2.Risk factors related to malnutrition after acute ischemic stroke
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;09(11):788-790
Risk factors related to malnutrition were prospectively studied in 82 cases with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital during December 1,2007 and December 31,2008. The incidences of malnutrition on the first and ( 14 ± 1 )th day were 18% (15/82) and 30% (25/82). Study showed that age ( P = 0. 007 ), dysphagia ( P = 0. 043 ), malnutrition on admission ( P = 0. 003 ) were risk factors related to malnutrition on the ( 14 ± 1)th day after admission; there was no interaction between dysphagia and the other two factors, dysphagia was an independent risk factor related to malnutrition after acute ischemic stroke.
3.Application progress of β-blocker in pediatric heart failure therapy
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2013;20(5):468-471
Heart failure is becoming an increasingly common and significant problem in the field of pediatric cardiology,β-blockers as one of the most important cardiovascular drags in the pharmacopoeia, can not only obviously relieve symptoms of severe heart failure, but also reduce cardiovascular events and allcause mortality significantly, the efficacy is effective and high security. This article reviewed β-blockers in the treatment of children heart failure mechanism, the clinical application evaluation, the basic principles and relevant issues in use process, the appropriate choice and usage according to the clinical indications.
4.Malnutrition and stroke
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2009;17(5):297-301
Malnutrition is significantly correlated with the high mortality and other poor outcomes of stroke;in turn, stroke can increase the incidence of malnutrition.Old age and swallowing dysfunction are independent risk factors of post-stroke malnutrition. The sequential nutritional support with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition can reduce or avoid the complications of both malnutrition and stroke, and therefore should be considered for stroke patients, especially those who are critically ill.
5.Clinical presentation and diagnosis criterion of pediatric hypertension
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(13):968-971
There is a trackphenomenon in the development of hypertension and pediatric hypertension has an important predictive value for adult hypertension. However pediatric hypertension is not typical and normal blood pressure is associated with age,sex and height. The blood pressure level, clinical presentation and complication rates of secondary pediatric hypertension are higher than primary pediatric hypertension. So secondary pediatric hypertension could get timely treatment compared to primary pediatric hypertension. This paper focus on the clinical presentation and diagnosis criterion of pediatric hypertension and provide a reference for the pediatrician.
6.Clinical Research on Elderly Hypertension of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Intervened with Bushen Huoxue Decoction
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):25-27
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 106 patients with elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into control group (53 cases) and treatment group (53 cases), according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction along with western medicine treatment for 8 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome, blood pressure, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of anti-hypertension was 94.33%(50/53) in the treatment group and was 77.35% (41/53) in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 96.22%(51/53) in the treatment group and was 79.24%(42/53) in the control group. After treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α were improved significantly in the treatment group, with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine achieves the good efficacy on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
7.Effect of budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and nursing
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(35):34-35
Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and the corresponding clinical nursing pathway. Methods From February 2010 to 2011,100 cases of children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia (all with budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. The experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway, while the control group underwent routine care. After one or three-month follow-up,forced vital capacity (FVC),forced vital capacity 1s (FEV1),peak expiratory flow values (PEF) and other pulmonary functional indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,higher than the control group.FVC,FEV1,PEF changes in the experimental group were better than the control group. Conclusions Budesonide inhalation combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good effect, coupled with the clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve lung function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, significantly improve the prognosis, should be used widely in clinic.
8.Establishment of clinical EBM information service model in medical library
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(1):63-67
The visual angle of active participation reference model was not scientific and its contents were not sys-tematic in the past EBM information service. A new EBM information service model was thus established by compa-ring the finding process of evidence and the transforming process ofinformation-knowledge-intelligence with the need of evidence-based decision making in clinicians as a logic starting point in order to provide the theory of what to do andhow to scientifically do for clinical librarians and clinicians, to effectively direct clinical librarians to perform EBM information service, and to help clinicians to scientifically make their decision.
