2.Research progress and clinical vtility of the ischemia-modified albumin
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
The ischemia-modified albumin(IMA) forms after the human serum albumin experiences ischmia/reperfusion,which is a novel marker for myocardial ischemia.IMA exhibits a reduced capacity to bind to certain transition metals, such as cobalt. It can be measured by the Albumin Cobalt Binding test in serum.Several clinical researches suggested that IMA is an ideal biomarker for myocardial ischemia and an important assay for diagnosis of acute coronary syndromes.
3.Role of miR-138 in the Renal Ischemic Reperfusion Injury and Its Mechanism
Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(8):164-168
Objective To determine the effect of miR-138 on SD rat renal ischemia-reperfusion injury its mechanism. Methods 60 adult SD rats were randomly divided into Sham group, renal ischemia-reperfusion (RIRI) group,RIRI + vector group,RIRI + miR-138 group,RIRI + miR-138 shRNA group, and then we established renal reperfusion injury model by occlusion bilateral renal pedicle.Creatinine, blood urea nitrogen in serum are tested to compare differences in renal function in each group, and TUNEL staining was taked to detect apoptosis, real time PCR were taked to test the exression of p53 and it's pathway. Results When compared with the sham group, expression of kidney function BUN/Crin serum, percentage of apoptoiscells of reperfusion injury group wrer all increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Upregulate miR-138 increased these indexes, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),and down regulate miR-138 would protect the injure of renal ischemia-reperfusion.Further studies showed that miR-138 may play the role by inhibiting the p53 signaling pathway. Conclusion MiR-138 has a significant aggravating effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, and the mechanism may be related to p53 signaling pathway.
4.Hospitalized patients with infertility continuity care needs investigation and analysis
Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(1):56-60
Objective Understand the hospital surgical treatment of female infertility patients after discharge health needs,to provide evidence for continuity of the corresponding nursing measures. Methods After surgical treatment of hospital preparation of hospital,100 cases of infertility patients designed questionnaire,to understand the patient's health requirements. Results About 94% of patients had continuity care needs,The need for continuity care content in the top three:observation, the knowledge of the disease, mental health counseling.Continuity of care means demand is in the top three:We Chat public information push, add patients group of exchange of experience and telephone follow-up on a regular basis. Conclusion the hospitalized patients with infertility of the continuity of care after discharge and demand is high, enhancing health education for patients after discharge, the continuity of the individualized modern nursing measures, improve the patients discharged from hospital after conception rate and quality of life.
5.Antigen-incorporated connective tissue mast cells promote specific T cell activa-tion
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2014;(8):1019-1022
To study the effects of connective tissue mast cells ( CTMCs ) on T cell activation in an antigen-dependent manner. Methods: Connective tissue mast cells were differentiated from mouse bone marrow cells.Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated ovalbumin (OVA)/IgG immune complexes were generated and incubated with CTMCs ,and analyzed by flow cytometry to detect the antigen uptake by CTMCs via Fcγreceptors ( FcγRs ).The relevant effects on antigen-specific T cell activation and proliferation were further determined by CD 69 and Ki67 expression. Results: A magnificent increase in OVA uptake was seen in CTMCs treated with OVA/IgG immunocomplex after 24-hour incubation ,compared with that treated with fluorescent OVA alone.OVA-incorporated mast cells induced OVA-specific CD4+T-cell activation and proliferation. Conclusion:It was suggested that the binding of IgG receptor FcγRs could elicit CTMCs reaction and ,as a result,to mediate crosstalk between professional APCs and T cells.

8.Male reproductive toxicity of bisphenol A.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(11):1026-1030
The reproductive toxicity of environmental endocrine disruptors has attracted substantial attention from researchers in recent years. Bisphenol A (BPA) is among the most prominent environmental estrogens worldwide, demonstrated to be related with the impairment of male reproductive function as well as other health problems, such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer. BPA acts primarily by mimicking antiandrogenic and estrogenic effects, disturbing the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis and modulating gene expressions and enzyme activities in the hormone biosynthesis affecting steroids or its receptors. BPA is also involved in DNA methylation and the effects of epigenetics, resulting in dyszoospermia, oligoasthenoteratospermia/azoospermia and/or infertility in males. This review addresses the effects of BPA on male reproductive function, focusing on the mechanisms of its toxicity on spermatogenesis, semen quality, and the reproductive system.

Chongqing Medicine 2014;(7):818-820
Objective To study clinical diagnosis value of using magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging(NBI-ME) in the CEA positive cases of microvascular parting to gastric cancer and colorectal cancer .Methods 873 cases in our hospital from 2012~2013 ,who had serum CEA positive were choosen ,the 114 patients who first diagnosis for suspected gastric cancer ,35 pa-tients who first diagnosis forsuspected colorectal cancer were included in this study .Using NBI-ME to check and the pathology bi-opsy .NBI-M E check key observation microvascular properties and classification :rules ,slightly irregular ,irregular ,disappeared ,the microvascular parting situation compared with pathological findings .Results 13 patients diagnosed with cancer by pathology ,the positive rate was 8 .72% ;intraepithelial neoplasia in 10 cases ,the positive rate was 6 .71% .No cases of cancer were regular and slightly irregular type ,all cancer cases in the disappearance .The sensitivity of type of disappeared was 100 .00% ,and the sensitivity of irregular type of canceration possibility intestinal large atrophy and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia was 87 .50% ,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Using NBI-ME microvascular classification diagnosis could help observa-tion CEA positive cases in the screening of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer .
