Objective To investigate the application of small dose of ketamine during induction of anesthesia in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting neutrophil superoxide generation effect .Methods 30 patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting operation were randomly divided into 2 groups ,in the fentanyl induced respectively based on combined with small dose of ketamine (ketamine group) or normal saline (control group) ,a blood sample collection time points :before ,immediately after extracorporeal circulation operation ,operation after 1-6 days .Neutrophil function by using (12-) fourteen acid and phorbol ester (-13-) acetate (PMA) ,yeast polysaccharide or formyl-methylthio-light-phenylalanine after stimulation of superoxide production de-termination method .Results During general anesthesia combined with low dose ketamine inhibits superoxide anion increases .In ad-dition ,ketamine reduces perioperative 2 -6 days of the neutrophil percentage .Conclusion Ketamine can reduce the activation of neutrophils after cardiopulmonary bypass .

Objective To explore the influence of intraventricular injection of 5, 7-drhydroxytryptamine (5, 7-DHT)in 5-HT1A receptor sensitivity of medial prefrontal cortex pyramidal neurons in the rats,and to clarity the effect of 5-HT1A receptor on the eletronic response of pyramidal neurons.Methods 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (n=21)and 5,7-DHT lesion group (n=15).5,7-DHT was injected intraventricularly in the rats in 5,7-DHT lesion group,and the same dose saline was injected in the rats in sham operation group.The rats in two groups were intravenously injected with different doses(0.5-128.0μg·kg-1 )of 8-CH-DPAT.The firing rate of mPFC pyramidal neurons was recorded with extracellular electrophysioological examination.The rats in two groups were intravenously injected with WAY100635,the sensitivites of the rats to 8-OH-DPAT and WAY100635 in 5, 7-DHT lesion group were observed, and compared with sham operation group.Results The different doses (0.5-128.0μg·L-1 )of 8-OH-DDAT had an excitatory-inhibitory effect on the firing rate of mPFC pyamidal neurons in sham operation group;the neurons were excited when the doses of 8-OH-DPAT were 0.5-38.0μg·kg-1 ,and the firing rates were increased(P<0.05);the neurons were inhibited when the dose of 8-OH-DPAT was 128.0μg·kg-1 ,and the firing rate was decreased.The different doses(0.5-218.0μg·L-1 )of 8-OH-DPAT inhibited the elecctronic response of pyramidal neurons of the rats in 5,7-DHT lesion group in a dose-dependent manner (df=5,F=3.44,P=0.003),and the firing rates were reduced. WAY-100635 (50μg·kg-1 )reversed completely the inhibition of 8-OH-DPAT.Conclusion The sensitivity of 5-HT1A receptor of rat mPFC pyramidal neurons can be decreased by intraventricular injection of 5,7-DHT.

Objective To evaluate reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to cisplatin (DDP). Methods Lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and its DDP-resistant cell line A549/DDP were treated with DDP and recombinant human Endostatin. Difference in drug resistance was analyzed between different regimens ( DDP, Endostatin and combination) and between different cell lines ( human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and drug resistant A549/DDP), after a 72h-treatment in vitro. Reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP to DDP was tested by MTT assay. Results The observed 50% inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) was (0.72 ± 0.05 ) ug/ml against A549 and ( 11.54 ± 0.64)against A549/DDP in DDP, and (2.0 ± 0.1 ) μg/ml against A549/DDP in rh-Endostatin- DDP combination respectively, with a reversal fold (RF) of 5.77 and a relative reversal rate of 88. 2%. Conclusion rh-Endostatin may reverse drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to DDP.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the effectiveness of sequential treatment for subjective and objective benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV). METHOD: The efficacy of sequential treatment for nineteen vertical semicircular canal S-BPPV patients(Group A) and forty-five vertical semicircular canal O-BPPV patients(Group B) who were admitted to our hospital between January 2014 and July 2015 was retrospectively analyzed and compared, treatment of five cases with horizontal semicircular canal S-BPPV was reported here as well. RESULT: The number of repositioning maneuver for Group A was 2 - 6 times (average: 4. 21±1. 18) while 2 - 3 times (average: 2. 29 ± 0. 46) for Group B. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 01). The effective rate of initial treatment for Group A was 78. 9%(15/19) while 82. 2%(37/45)for Group B. After one weeks treatment, the effective rate for Group A changed to be 89. 5% (17/19)while 88. 9% (40/45) for Group B. Non-significant difference was found in the two groups neither in the initial nor one weeks treatment. On three months' follow-up, one in Group A and two in Group B relapsed, and they were cured after treated in the initial treatment. The recurrence for Group A was 5. 3%(1/19) while 4. 4%(2/45) for Group B and there was non-significant difference. The five cases with horizontal semicircular canal S-BPPV were completely free of disease after undergoing treatment. CONCLUSION The sequential treatment is effective for both vertical semicircular canal S-BPPV and vertical semicircular canal O-BPPV, but the former needs more repositioning maneuver times. The repositioning maneuver, combined with drug therapy and head-shake-in-supine-position method is recommended for horizontal semicircular canal S-BPPV.
