1.Regard and Perfection of Radiation and Health Protection for Radio-subjects

Objective To explore in our country how to do a good job of radiation health protection for radio-subjects.Methods The people are divided into physical examination group and in & out-patient group,the radiation health protection status of the current domestic and foreign subjects are contrastively analyzed.Results The western developed countries radiology examinations have stronger sense of patient protection,but the prevalent problems are neglected and abused in domestic hospital.Conclusion The radiation health protection in healthy people and medical patients can be regarded and consummated,which is people-centered and can be strengthen radiological protection awareness,strictly implement radiation protection standards of hygiene and put an end to the indiscriminate seizure.
2.Clinic Observation on 29 Cases of Ischemic Apoplexy due to Pathogenic Wind, and Phlegm-blood Stasis in the Convalescent Stage with HuaTanTongLuo Decoction

Objective To observe the effect of HuaTanTongLuo decoction on ischemic apoplexy of pathogenic wind and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage. Methods 57 patients of ischernic apoplexy were randomly recruited in to a control group and a treatment group. The treatment group containing 29 patients was treated with HuaTanTongLuo decoction, and the control group containing 28 patients was treated with XiaoShuanTongLuo capsule. Evaluate the effects after being treated for 8 weeks. Results The score of neurologic impairment evaluation in both groups was obviously improved in both groups (P<0.01) , with the results in the treatment group being better than the control group (P<0.05) . The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was also better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion HuaTanTongLuo decoction has effects in treating ischemic apoplexy of pathogenic wind and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage.
4.Branding strategy of the hospital based on audience media literacy analysis

Objective To investigate different media-use habits and different media information comprehension of the audiences.Methods 127 inpatients and 33 outpatients were sampled for questionnaire survey,learning such information as the basics of the audience,medical experience and current media use,participation intension analysis.Results Internet,television,newspapers and other mass media constitute main channels of the audiences to learn health knowledge; audiences depend on the media to know the departments and specialists of the hospital Conclusion in the meantime of professional disciplines development and innovation,the hospital should not ignore its branding and innovation; an important management tool in its branding strategy is to integrate hospital and media resources,build positive image of the hospital,in order to improve hospital brand awareness,credibility and reputation
5.The Role of Predictive Microbiology in Food Safety Risk Assessment

With the development of the food industry in China,it has been found that food safety is becoming the biggest issue in the food manufacture and logistics. Accurate and timely to establish a risk assessment method in produce market is the challenge for food safety system. Predictive microbiology is a core early warning technology in the food safety risk assessment. According to the microorganism predicting model,the pathogen and spoilage microorganism's growth in food can be fast judgment in advance. And it plays an important part in controlling the growth of pathogen and the spoilage microorganism in food. This paper summarized the predictive microbiology model's establishment and the present research situation,and discussed the present situation and application of predictive microbiology in food safety risk assessment. The future trend of predictive microbiology in food safety risk assessment was prospected as well.
6.Investigation in psychological status and nursing care of patients with hand tenolysis

Objective To explore the psychological status of patients after hand tenolysis and the pertinent nursing countermeasures. Methods 47 patients after hand tenolyais were selected and investigated their psychological status and relevant influencing factors with serf-designed questionnaire and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90). Besides, corresponding psychological nursing were applied. The SCL-90 results of Chinese Norm were adopted to undergo comparison with them and t test was chosen. Results On the first day after operation, the score of the investigation objectives was significantly different compared with that of the Chinese norm. After pertinent mental nursing, their symptoms alleviated, and no significant difference was seen between them. Conclusions There are obvious psychological obstacles in patients after hand tenolysis. The pertinent mental nursing has important effect on rehabilitation training and functional rehabilitation after hand tenolysis.
7.Therapeutic efficacy of lamivudine in preventing the activity of hepatitis B virus in perioperative patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic efficacy of lamivudine in preventing the activity of hepatitis B virus in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B virus infection. MethodsFrom March 1999 to March 2000,72patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis B virus infection were divided into 2 groups in complete randomization. In group 1,38 patients were treated with lamivudine 100mg/qd during perioperative period. Before and after operation,we detected HBV DNA with assay of quantitative polymerase chain reaction (QPCR). The control group(2) wasn't given anti-hepatitis B virus treatment. ResultsThe results showed that in group 2,the copies of HBV DNA in sera one week,two weeks after operations were significantly higher than those before the operation(P<0.01);in group 1,the copies of HBV DNA in sera one week,two weeks after operations were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.01),all within the safety threshold;between group 1 and group 2,the indexes of ALT in sera and Child status didn't significantly change before and after operation.The postoperative complications were significantly different two weeks after operation.Conclusion It suggests that surgical interventions may result in promoting the process of HBV replication,the activity of HBV infection should be treated in perioperation, and the replication of HBV can be inhibited by lamivudine safely to the safety threshold within a short time, though lamivudine doesn't improve the liver biochemistry significantly.
8.Pulmonary fibrosis states and prevention measures caused by dust exposure of ShenZhen City

Objective To observe and analyze the occurrence and related factors of pulmonary fibrosis caused by dust exposure in Shenzhen city in 2014 ,and to explore the preventive measures .Methods 64 cases of patients with pneumoconiosis from January 1st ,2014 to December 31st were selected as the study objects ,the factors affecting the development of pneumoconiosis and the re‐lated factors of complications were compared and analyzed ,the preventing measures were discussed .Results the proportion of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ and the incidence of complications were increased with the working age of dust‐exposed work ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Compared with patients who used anti‐dust respirator and were trea‐ted in time ,the patients used common respirator and not treated in time had higher proportion of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅱ and stageⅢ and the incidence of complications ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The incidence of complications associ‐ated with pneumoconiosis such as tuberculosis ,pulmonary emphysema ,pulmonary heart disease were higher in patients with more than 20 working years than those with 10- <16 and 16-20 years ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclu‐sion Working years of dust‐exposed work ,personal protective measures ,timely treatment are major influence factors for the occur‐rence and development of pneumoconiosis and related complications .Strengthening the engineering and technical measures for re‐ducing dust in dust‐exposed work ,personal protection and health education ,regular physical examination are important means to prevent the occurrence and development of pulmonary fibrosis caused by dust‐exposed work .
9.The Comparative Analysis of Microorganism Diversity in Two Kinds of Packaged Chilled Beef on Sale

This research is for the purpose of comparative analysis of the microbial flora structure in the chilled beef with no packing and cling film, which under the same terms of sale. It was used the V3 area fragment of 16S rDNA to carry on PCR-DGGE, Meanwhile used the 16S rDNA sequence to analysis the microbial flora structure of the two samples, according to the technology of clone .The research discovered that the flora structure displays a biggish difference; there was 6 OTU in the chilled beef with cling film, mainly was that Lactococcus(28%), Lactobacillus (26%), Carnobacterium(18%) and Brochothrix (10%); but there was 18 OTU in the chilled beef with no packing, mainly was that Lactococcus(28%), Brchothrix(18%), Acinetobacter (11%). The result indicates that cling film played a certain inhibitory action regarding the Staphylococcus as well as the cold pole bacteria and such bacterium. And it can provide a certain theory ba-sis for the meat processing in the department of microorganism’s control.
10.Screening and Identification of the Primary Bacterium from the Chilled Beef on Sale

It is used the method of pure culture,Selected 32 strains,which were obvious difference in the shape,color and so on common characteristic,From the chilled beef with no packing and cling film on sale in this research;and it was included 12 strains from the chilled beef sample packed with cling film;20 strains from the chilled beef sample with no packing.Simultaneously selected 4 strains which were predominant in each bacterium from the two samples to conduct the further research,8 strains serial numbers are:S01~S08,S01~S04 from the chilled beef sample with no packing;S05~S08 from the chilled beef sample packed with cling film.Through ARDRA(Amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis) as well as 16S rDNA to clarify the bacterium's classified status.The physiological and chemical tests were done to determine the various bacteria respective genus.The experiment indicated:S01 is Pseudomonas putida;S02 is Shewanella cincia stain;S03 and S05 are the same Shewanella putrefaciens;S04 is Stenotrophomonas mal-tophilia;S06 is Psychrobacter;S07 is Staphylococcus sciuri;S08 is Microbacterium-laevaniformans.It was proved that two samples altogether have the same predominant bacterium.It can provide certain theory basis for the chilled meat processing craft as the preliminary investigation in the cultured microorganism situation in two samples.
