1.Clinical analysis of early stage renal cancer: 24 cases report

目的探讨体检、偶发因素检查对提高早期肾癌诊断率的作用。方法对24例早期肾癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,患者曾在体检、肾外伤或X线检查显示自发性肾破裂被膜下血肿时做B超、CT检查。结果本组24例均为早期肾癌,其中Ⅰ期15例,Ⅱ期9例;19例生存已超过5年,余5例仍在随访中。结论体检、偶发因素检查可提高早期肾癌诊断率,B超、CT检查对肾癌早期诊断有重要意义。
2.Meta-analysis of Genetic Polymorphisms of Glutathione S-transferase M1, T1 and Susceptibility to Childhood Acute Leukemia

Objective To estimate the relationship of genetic polymorphisms of glutathione s-transferase M1, T1 (GSTM1 and GSTT1) and the susceptibility to childhood acute leukemia. Methods Meta-analysis was employed to estimate the relationship of genetic polymorphisms of GSTM1, GSTT1 and childhood acute leukemia based on relevant epidemiological papers published at home and abroad. Random effect model and fixed effect model analysis were used to calculate the incorporated odds ratio (ORc) based on homogeneity test. Results The ORc and 95% confidence interval for childhood acute leukemia associated with GSTM1 null and GSTT1 null was 1.31(95%CI: 1.01~1.71), 0.98(95%CI: 0.82~1.17) respectively. Conclusion GSTM1 null may be an important host risk factor for childhood acute leukemia, whereas GSTT1 null does not show a significant relationship with the risk to childhood acute leukemia.

4.Combining acupuncture and copper-tube moxibustion for 39 cases of recurrent peripheral facial paralysis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with copper-tube moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods:A total of 39 recurrent Bell’s palsy patients were treated with acupuncture plus self-made copper-tube moxibustion, once a day. Ten days made up a course of treatment. The patients were treated for 4 courses of treatment. There was a 3-day interval between two courses. The therapeutic efficacies were statistically analyzed after 4 courses of treatment. Results:Of the 39 cases, 18 cases obtained recovery, 15 cases got improvement and 6 cases failed. The total effective rate was 84.6%. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with copper-tube moxibustion is effective for recurrent peripheral facial paralysis.
6.Effect of ephrin-A1/EphA2 on invasion of trophoblastic cells.

The effect of axon guidance factors ephrin-A1/EphA2 on the invasion of trophoblastic cells and the possible mechanism were investigated in this study. The expression of EphA2 in vascular endothelial cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. The proliferation and invasion of TEV-1 cells (an extravillous trophoblastic cell line) in first trimester were determined by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and Transwell invasion assay. Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of ephrin-A1 in TEV-1 cells treated with EphA2 at different concentrations (10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 and 5000 μg/L). The results showed: (1) EphA2 was expressed in the vascular endothelial cells; (2) EphA2 could promote the proliferation of TEV-1 cells. The proliferative capacity reached a peak in TEV-1 cells treated with 100 μg/L EphA2 (P<0.05); (3) EphA2 could increase the invasion of TEV-1 cells. The invasive ability was the greatest in TEV-1 cells treated with 500 μg/L EphA2 (P<0.05); (4) in the presence of EphA2 (0-500 μg/L), the expression of ephrin-A1 was increased concentration-dependently (P<0.05), but when the concentration of EphA2 was over 500 μg/L, the expression of ephrin-A1 ceased to increase (P>0.05). It was concluded that EphA2 can promote the invasion and proliferation of the human extravillous trophoblastic cells probably by regulating the ephrin-A1 ligand.
8. Preparation and stability of geniposide cream

OBJECTIVE: To prepare an o/w type geniposide cream and to investigate its stability. METHODS: Appropriate base was selected by uniform design; suitable preservative and penetration enhancer were chosen according the characteristics of the cream. Franz diffusion cell was used to evaluate the transdermal characteristics in vitro; the stability and rheology of the cream were evaluated. RESULTS: The optimum matrix was composed of oil phase of volume faction 33%, emulsifying agent 6%, and preservative 0.3%. The content of geniposide was 0.5%. The emulsifying temperature was 80°C. The cream was uniform in color, homogeneous, exquisite and easy to spread; 12 h cumulative penetration amount was (212.73±22.76)μg · cm-2. The contents and pHs of three batches oi samples were in accordance with the quality standard after storage at 40°C, 25°C and 4°C for 3 months. CONCLUSION: Geniposide cream is very stable and has good transdermal characteristics in vitro, which is a new dosage form for transdermal drug deliveiy.
9.Value of morphologic parameters with optical coherence tomography in predicting the surgery outcome for idiopathic macular hole

Accompanying with the development of technological level,optical coherence tomography plays a more and more important role in predicting the surgical outcome for idiopathic macular hole.Preoperative morphologic parameters like minimum diameter,base diameter,maximum height,macular hole index,hole form factor,tractional hole index,macular hole closure index,photoreceptor inner-outer segment junction,cone outer segment tips line,central subfield retinal thickness and macular hole inner opening diameter were proved correlated to postoperative visual acuity and anatomical results.It has important application value to know these predictors to judge the surgical outcome and deepen understanding of idiopathic macular hole.
10.Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of microbial community in the bile of 117 patients with obstructive jaundice

Objective To analyze the structure of microbial community in the bile of patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods From October 2010 to October 2013,117 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected.The results of bile microbial regular culture and anaerobic bacteria culture were both negative.A total of 10 mL bile of each case was aspired and DNA of bile microbial community was isolated.16S rDNA of bile microbial was amplified and underwent terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) analysis.Clone libraries were constructed and conducted sequencing and system analysis.Chi-square test was performed for data analysis.Results Among the 117 patients,16S rDNA of 50 cases was positive,and the total positive rate was 42.7 %.The positive rate of bile bacterial 16S rDNA in stone and tumor cased obstruction was 97.3% (36/37) and 17.5% (14/80),and the difference was statistically significant (x2=65.828,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of bile bacterial 16S rDNA among hilar obstruction,above hilar obstruction and below hilar obstruction,which ware 43.3% (13/30) and 42.5%(37/87),respectively (P>0.05).Bile microbial community of obstruction coused by stone was mainly Enterobacteriaceae (Escherichia,Salmonella,Klebsiella,Proteus),Streptococcus (Streptococcus),digestive coccaceae (digestive bacteria genus,peptostreptococcus),Micrococcus branch (Staphylococcus),Propionibacterium (Propionibacterium) and Neisseriabacteria (Acinetobacter).Bile microbial community of obstruction caused by tumor was mainly Enterobacteriaceae (Clay Beth spp,Escherichia,Salnonellatyphi) and Micrococcus branch (Staphylococcus).Conclusion The condition and variety of bile microbial community of patients with obstructive jaundice could be effectively evaluated by 16S rDNA fragment through T RFLP analysis.
