man who presented with a 2.0 by 1.2 cm sized, unusual scalp lesion, which proved to be an eccrine poroma. There has been no local recurrence in the 4 months since complete excision.

An ossifying fibromyxoma is a benign neoplasm which usually presents in soft tissue. It is a rare tumor of uncertain differentiation which virtually always acts in a clinically-benign fashion. Most patients present with a small, painless, well-defined, often lobulated subcutaneous mass, which affects the extremities, or less commonly the trunk, head and neck, and mediastinum. Its typical microscopic appearance is that of lobulated nests of uniform, round-to-oval shaped cells, separated by fibromyxoid stroma, in which an incomplete marginal shell of mature bone can be seen. We herein report the first case of an ossifying fibromyxoid tumor of the neck in Korea.

OBJECTIVETo identify the genotype and clades of hantavirus (HV) in Zhejiang province.
METHODSThe partial S and M segment of the HV in Zhejiang province were amplified with RT-PCR using genotype-specific primers, and then were sequenced and compared with other known hantaviruses.
RESULTSThe genotype of 11 strains were HTNV and other 7 strains were SEOV by homology and phylogenesis analysis, yet the clade distribution was significantly different among foci of Zhejiang with 5 clades of HTNV and 3 clades of SEOV. There also existed special clade of HTNV named ZNB-1, ZNB-2, A3 and of SEOV named Gou3, ZJ5. The homology of M segments of ZNB-1 and ZNB-2 with other HTNV clades were 69.7%-74.0% except Nc167, A3 with other HTNV clades were 73.6%-76.3% except B78.
CONCLUSIONZhejiang province is co-circulating with HTN and SEO. Say the least of the clades are 5 of HTNV and 3 of SEOV and there also existed special clade of HTNV and SEOV.

Clear cell acanthoma is a rare, benign tumor of epidermal origin, with distinct histolopathological features which usually includes solitary or rarely multiple tumors, often localized on the lower legs of middle-aged or elderly people. It presents as a flat or dome-shaped, sharply-demarcated papule or nodule, sometimes with a keratotic scale of bright red or pink color. Histopathological findings include clear cells within sharply-demarcated area of the epidermis. We report a case of clear cell acanthoma which developed on the lateral side of the right foot of an 82-year-old man.
